Spent almost $300 on tires put in notes how I wanted the tires. And was never done and nothing was ever said to correct it

Fast service. I got an oil change and was in and out.

Pretty fast and friendly for a Sunday and needed emergency tire repairs.....only problem was they couldnt get my credit card (mastercard) to run as credit....??

Wal-Mart auto center in Battle Creek does not open until 10:00 am now. VERY inconvenient for me. Went somewhere else to get my oil changed and probably wont go back.

Always do a good job

They try to charge us for disposal and balancing and mounting and all we wanted was 2 tires mounted. The day before they charged me $10 to put a tire on a rim. The next day they want to charge me $26 a tire for the same exact work. They told me the person that charged yesterday had to pay the difference out of their own pocket. Sounds kind of shady to me. Sometimes you have to watch Sam Walton and his crew carefully. Caveat mtor.

They’re lucky they got one star. The manager comes outside while I am parked in my to tell me there is a one and half to two hour wait and asks me what I want done to my veichle once I tell him he says he will not have his mechanic do it just because he didn’t feel like it I was sitting in the car on the phone with a relative and never got a chance to go in the store and talk to ANYONE and he rudely comes OUTSIDE just to turn me away. I pulled in sat in the parking lot never stepped foot in the shopping store and their auto center manager comes outside to get smart and argue. Great job !!

Richard, the manager took great care of a Warrenty issue that I had with a set of tires.The cashier in auto on the other hand...not so much.Make sure you question the cashier/intake worker if the information that they are feeding you sounds fishy.Be your own advocate, or ask for another employee to help if need be.

Our car couldnt keep a charge. On our way to Florida...stopped in at 7 am...no wait! Very pleased..pleasant staff

Good place to get an oil change while you do some shopping. Its too bad they dont do transfer case and differential fluid changes as well. They can be easier to do than an oil change, so I believe they are missing out on some extra work. More than once Ive seen the techs looking a little slow for work, so it would keep them occupied a little more.

Had a tire emergency while on vacation. They took care of the problem and got me back on the road safely. Highly recommend!

They told me to be done the next day they had lost my order when I got there the next day he apologized so itll be ready tomorrow it was very happy in the end I do live in the real world and I understand things.

I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. Went in Sunday to get a simple oil change. Now my car battery is messed up. I have never had trouble starting my car before. Even in -10° weather. I call to talk to the auto center and he was rude and tried making me look stupid. I am not a happy person right now!!! And I will make sure everyone I know heard about this!!!

I got a flat tire on the highway. THANK GOD there was a Wal-Mart at the next exit. I called and they had my tire size in stock. We made it there 30 min before closing time, and they took my van in and replaced the tire lickety split! What a blessing they were!

I brought my car in on a warranty. I bought a battery nowhere near the end of my warranty. It went bad the day it got cold. I brought my car in they said it was not the battery and that I needed to take it somewhere else to get it looked at. I then took it to Belle Tire. They looked at the car and then told me it was the Battery. They told me if I wanted to take my out of their shop and back to Walmart to get the battery it would cost $70. I contacted Walmart and got a huge amount of Attitude from whoever the supervisor was at the time. I get it he was trying to defend his people. Accusing me of lying and so on, he sounded really tough through the phone (eye roll). I stayed at Belle Tire who I give 5 stars by the way and they replaced the Battery and I have had no issues sence. WalMart you are good at selling clothes games and food stick to that. My business will be Meijer now they know how to treat their customers

Never had a problem with my heat working in my car, but after getting an oil change done here, my heat and front defrost are not working. :( Very angry!

Get their early to get tiries or oil change and you can shop while your car is being worked on i dont think they do tune ups just oil changes at differnt prices

Very frustrating. Initially rated it higher but after finding a leak spot in my driveway I took my car to a mechanic. Turns out they didnt tighten the filter all the way. When I went to inform them what happened so that they didnt make the same mistake with someone else I got nothing but excuses and denial.

I love the people in Auto, friendly.i dont go anywhere else unless its something they dont do.

Went in to get one tire changed. All other tires were new. Was told by the manager Victor no way will they replace just one they have to do all 4 for $540. Came down the street to Discount Tire and they replaced the one for $140 and then showed me why Victor at Walmart was wrong. Very abrasive attitude from the manager as well. Does NOT like to be questioned. Rude man and not the first time I’ve seen that.

They NEVER want to help me here. Been here at least 4 times, and turned away all 4 times. Wont be coming back.

It was 5:10pm on a Saturday, I had an unexpected extreme leak in my tire and I was 70 miles from home. I managed to limp along with the help of a small air plump (that plugged into my cigarette lighter) to the nearest open tire store which was this Walmart.I waited 13 minutes for service. They looked at my tire. The service person (who was polite and respectful) told me the tires on my car were too big for what was recommended, and even though they had the tire I needed, they could not put it on the car. I explained the tires were what GM put on my certified GM vehicle. He suggested that I buy two smaller tires as an alternative.I told the service person my situation. I was far from home. I asked If they could not help, did they know of any other tire places in the area that might be open. They said none that would be of help because my tires were to big.I reinflated my tire to drive out to an open area of the parking lot with the intent on calling a tow truck. In a last ditch effort I called a local friend in the area, and she suggested the Sams Club litterally accross the street. So I gave it a shot.20 minutes later I had a new tire on my car. I told the Tire specialist that I was concerned about the tires being to big for the vehicle. He said there was no reason for concern because this was the right tire for the right car.

4hr wait for 1 tire, and the lady in front of me was told tires on line arent available, when I was told last nite they had 16 in stock, and it would be 78. Out the door installed and take about 1hr if I was there when they opened

Auto repairs made were professionally handled. Service desk was disorderly staffed but knowledgeable.

During remodel they provided service in still a timely matter, associates are helpful and if cant figure it out they normally contact someone that can, cant wait to see after remodel.

I got new tires here a while ago and they did a great job. When I ran over a screw with my new tires, they fixed it right away and I havent had any issues since.

The experience here the last two times has been mared by issues. First time they did the service work incorrectly and the second time someone walked off with the tool they needed to complete it. Price is right though.

Tire swap from winter to summer. They didnt see I had lifetime balance and charged an extra $50

Service refused to me due to what was called a gas leak in my vehicle which is as water dripping out of the bed of the truck. Service person was argumentative and unhelpful.
