Called to see where my package was and they said they would return my call in three hours or less. Within an hour they returned my call but I missed it. The worker left a minute plus voicemail explaining why the package may have been delayed and apologizing. Sure enough, two days later the package showed up. It might not be the perfect package delivery but this service experience was LIGHT YEARS ahead of the ones Ive had with UPS. Super happy 😄

Please if you own a small business do not use Fed Ex especially this location they will cause you grief and cost you major dollars. Fed Ex does not care unless you ship over $5m annually. They just laugh and move on after they run your credit card and collect their revenue. They are inflexible, unresponsive, and unprofessional in conducting business. They absolutely refuse to take any action to remedy bad situations- and understand I offered to pay more to resolve the matter. Look the competition is not perfect however they try to fix situations when they present themselves unlike Fed Ex.

They have the most horrific service I have ever dealt with. Packages constantly going missing. I can have a package make it from Tennessee to Baton Rouge in one day and then goes missing for a week once it reaches the Baton Rouge warehouse. They constantly give you a run around about your package being delivered when they clearly lost it. Opening a case does absolutely nothing. I don’t even want to order from somewhere that uses FedEx as their carrier because they are so incompetent. It’s probably the Baton Rouge facility itself and not FedEx. Because clearly the packages make it to where they need to go until it reaches here. Do better.

Absolutely terrible. One package was marked as delivered but the driver stole it. Another package says delivery attempt but the driver never rang the gate code to be let in so how did he make an attempt. Bad customer service. Better off choosing USPS than Fedex in Baton Rouge and that statement alone says a lot.

This happens to be the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. My package was a express order shipped on a Thursday, estimated arrival Friday. The driver lied as of they came to my home to deliver it but no one was here/ the business was closed. ( biggest lie i’ve heard because I’ve waited on them everyday ), 3days later my package is still riding on the truck with no attempt to deliver.

I had a overnight shipment sent out Friday. The FedEx driver has been attempting to deliver it since Monday morning. Our building is open and everything but they never drop off the package and say no one was there. They have been attempting twice a day, but I havent seen their truck and I have a window view to see. This was materials for a lab and now they are probably ruined. The baton rouge facility called me once and I missed the call, couldnt get back in touch. They left a very confusing message as to why they couldnt deliver, but it doesnt make since because we have been doing the same thing for years. I guess they have a new driver that is lazy.

The manager will not call us and all the customer service representatives do is apologize. This company has no accountability and has continued to be allowed to perform to the lowest of standards. About half an hour after receiving a FedEx delivery, I heard a thud at the door and a truck driving off. It was a Hello Fresh package delivered by FedEx - but not mine. I called the local FedEx Center, gave all the info, including that it was perishable food. I was told someone would come pick it up. It was still there the next morning. And the next day when I returned home mid-afternoon. And the next morning. I called the same FedEx facility. I was told they had to pick up the package to return to the shipper (as the food would be spoiled) to either replace the order or credit the buyer. Another day has passed; it is now Saturday. I called again. This rep said not to throw it out because they need to collect it to return to the shipper. He gave me a pickup confirmation - which no one else has done - and told me it will be picked up MONDAY!! Lets hope it hasnt decomposed by that time.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Fedex is the WORST shipping company ever. Driver will not even attempt at the passcode when there is a gate but will instead not deliver the package. They do not allow you to hold packages at this location on internet. This location does not show up as a hold location available. They do not deliver during store hours. They deliver when THEY want to. Packages broken. Customer Service is non-existent. No telephone number to this location. You also cannot call the Baton Rouge Fedex on Coursey. Also they have address as 10781 Coursey Boulevard in mapping programs. Their actual Address is 10781 Coursey Court. You will not find this place if you do not know the CORRECT address. They have not changed this mistake in years. I bet they do not have too many people coming into the Baton Rouge location.Wnet by yesterday to pick up delivery and they could not locate it. Supervisor had skipped out of work. No help. Even from corporate. Who do you wish to ship with?

Ive been printing here forever and really always had a good experience. Completely wasted my time and two sheet of very expensive paper because the workers dont know how their own printers work. Printed one at the counter and it was perfect just upside down so asked her to flip it over and print again and she said now all of a sudden she cant use my paper. So we went to the self service printer and printed and it printed correctly but the colors were completely different. He took the printing charges off but Im out 40 minutes and still $6 at $3 a sheet of my paper that was ruined.

Poor customer service!!!!!The delivery driver lied about attempting to deliver my packages and marked my packages as exceptions, stating no one was home. I was home all day and I had to contact customer service three times in attempts to contact the driver.The manager of the driver called back assuring that the driver would redeliver the packages an hour or so following our phone conversation. An hour later, I checked the status of my packages to see if they were in transit only to discover they were marked as “delivered” and still had not received my items. I contacted customer service again and they were so unwilling to accommodate my inquiries because their shipping location was closed for the day and told me to wait until Monday to call back.I was highly upset. The following day, a lady arrived at my doorstep from my neighborhood with my packages because FedEx delivered them to the wrong address! Thank God for honest people!!!!! FedEx has lost my business and I would never recommend their poor services to anyone! This was totally unacceptable and very negligent on the driver’s part! Get it together and fast!

So this is new ... For the first time in my many years doing business and or receiving packages from Fedex I had the absolute worst experience EVER when I needed it the most. Waited and waited for my $7,800 Specialty Pharmacy medication that I was scheduled to have for my scheduled dosage on Friday and it never came.... worst part is when I finally called I was told that they couldn’t locate it; then the specialty pharmacy called and was told it was a weather delay ( okay I can understand this for Thursday delay), finally it was a truck issue 🤔🙄. I honestly appreciate it when priority is treated as such!!!! Do better at your local facility!!! UPS gets it right every single time!!!

We had an issue with a package and it was marked wrong in FedEx’s system. They said they “attempted” twice (Thursday and Friday) and the business was closed. I called to confirm that it was a house and not a business. When I let them know we needed the package ASAP since we were going out of town, the manager delivered the package himself before 5pm that day (Friday). Definitely appreciated them taking care of their customer and fixing it. A+ on customer service!

Worse company Ive ever dealt with in my life time, I never get my packages, I had to go online to put a message saying Ill pick up my package; I had a pkg delivered on Saturday, April 6, 2019; it was not delivered to my home, I have no idea where the pkg was delivered I called several times to no avail where is my package. When you call FedEx, all you get is I am so sorry thats it! The service is awful, terrible, unacceptable; I wish I could say more, but it does not mean anything to FedEx (ground). Ive read all the reviews and you would think, they would hire people that knows how to read, knows directions and more importantly know the street they are looking for. My packages never comes to my home address; Ive asked all my vendors, Please do not ship my packages FedEx, its obvious they get some type of deal by using FedEx. This place is so starved for leadership. Mitch (the manager) and his team could not care less whether or not you get your package at all, much less on time. For the last few months, every order I have placed on Amazon that was delivered by FedEx either arrived very late or not at all. When I called Amazon to cancel my Prime membership, they were fortunately able to remove FedEx as a carrier for all future orders. Thankfully I have never had a problem with UPS or the postal service. Avoid this place at all costs; you will just have to go to the sorting facility and pick up your package yourself.

Awful FedEx location. The driver dropped off three packages on my doorstep, but for some reason felt the last package would not be safe to leave on my doorstep. The package he did not want to leave on my doorstep included a pair of pants and three sets of toddler shorts. I called the location to give my verbal consent for them to leave the package, and was met with a very rude woman who stated the driver did not feel it was safe to leave and I would need to pick it up at their location. I work 12 hours shifts and can not make it to the location during their buisness hours. I have to leave work early to pick up 10 dollars worth of clearance clothing. I usually like FedEx, but this location is the worst. I would be less annoyed if the driver had chosen not to deliver any of the packages, and I needed to pick them all up. But its just the one. Hopefully this location improves because they are giving FedEx a bad name in this area.

Paid for priority shipping, next day. It arrived to their facility at 11:30 am on the delivery date (Friday)- 9 miles from my hotel and there wasnt even an attempted delivery. Will have to wait for Monday (too late) or go pick it up myself. Why does FedEx offer priority overnight, allow me to pay for it, and not follow through with the delivery?

This was incorrect no came to my door or left me a door tag. I then called to fed ex and was told someone will call me back about delivering my package the same day. This VERY RUDE guy called my cellphone yelling in my ear telling me that because I was not home when a delivery driver came that I would have to go get my package from the FedEx store sometime after 5pm. I alerted the guy that 3 people including myself was home. This guy cut me off and yelled at me that a redelivery was not going to be made and if I wanted my package that I need to go get it myself. I kept trying to alert this rude guy that I have the address of the FedEx place and that fully get the point that I have to go get my own package because it contains medicine that needs to be refrigerated. Horrible customer service experience! I was expecting a home delivery that was sent on next-day air on 10/8. Today is 10/11, Tracking record showed that it attempted delivery at home. But, I was at home. I called the customer service if I could pick up the package from the office. They said, I can not do that. Only option they have is to redeliver. I am not available during the day, how can I get that package? They said I can not get it until 10/14!! Then the CSR told me that I can request for hold. They I asked how, and the CSR replied if the package comes to the office then they will call me in 24 hours. I asked, when is the earliest time if next 24 hours is a weekend? He said, they can not give me a time. Its a NEXT-DAY-AIR SERVICE which was shipped on 10/8 and can not get until 10/14 (still uncertain).I dont know if it is FEDEX or particularly the Baton Rouge FedEx where every business runs as a kingdom!

I was going out of state. Wanted my package today. The seller paid for 2nd business shipping. I was at home all day today. FedEx tracking says they tried to deliver but no one was home... Then I called this office. The lady who picked up the phone asks my tracking number after listening my story and says.. The package is in shipping CONTAINER.. How the hell did they tried to DELIVER today and failed if it was in CONTAINER? Only after that she says I can come pick it up myself today after 6.. Third time in 2 months that a door tag was left on my door stating attempted delivery when i was home. They dont even take the time to knock on the door to see if your home, they pre-made their door tags and drop them on peoples door and walk off, which is a huge inconvenience for people. The second time i caught the lady walking off and i told her you didnt even attempt to knock on the door and she replied I thought no one was home, i stay in an apartment complex, with plenty of cars outside, you didnt attempt to knock, but you thought no one was home, I really hate the delivery people at this FedEx, they are EXTREMELY LAZY!

Tracking information shows the package was put on delivery truck at 5:07 am Friday January 18 to be delivered same day. The message clearly states, On FedEx vehicle for delivery. Here it is Monday morning at 1130 am, and still no package. After contacting Fed Ex customer service, they were unable to verify that the package will be delivered today. If I could give negative stars I would. So I pay for a weekend delivery for a item. I was at home and I have a ring door bell that shows if anyone comes or not. I live in an apartment with a gate that is currently open so there is no way a driver could say the business is closed. Well that is what my fedex driver did. He said the package was not deliverable because the business was closed. I call and dispute this and the dispatch said he would re attempt delivery on the same day and would be there in 1 hour. Well it is currently 5pm CST When I spoke with customer service it was 1Pm in the afternoon. I now find out he never attempted to redeliver he simply dropped it off at the shipping facility at 3:00 and went home for the day. The customer service people are fedex are worthless. Since when do you pay for a service and do not get it. To make matters worse the front office was open during the times he claimed the business was closed. So he never even came to the complex. I am sorry it is not what was in the package it was the principle. If you dont do the job you should be fired. If you lie about a place being closed and dont even try to deliver a package that someone paid for next day delivery you should be fired. It is sad really sad.... Not only that but good luck getting your money back for the late shipment because being as that he put the place was closed makes it to where it is my fault and thus gets them off the hook for a refund........
