Ive had ice cream here before, that stuff is fine, but I stopped in to get a frappe cuz its hot out and I needed a little pick-me-up, and it was horrible. It was extremely runny, bitter, did not taste good. Photo taken a couple minutes later. Though the outside of the building looks inconspicuous, the inside is clean, modern and really nice. Theres TVs playing cartoons the inside is bright and its honestly a bit shocking from seeing the outside. As well the ice cream is high quality and they have lots of flavors. Great place will be returning often :D

The people who work here are very fun and energetic. Very open to new customers and finding what flavors suit you best even late at night. Left a great tip, I will definitely be coming back again sometime!

I ordered a hot fudge Sundae along with $25 worth of other ice cream cones. get my hot fudge sundae and the fudge is cold. I let the girl know that it was cold fudge and she looked at me and just said OK have a good night. I left my sundae on the counter and she never tried to make it right but was quick to take my money. Disappointed and Dairy queen will be my go to from now on.

O.M.G went with family to get a strawberry banana Smoothie which was TERRIBLE, taste like favor water. Smoothie was very running (great customer service) but the smoothie belong in the trash. My advice just buy ice cream and stay away from the smoothie.

Me and my husband loves this place. I love all the different varieties they have to offer. The staff is really nice and friendly. We live about and hour and a half from Battle Creek but we make the drive just to come get ice cream. It’s like a nice date night for us. Looking forward to going again!!!

This place serves Ashbys ice cream. I had a Lemon Cheesecake Bar ice cream which was delicious! What really set this place apart for me was they had a list of their menu items and what possible food allergies each menu item would possibly affect. I liked their coffee, but I would like more options in both flavors and roasts. But all in all they do a good job here. I mean, coffee AND ice cream? Now to find a way to combine the two...

Love it cause they have at least one dairy free option for lactose free people. Its clean and spacious. Not fond of the check out process. Great place to get your ice cream fix ☺️

Great tasting ice cream!

Ive been wanting to go here for awhile. When I saw that they have Playdoh Ice Cream, I thought Id give it a try. First off, theyre doing great at social distancing and sanitizing. The cashier was wiping stuff down as I was walking in. He was very kind as well. The playdoh ice cream reminds me of superman ice cream. The brightly colored chunks in the ice cream was cookie dough. It was definitely good and for a good price!

The people Ive met hear are friendly, its a good place to bring your kids they have big screen TVs, clean and plenty of seating.

Always getting cut off while trying to order for the staff to ask questions about my order (that would have been answered if I could finish my sentence.) Been here a few times and always met by rude employees. Noticed the portion in one of my cones seemed smaller last time and said something about it looking smaller than usual for the price and heard a young girl under her breath say something to the effect of, “well don’t buy it then.” Won’t be returning, I’ve tried multiple times and always ends in a bad experience.

Very nice addition to the Pennfield area. We have needed an ice cream shop for a very long time. I wish they were open earlier during the week so I could stop for coffee on my way into the office. 7:30 am would be great. Nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee and a muffin to get your morning started.

This used to be my absolute favorite ice cream place in Battle Creek. Its all teenager or maybe a little older working there. Which would be alright but they do not have there stuff together. People are yelling orders, being rude to each other, and the customers. And even after repeating my order 3 times, it was still wrong in the end 🤦🏻‍♀️I wish I knew the young mans name but there was 1 young man with longish hair w/a bandana on. He was the only person with manners. He was rushing around doing everything while everyone else just pretty much stood there.Basically they just need a manager there at all times because these kids have no idea how to work customer service appropriately except that 1 young man.

Mix and match, hot or cold. Doesnt matter. Come on in! Love the ice cream here.

Sweet little place on the outside edge of Battle Creek area. Staff was super friendly and offered multiple samples of ice cream before we purchased (of course, this was pre-COVID). The ice cream tasted great and I loved the ambiance here. I could easily see myself coming back here in the future to get a coffee and get some work done.

I LOVE that their tree-nut ice creams are in a separate case for people with allergies! Way less contamination possibilities! Also, all of their allergies are listed below each ice cream! We will definitely be back! The ice cream was delicious and there were so many choices!! And, the customer service was great-used a fresh scoop for ice cream for our person with allergies and were very patient as we couldnt make up our mind what flavor we wanted!

Fabulous!! Love the atmosphere! Enough seating for plenty, and very clean. Coffee, ice cream, smoothies, treats, etc. Staff was extremely friendly! They even had the Michigan football game on the big TV! (even though its not a good game today) So glad we stopped!!

Just moved here and was excited for this place to open after covid. I saw pics of their amazing looking apple pie alamode. Thats what I ordered except with mint. It looked nothing like what it was on their website. No caramel, no whip cream. I also got a pint of butter pecan but after they filled it they didnt have any lids so I had to take it home with no lid. The ice cream was mediocre. It didnt have much flavor. I brought it home and my husband said it just tasted like frozen water. So disappointed

Today was our first visit. They are still working out the kinks as they just opened today. The junior scoop of ice cream was only $1.49. The ice cream was good and the place looks great. They have booths, regular tables, and bar stools to sit at. They also have high chairs for the kiddos.

Lots of yummy flavors of ice cream and they even have additional toppings! Coffee tastes and smells lovely.

At first glance you get the feeling that the building might be dated and stuffy, however after stepping inside its a pleasant surprise. The interior is spacious and comfortable, my only complaint would be the portioning. My husband and I both ordered a waffle cone with a single scoop, in previous experiences with different ice cream shops they place one small scoop to fill the middle of the cone then another on top and wah-lah a single scoop cone. They however literally give you a single scoop leaving you with a completely empty cone. Other then that it was a lovely Sunday date with my hubby.

Great variety of Sterling brand ice cream. 24 flavors of hand-dipped and 3 flavors of soft serve. Cake cones, waffle cones and waffle bowls. Waffle cones were out when we were there. They also offer different coffees; mochas, lattes, macchiatos, with different flavors to choose from. They also have muffins, pie, cookies. The prices were reasonable but Im not thrilled about the 3% added for payment by card. Plenty of inside seating, Im hopeful that there will be outdoor seating in the future. Plenty of parking in a nice lot. This is definitely filling a strong need in Pennfield and my family and I could not be happier! I see lots of time spent here in the future!

Not large portions of ice cream for what is charged.. They dont have the ingredients for a traditional turtle sundae.. three of the four menu boards have miss-spellings on them... If you want cream they give you a Coffee-Mate and if you ask for half and half they wont let you pour it yourself they say they have to pour it for you... Seems to be owned by the restaurant next door which also is a little stingy in some areas. iI givet a plus on spaciousness and how it generally looks pretty good, being brand new. Even though its close to our home I will continue to go down to Station 66 towards Athens, MI

1 star: Way overpriced & neither myself or son liked the ice cream (we got strawberry ice cream & hot fudge sundae). I was extremely disappointed they didnt offer mint chocolate chip - which is a classic!The place looked nice (brand new) but when there were over 15 people inside it echoed like crazy & made it really hard to hear. They charge a fee to pay with a debit or credit card which is beyond crazy. Needless to say, It will be a long while before we go back.
