Very busy and hard to get into this locations parking lot but as usual very good coffee.
To store manager:VERY DISAPPOINTED. Waited in drive thru line for 25mins then accidentally drove past the ordering, so pulled to the window to apologize and order but got redirected to coming into store…waited another good 10mins in line in store, drink ran out of ingredients so had to substitute, eventually got a half cup for a grande sized drink, in which 80% out of that half cup was all ice. Such an impressive management that is FAR BELOW Starbucks standard!
Coffee is great, per Starbucks standards. Staff are usually friendly and willing to offer drink ideas when needed. I cant give 5 stars because the drive through is ridiculously slow - even pre-covid. In the end, I still come to this location a lot because its perfectly located near great places to shop.
Great location; lots of parking BUT pretty dirty inside. The staff is so busy they have no time to keep the place clean. I spent 5 hours here on Aug-29-21, and didnt see anyone cleaning tables and the dirty floor (full of crumbs) even once from 9 am till 1 pm.. Had trouble ordering re-fills -- first they charged 50 cents for a refill of a regular coffee; next day I was told I dont get refills since my first coffee was an Americano. Finally got a refill after the manager got involved.
My wife and myself we went through the drive-thru she made her order it was on the on the screen and when she got to the window they made her order wrong and she paid for it and then she she paid for her order and then they started handing or stop and it was wrong and when she said something about it the girl working the window said well Ill have to charge you more more money give me your credit card again and was ignorant about it so for this Starbucks if I could give zero Stars thats what they get because it was terrible and so was the help pretty messed up for a Starbucks who has such high expectations of their employees to have a location like this
Unfortunately I got food poisoning from here. It was the only item I had that day different from my family and 24 hrs later I (and only me in my family) couldnt stay out the bathroom with a garbage 🗑 can in front of me. It was horrific. For the love of God, change your cleaning habits and check the expiration dates 📅 more carefully. Awful experience and so embarrassing.

Waited 13 minutes for a pink drink. Which would’ve been fine except the people I came with both ordered after me and got their drinks before I did. Finally got my pink drink and there weren’t strawberries in it. When I asked about it the lady said “we’re out it taste the same so it’ll be fine” would’ve been nice to know they were out and atleast apologized to for both inconveniences.
This is the worst Starbucks I have even been to. Consistency is zero, there is zero hustle and it take so long to get your order regardless if drivethru or walk-in
We stopped at this location for cofee n tomato Mozeralla sandwich. The order was taken . They made us wait for 15 minutes n then when I asked still have not got the sandwich. They oh we r out of it. While waiting I asked the barrista who had not taken my order as to what happened to my sandwich. She rudely replied I am not preparing food ask the other barrista. So very rude people working there n make u wait for 15 minutes without telling u they r out of the sandwich. The place also very dirty. Bathroom also filty. Dont accept this from Starbucks franchise

Way too long of a wait for one drink. Like 30 mins. Once in line for pickup no way to get out of line. Workers were barely moving. Not impressed with the drink either.
5997 Bekley Rd Battle Creek location: You can forget searching their hours online, or relying on the store to ensure they’re accurate. Apparently it just doesn’t matter. Arriving to a sandwich board sign blocking the drive thru with their ‘chalk hours’ they decided on that day … is fairly standard here, or at least has been for the past four months. It’s the complete randomness of when they close that’s so exciting. One hardly needs caffeine.

Drinks are on par with any other Starbucks. But this is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever gone to. It took almost 18 minutes to get an iced espresso.
Baristas were very helpful in picking out a drink that was similar to what I usually order that was out of stock
Didnt have anything I tried to order. Then when I did they forgot whipcream and when I said there was supposed to be whip cream they lady argued with me and told me that I never told her that so it was my fault. I clearing said yes I would still like the whip cream please and she even had it on the screen
Theyre nice here and the drinks are always great, bathroom is clean too- the only bad thing is the horrible wait and its not their speed its just everyone flocking there at once.
Drive through only. Ridiculous. You should at least be able to use a bathroom. The drive through is one lane which is ridiculous as well.
The coffee was great but.....i specifically asked for no crispy Carmel things. I reiterated it twice And they repeated back to me twice ...they even had it right on the ticket......still Carmel crispy things that get stuck in ur teeth. I really wished spending that much that yall got my order right...would have been 5 stars if they didnt screw it up.

If you dont mind waiting 20+ minutes for a drink theyre probably sold out of, this is the place to be. With this being the only Starbucks in town, this place is literally ALWAYS busy. Lines out to the road busy. Theyve closed their lobby on and off as well, which is a little confusing. Recently they have been closing the place altogether on some days, with no signs or warnings, confusing those who go there, even when it says theyre open online. Their drive thru is also very rough and has a large pothole at the beginning of it, so be wary when you pull your car in. The employees are usually very polite and respectful though.
I continue having bad luck with this store and their professionalism. I have been hesitant to give a review based on mixed experiences but after today I am fed up. Multiple mornings I am faced with a What can I get you, I place my order and am usually cut off with the price and pull around before I can ask for a pastry. Simple, but annoying when it happens 4x in a row.Today I pulled up at 6:02 am, the drive thru sign was on and no message came through about them being closed. Assuming they were busy with something, I sat there for 5 minutes. Wanting to see what was going on I pulled back around to the front and saw one person standing in there and there was no sign on the door I assumed I was being impatient and pulled back around to the drive through. Sat for 5 minutes nothing. So I pulled up to the drive thru window assuming their headsets werent working and a girl was standing in the window, made eye contact with me... and ran. I mean, literally ran from the window and out of my line of sight. No one approached... nothing. Pulled around to the front door. Front door was locked, no sign, and three girls just stared at me. No offer of explanation, nothing. Just stared. So I left.I dont care if you were closed, but you need to notify people or put up signs because I am now headed to work with no coffee and no time to get any after wasting my usual 15 minute me time on trying to be patient and wait.Starbucks has a reputation as a corporation, they should be checking into this store.
I visit this coffee shop almost every single morning, before my class and I have always had a great experience. Everyone that works there is kind and hardworking. They have a great variety of things to drink and to eat. When I can I grab one of their pre packaged lunches and it saves me a lot of time when I am in a hurry. Their drinks change seasonally so grab them while you can. Today, I tried the green tea with peach lemonade and it was marvelous. I also bought a mug (the one in the photo). Unfortunately, this beautiful black mug, had scratches and it was the last one available. Fortunately, the lady at the register gave me a discount (without asking) and that made me feel heard and appreciated. Honestly, I was having a bad day but entering a coffee shop were everyone is nice and welcoming makes someone feel better about their bad day. I will come back tomorrow again. In the Battle Creek area there are not a lot of coffee shops, so this location specifically is wonderful. I would rate my time there a 10/10 and I would highly recommend to visit.

Drove up to grab my usual favorite, Iced guava passionfruit drink. Sadly they were all out of guava but the nice drivethru lady gave me a wonderful recommendation. Now my usual drink has competition!! Iced guava passionfruit vs Pink drink.

Drive thru is ALWAYS a mile long and easily takes 30 minutes or longer sometimes to get your order. BUT if you go inside its quick as can be! 10 minutes tops!They work their butt off making all these drinks and if youve never been a barista, its not quick to make these coffees at all! So be patient with them please!Caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino is my go to!!

By far the worst Starbucks in Michigan. Constantly out of essential items such as cups and lids. Location opens and closes when ever and is never consistent. Forget mobile ordering majority of the time they have it turned off, oh and when the store is closed the mobile ordering service is on! So like I sad you never know when there actually open or closed. The craziest part is this location is a corporate store NOT a franchise. This is the only location in Battle Creek and I visit daily... the struggle is real at this location
I dont drink coffee, BUT I have a friend who loves there coffee, they drink it 3 or 4 times a day .........

They randomly will shut down the inside due to not having enough staffing. So to order ahead you have to wait in drive-throu and there is no way to cancel your order either. Its not a good set up for people that order way ahead who are running on a time schedule. So you get stuck eating the cost whatever you get. Would not recommend this starbucks!
For the last 4 days they have been out of nearly everything!!! This happens quite often at this location. I don’t understand? We were there on Tues and they had only tall cups!! Poor Mgmt at this location. Sad we have only this store as a choice ...
I had put in a mobile order to pick up before work on 9/11 around 6pm. It was really busy with only 3 people working so I was waiting longer than normal almost having to just leave before I got my coffee. Joshua was so wonderful and took some time to make my drink really quick. I really appreciated him and his service!
Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. When I got to the window my order still wasnt ready and my coffee was cold.

1. Mobile ordering isnt available during the day but is available at night?2. Im super particular about my drinks. I pay extra for stuff to be put on them. Im not sure if theyre out of the stuff to make it or just neglect to add it and continue to charge me for it.Ive been to this location twice. Ill go once more and finish this review.

Never has inventory, how can one store continue to operate with no venti cups, trenta cups, cold brew, blonde espresso, oailk, almond milk, and chocolate croissants (and who knows what else, I stopped attempting to order after all this), lack of customer service when your store literally has NOTHING I am attempting to order you would assume the customer service would be apologetic, helpful, anything but have an attitude with me. Would not recommend.

Even with very long lines they get you through very quick, line wrapped through the parking lot but ordered and was served in 10 minutes or so, service was very friendly a well, drinks are good but I mean its Starbucks, food and drink is pretty standard across them all
They are always out of everything and extremely slow. I suspect they are trying to avoid serving any items that might make more work for them. You basically cant get anything other than basic coffee here. Forget about the food too.

The ladies that worked there were to talkative and not focusing on making the drinks in a timely fashion. The drinks could have been made quicker since they only had to worry about drive through orders. I have worked behind fast food and such, it should not have taken that long.

Weve had so many issues with this open again / closed again Starbucks and the App. As of right now theyre listed as open / mobile pick up order is an option. (Items are frequently listed incorrectly as in stock when theyre not also) Theyre currently closed - Despite the Starbucks App stating open (And when I spoke to corporate for a refund this morning - theyre lobby is listed as open!) Clearly there is an issue here and it has been reported to corporate now. The line was around the corner in to the road - way to long to wait for an order that said it was ready for instore pick up. If you order on the App the only way to get a refund is to call corporate. The lobby cant apparently offer refunds.Not only am I now out 30$ for the only Starbucks in my area that never has a line shorter than 20 cars but the refund went to a Starbucks card instead of back on my debit card. (The mobile app makes you pay set amounts of 5$ increments starting at 10$)Definitely a one star experience - This has happened twice in the last 7 months. You should be reporting to corporate that youre having app difficulties because the process to get a refund is ridiculous and it isnt even put back on my debit card! Will not return to this store.
I swear Starbucks uses the cheapest bean they can find do try but its just not as good some others out there but I cant find a scooters around here so theyll do.

They ONLY do drive through and the line was long. They are not allowing order ahead in the app.
The staff is friendly and the service is always top notch. While the line may be long at times, I realize this is due to being in a pandemic and staffing issues which is out of their control. The line moves fast and my drink is always perfect.For the reviews complaining about the mobile app and the lobby being closed, while I realize this is frustrating it really isn’t their fault. With so many people getting sick and being out while sick they have to do what they can with the staff they have and sometimes I am sure they don’t have enough people to have both lobby and drive thru open. Working in the food service industry in the past, I can’t imagine how this affects them right now too. Probably more so than us customers so let’s try and remember that and be kind. I’m grateful that I am able to get a good coffee and a smile from the staff even when they are slammed.
The hours are hard to keep track off as sometimes theyre open, sometimes not. Sometimes you can go in and order, sometimes you cant. Just one more thing COVID has messed up. The staff is always super friendly and up beat. The drinks are always delicious. Be prepared to wait in a long line at each visit.

The store is great but several times that I have placed a Mobile order, they will not let you come inside the store to pick it up. They make you wait in the drive thru line that has a 20-30 minute wait to pick up your mobile order because you have already paid. The whole point of a mobile order is to save time waiting in the drive thru. Super inconvenient but the drinks are always great and staff is friendly.

Every time I go they’re out of refreshers and they never seem to get any. It’s annoying especially since they close randomly and I never know when since they don’t update it on google.
Every time I come here, they are out of something or the lobby is closed for some reason or there is just always SOMETHING to put me in an irritated mood. Go to Jackson or Kzoo if you’re traveling on 94.
App shows in store pickup and after ordering it deducts money from your account.Issue:They deceive the Online Ordering Ahead Customers knowing that their lobby is closed. Forcing the Customers into the Drive Thru. Due to the fact youre money is already deducted from the App it forces the Customer into the long Drive Thru line. They do this Repeatedly and Refuse to fix the issue. If Lobby is closed it should automatically Reflect that on the App.Additional information: After being forced into the Drive Thru then they inform that they cant make my drink and cant refund my money on the app. Its time for me to use my remaining Stars and move. Sad

I love Starbucks & I’m grateful that Battle Creek offers a drive thru but the last 3 times I’ve ordered through the mobile app they have been extremely slow. I will be waiting over 20 min for my drink after the wait time says “soon”.

First time trying one of the new coffees, it was delicious.
Friendly staff ! Which makes for an enjoyable experience each time! I am a loyal Starbucks customer and will seek then out in each and every city I go to because of the quality of product and friendly staff no matter which location I visit. My favorite drinks are chai Latte and pumpkin spice Latte.

A wonderful Starbucks in the Battle Creek area off of the Stugis exit (Beckley Rd). Friendly staff, always seems to be happy to see us at the drive thru window. Dont freak out if theyre out of cake pops or Pink Drinks. Youll survive if you cant get a Smores or whatever the current craze is.Its pretentious & disgusting. So if you like coffee and have realistic expectations of what a great care/drive thru Starbucks should be like, this location makes the grade.

Because I come here about 4 times a week, I have to thank you guys for helping me lose 65lbs!love this Starbucks. You are all great! My special order always tastes the same, delicious. The only coffee shop in town that has heavy cream.
