Rather pleased they had the needed part when other auto places were on back order.

I accidently left my wallet close to store closing time Friday evening. By the time I noticed I had left my wallet the store was closed. I called the store Saturday a.m. The morning manager contacted the evening manager and my wallet was safely returned. All contents in tact. $$ and all. There are some good, honest employees at the Pennfield Auto Zone Auto Parts store. Ill be a customer from now on

Left 4ways on by human error. Got a jump. Thought I needed a battery. They saved me $ by testing my charging system for free. So I spent $12 anyway. Cool staff. Always will return.

Horrible customer service, they do not acknowledge customers when entering the store, they do not address you when you walk up to the cash register with cash IN HAND. Unbelievable, not even a HELLO, or Ill be right with you, nothing! So I took my business down the street to Orielys where I was treated with respect and appreciation. They need to do a secret shopper at this store. They need training or they need to close.

I just want to say Mr. Levi is an awesome employee there. I called earlier about a headlight replacement and he replaced it on the spot! Took the time and informed me on what was going on with my vehicle. He also answered my questions about future repairs. This guy is terrific. His energy was the kind of caring that Im accustomed to down south. Friendly and professional. Ladies if you have any worries about just minor little things. Store was clean and well organized the last time I was in there. Great variety of items for the repair and upkeep of your transportation vehicles. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I believe they can check trouble codes on your auto also.

AutoZone is an excellent automotive store, but I doubt I will go to the one on SW Capital Ave in Pennfield again. The guy that helped on me acted like he was put out, like he just didnt care. He didnt even smile, not friendly, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Maybe if I was younger..... He did half of what I needed so I made a needed purchase (he had nothing to do with) and left. I will go back to the one on West Columbia, even though I live in Pennfield. When I got my wipers there the guy that helped me was awesome! He was very friendly, we laughed and he put the wipers on for me!! I felt good when I left that store, but not the one in Pennfield.

If your gonna enforce the mask policy then make sure you wear the mask right! Got told to leave because I wasnt wearing a mask but the employee had the mask halfway off his face.

I walked in waited at the front desk for 10 minutes while one of the gentlemen who worked there stood in the back having a personal conversation. I walked back and ask for help he said some one would be up to help me while he continued his personal conversation no effort to help me or to even ask what I may need help with. I waited another five minutes for another female associate to come up to make a simple purchase. The gentlemens customer service and demeanor was terrible female associate sub-par
