I would give 5 stars but sometimes the frozen drinks are more melted drinks. Still good just got to drink them faster. The gentleman that works mornings always in a good mood which helps because no one wants to be up anyways lol

29 minute wait and then they refused to make my coffee the way I wanted (the way I always order it). Rather than putting the half and half in my coffee, they gave it to me on the side and I had to do it myself. This was the drive through by the way.

The girl at the drive through was very polite and detailed! Ordered a Latte and was very good! I would definitely recommend visiting here!

Best coffee shop ever. Not just the coffee but the crew at Columbia is by far the nicest crew ever! Ive been going to this location since they opened and Ive yet to have a bad interaction, even when wait times are high, the staff is always smiling and making conversation. I love this location so much, management does a great job creating a positive work environment.

I used to come here pretty often but I’ve never had an amazing experience here and there have been far too many times when my drink was made incorrectly or was extremely watered down.. I’m a huge fan of mocktails and it doesn’t seem as though they can ever make them without having them watered down.. for example: I ordered a plain lemonade today as it is over 90° out… and I got water appears to be water with a hint of lemon. Again, not a huge fan of this place! I’ve also attempted using my Biggby rewards here and they still charged me for my drink even after having 12 points (which equals a free drink). Does seem to have friendly staff though.

Never have been to a biggby before we dont have them in Minnesota but let me say this place is bomb! I love the make ur own bagel and the coffee is amazing. Wish our state had these!

Drinks were good. Service was SLOW! Waited over 15 minutes in line for 2 drinks. About 10 of that was at the window waiting. Will stick to the Pennfield Cube!

I frequent biggby and today was not the day. The line was long and I sat at the order mic for some time before anyone acknowledged that I was there. I understand being busy but letting people know you are aware of their presence is important in service even if you cannot assist them immediately.

My first ever Pumpkin latte! I dont know how I lived 40yrs and never experienced the beauty of this Biggby coffee.Excellent service, Long drive thru wait, but well worth it.

Biggbys its our go to coffee place, when we are traveling in the car we always start the trip with a Biggbys and end it the same way, yes of course with a wild zebra.

I used to love this biggby, but it just hasnt been the same since the high staff turnover. The wait is usually at least 20-25 minutes, and they sometimes get the order wrong.

I love Biggby coffee! My favorite coffee shop, and I live near the one on Columbia Ave, and is the one I visit most. The employees are always friendly & nice. The price of coffees there is very competitive, I can get the same sized frozen coffee, with an extra shot of expresso at McDonalds for around the same price, but the quality of the coffees at Biggby is so much more in my opinion! My favorite coffee I get there is Frozen caramel Teddy Bear with a extra shot of espresso. If you havent tried out Biggby coffee yet, and you like coffee its worth it to stop by and grab one, either inside or drive through. They also have rewards cards you can get for free, so every time you get coffee there, you will get a free one after you buy so many. Also, Ive the coffee cups & mugs they have to sell inside. I often get coupons thru the mail that comes free with all restaurant coupons we get once a month, for Biggbys. Normally get BOGO free coffees, so I most definitely always use the coupons, they are worth using.I always feel in heaven when leaving Biggby with my frozen Teddy Bear!!!🐻☕😉😊

The joy on their face was priceless as they were drinking the hot chocolate. One student realized the sprinkles that were in their drinks and the WHOLE class start clapping and chanting. I really like this location! The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly, and they will talk about deals that will save me money! I dont drink coffee but they point me to a good item! It is the perfect place to meet someone and I enjoy going to this location.

Employees friendly but not too familiar, helpful and capable. Atmosphere clean but a little cold. Could be warmed up with a few comfy chairs and coffee tables. Music a little loud and catering to younger set. Food and drink delicious.

The team is awesome here... Love coming to my local shop. They are focused on community causes and give great service. Our dog even gets a treat when we walk here. The music is a little loud, but the selections are good.

Love their iced coffee with a shot of hazelnut! Very friendly place with reliable wi-fi. If youre looking for a place to work for a little while, this is worth the stop. They have music playing, though its not too loud. I didnt notice any other distractions. I havent tried the food yet. They have muffins and breakfast sandwiches that look pretty inviting.

I LOVE this Biggby! We have a few others to choose from in Battle Creek, but this is the one to go to if you want fast, friendly service and good products. Plus, I think its so great that they invest time and effort into the community. I would definitely recommend over and over again!

I love that.I do not like the location and lack of parking but I think theyre more focused on the drive-thru.

Almost $5 for a chai latte which they couldnt get right. I asked for a chai latte, vanilla, without water. The first time it was super sweet. So they remade it. The 2nd time, they added water. Just couldnt get it right. I left one there and threw the other away. Wasted lunch break and $.
