The staff worked with me to all my equipment, ( tanks, tubing, etc) until my medicare kicked in. Always pleasant and helpful. If you have any type of respiratory issues, these are the people to see.

Rude...they assume by leaving a message on your answer machine they have effectively communicated with you. I have kids. After numerous communications i was told they didnt know what i was talking about and then started talking about the exact subject...very rude and ineffective

This company doesnt know the difference between supplier and customer they wont to control you. I wish I could give them a zero rating because in my opinion thats what they deserve
