The exhaust system for my auto came undone from the rear retainers. It was a ten minute job, nevertheless while everyone else I contacted was booked solid they squeezed in an appointment time and reattached the system in the rear and then sent me on my way gratis. It is extremely nice to be treated in such a neighborly way. I am taking the time here to thank them publicly and spread the good will and high regard they have earned. Thank you Jeremy and crew

Went to muffler man to get a second quote. Before I told them what the first quote cost, they told me that what I needed fixed would be double what the first quote was. Once I told them what the first quote was they then under cut it. I should have known right then and there that they were crooks. They did the job but then my vehicle started making all sorts of new noises. I brought it back and they assured me that it had nothing to do with what they had done but that I had other issues wrong with my vehicle. I went back to my trusted mechanic and he fixed what they did wrong. Would never go back to muffler man again.

I decided to go here after seeing many positive reviews, and Im happy to have one of my own to leave now. My vehicle had been failing to start, and they diagnosed a loose battery cable the same morning I dropped it off. Even better, they didnt even charge me anything for the adjustment! Any other repair shop Ive ever been to would have charged a diagnostic fee at best, or made an unnecessary repair at worst. But this place didnt do either. I will definitely be back.

Spent a arm and a leg with these goofy ppl to get my truck from over heating had to bring it back 2 more times and wasn’t prioritized either time waiting 5 days before hearing from them both times mind you I’m paying for a rental car for 3 weeks at this point and after the 3rd time getting it back my suspension was knocking bad almaost like my front tires were gonna come off and it never made not 1 noise before hand, I call and tell Jeremy and of course not their fault !! Sway bar link and front struts were starting to get bad on my Impala. First place I went to, before Mufflerman, quoted me $1000. I told a co-worker this and she referred me to Mufflerman. I called, they said $750. I decided to give it a shot.I dropped it off about 7:45 this morning before work. Around 10:20 I received a call it was done. Wow, that was fast! And $250 cheaper than I was expecting! Wow! And now my car drives way better!

Always the best place exhaust repair. I have been coming for years and I am always happy with the workmanship and low prces.

I call them in the morning about a bad muffler. They said they were really busy, but to bring my car in between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. and they would try to look at it. I got there at 1:30 and 10 minutes later my car was up on the hoist. They told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it even though they were extremely busy.They found a way to fix my car fast.They did a very good job, the person that helped me was very nice and polite. I would recommend them to anybody.

I went to the dealership and they quoted me 2k to get my truck fixed. Muffler man got it done just under $400, they did a great job on my truck and the old girl is good as new. Im very grateful this shop took care of me because I honestly didnt know what was going on ❤ Id recommend muffler man to anyone!!

We had to call both times to figure out what was going on with our truck. No call about what was wrong with it or if it was fixed yet. Its not hard to call someone and let them know what is going on when you have the time or call them when there vehicle is fixed.

I have been taking me vehicles to Muffler Man for 15 years. I started going there with my first car at 16 years old. I have had work done as simple as an oil change, to as extensive as a transmission replacement. I wouldn’t go any other place. I was recently in Jackson and had car trouble and was in sheer panic of taking to another place to be fixed. 1, because I am female and 2, I don’t want anyone else working on my car. The staff at Muffler Man are all very trustworthy and honest.

I am commenting again because this is a new Google page (made within the last couple of years) and my comment as well as my husbands were on the old page which was deleted. My husband took my Acura to the Muffler Man back in 2017. The muffler had a hole that needed to be patched. They were able to fix it for the very low price of $30. The very next day, as I was driving to work, my car was making the loudest dinging noise Ive ever heard. The entire car would shake when it made the noise. I explained what has happening to my husband and he said to wait at work until he could check the car. When he looked at the car, my front passenger caliper was missing both screws. My car was very old and normally I would have thought that they just fell out, but about a month prior to going to the Muffler Man, my husband replaced the wheel bearing on the exact side that of the missing screws. He even said he replaced both screws because the old ones were rusted, and torqued them to the exact tightness recommended for my car. This was not a coincidence. The screws did not just fall out of my car. I thought I was not going to make it to work that morning and had I kept driving on my car like that I wouldve gotten seriously injured. I will never go to this location again. They have lost my business after this incident.

Had my wife take our 2003 Highlander V6 in for an exhaust estimate. Paul told me that the third catalytic converter had a whole in it and it would require an hour and a half labor to replace it. The price for said catalytic converter and labor was $850.00 total. I can buy the same part from anywhere from $125- $300. and their labor rate should be less than $150 total. A $300-450 repair was mysteriously marked up an extra $400. I worked for 15 years in the auto industry at the dealer level and am quite familiar with parts and labor rates. We took our business elsewhere.

Went to Belle Tire first. Charged $85 for diagnostics even though we just had a free one done @ Auto Zone. They wanted to charge me over $800. Went to Muffler Man for a second opinion. No charge for diagnostics and only charged $250 for the same things that needed to be fixed. Very clean and friendly staff. Even a police officer brought in his vehicle... that said a lot to me 😊

Their oil change was cheap and fast it is a place thats hard to get into because the parking is very limited but once you get in they are honest and upfront and they back their work there is a reason it is busy around the clock repeat customers go back to an trusted business

NEVER will I ever take any of my vehicles here... I took my GMC Yukon for an oil change I put about 680miles on my truck after the oil change and my dash told me to check oil..... So when I checked my oil it’s bone dry so I put 2 qrts of oil in my truck put the same amount of miles (680+miles) and the oil is still in my truck.... I’ve came to the conclusion that either they never changed my oil and charged me for it or they just put a little oil in the vehicle and sent me on my way... I wouldn’t recommend this play to anyone... Yes, I called Jeremy he tells me “bring it down so they can look at it” lol well I brought it down thinking I was getting an oil change and 680 miles later I was being told to put more oil in my truck.... Waste of money for sure!!!
