Absolutely horrible service. I called four times and left a message each time to ask someone to please come out to replace a part on my hospital bed and Randy (the equipment manager and apparent sole employee) never returned my calls. A couple of times I got someone out of state who redirected me to the local number I had originally called. A real whirlwind of a circus mistakenly called a business. Don’t waste your time with this place. I’d give them minus five stars if I could.
Horrible experience. I was treated extremely unprofessionally by a woman named April over a period of days. Im sorry that she had to do her job for a few minutes. I was denied oxygen after having my prescription sent over because they needed to save it for the patients with insurance and she refused to tell me when they would be receiving another shipment. I was told you got your oxygen by April. Shes right, I got 4 tanks a week ago, but sometimes it takes an entire tank to abort a cluster headache. The manager was slightly more helpful and respectful.I have a new supplier (Lakeshoremedical supply) that was able to get me the oxygen that I literally cannot function with out, They treated me with the utmost respect, And even helped me load the tanks. I will never return to Regional, and would highly dissuade anyone from using them.
