I used this place for the first time earlier this month and so wish I would have started going to them sooner. Great customer service, explained things very well and gave an honest opinion on what should be done and what wasnt worth spending the money on. When the mechanic called to fill me in he started by apologizing that he did not get a chance to meet me when I dropped my vehicle off. Also, the owner followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy and not having any issues. Those little things go a long way to building a good relationship with customers. I will definitely continue taking my vehicles to them in the future!

This place takes great care of u, things r done right. The owner greg and his crew go above and beyond what is expected. Plus hes taking money out of his own pocket to pay ppl in these hard times and clean up our city. He gets an A ++++++++++++++.

I cant complain about the work but the price that I was told was not the price at the end. But when I said no thats not what you said he changed the price back. So I question that honesty.

We were having some problems with the transmission on an older Honda Accord. After receiving a quote for over $3,100 from another facility, I called Greg and he had us bring the car in. The problem turned out to be a transmission line and the total cost was $204. The car runs beautifully again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Above & beyond! My jeep broke down and I had it towed to Columbia Auto on a Sunday night. They were able to work me in the following day and quickly fix the issue without an appointment. The shop even helped me transport the vehicle because I didnt have a second driver to get the car home. All the way around, this is a great place with great service!

Greg and very one at columbia auto and tire were very helpful, knowledgeable and very honest when it came to fixing our car. We would recommend them to everyone we know and we will for sure use them for all of our future car needs.

If you have the chance to go here, or anywhere else, go ANYWHERE else. Brought my Jeep in to have brakes and rotors done, They called me 15 minutes later saying it would cost me $850 for the job. I bought the parts and had my brother help me do the job. It cost us $100...1) I called them twice and was told 2 different stories about what was wrong with my car. First guy said brakes, rotors, fluid, etc. The second guy said i needed new shocks and tires... LOL2) They said it would take them a couple hours to put my car back together but i went to pick it up 15 mins later and it was already outside. The mud was still intact so they didnt even take it apart to begin with and tried to tell me i needed a bunch of things they hadnt even looked at.Im young, i probably dont look like i know anything about cars, so they tried to take advantage of that.I mentioned this place to one of my friends and she knows someone who works there. She informed me that she had heard him say that he tries to get as much money out of his customers as he can, regardless of what actually needs to be done.I dont know how a place like this stays open, but i do not recommend taking your vehicle here.i also know that they have their employees leave good reviews for the place so they can keep their rating up. I took my car in to get an estimate on getting my windshield wipers fixed. The driver side wiper wasnt working at all. The man who looked at my car said he looked at it and the whole windshield wiper system had to be replaced and the part alone would cost $220 with labor it would cost almost $400 to get it fixed. Now I dont pretend to know anything about cars but I definitely wanted a second opinion before I spent that much money. I took my car to my boyfriends grandpa who has been working on cars his whole life. He took one look under the hood at my whole wiper system. All that had to be done was pop the wiper back into place so that it was connected to the motor. Now, I feel like if the man at the shop had really looked at my car and what I said was wrong he would have known what needed to be done and done it. He would not have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and tried to have unnecessary work done to my car. I may not know much about cars but thank god I am smart enough to know to get a second opinion. I will not recomend this shop but I do recommend that if you do chose to go there make sure you get a second opinion. Unless you like paying hundreds of dollars on something that might not even need to be fixed.

Highway robbery, charge triple the part cost. 500 to 600 for an alternator change is ludicrous. Maybe if these people took the time to accurately estimate a simple task they would get more business. Places like this taking advantage of people in bad situations. Thanks for nothing guys, appreciate the 1 min of time I got.

Although the garage didnt have the tires I needed that day I was directed to a local establishment where I could get some. I main appointment that same day to get them mounted. The service was friendly and fast. I have used Columbia Auto before and have always been pleased with them.

Ladies beware... these guys dont play fair. I called them to get a quote on a wheel bearing change. They guy quoted me $250 over what the job normally cost with parts and labor.
