I was very unhappy with my visit. The sales man stayed he was not aloud to lower any prices. I said I had seen it cheaper at other places and he said, I doubt you would get free shipping or warrent. I got on my phone went to home depot sight and showed him it was over 100 dollers cheaper, free shipping, and when I called a longer warranty. All the sudden he could work on the price and go lower than home depot. I was shopping for a upright freezer. They have lost 800 doller sale and I dont believe I will ever return. I dont like lying.

Went in to look at washer they carry. Was told they had them in stock. Yet no models available to look at. He showed me it on the computer. Well I did that, I wanted to actually see one. Then told me to go to Best Buy, they might have one to look at and measure. Then I could come back to ABC and order it. Say what???? Ridiculous.

Buying a new washing machine was not at the top of my list of things to do, mostly because I dont like a pushy salesperson. Luke Lesperance changed my mind about that. Not happy at all with service! I purchased a mattress in store on July 5. Paid for delivery and was told it would be July 10. On July 10 I get told it’s delayed to July 17. July 17 I’m told the mattress is water damaged and they will try to get a mattress by July 24 but no guarantee. I’m beyond mad now! I go in for a refund and am told they don’t have the $379.00 I paid them and they would call me when they did!! I made them refund to my bank card. I will NEVER. Shop here again!!

I waited for 45 minutes to be helped. No one came to us or acknowledged us. I was gonna spend some cash on a new stereo system for my truck. I got tired of waiting for someone and left. Spent my money elsewhere. I will never return to that store again. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The auto section is pretty good, but the rest of the store is horrible. It like walking into the dog pound wrapped in a meat suit. They are on you like scavengers. You cant just browse without being followed, its actually uncomfortable. Think Art Van but worse.

I must edit my previous review. Although we had a good experience purchasing our washer & dryer weve had a less than good experience after purchasing a VERY expensive massage chair. Now, the chair was a floor model but was in great condition. We have spoken to a sales person multiple times because a main zipper on the chair was broken during the removal from the store & we have yet to receive an operators manual. We know the zipper was broken during the removal from the stores show room floor because we visited the store numerous times debating on purchasing the chair and the zipper was fully in tact. After spending several thousand dollars for 3 items I would expect better service. Yet here we are with an expensive massage chair that we arent certain we are using to its full ability and a broken zipper that attaches the back of the chair to the bottom. After this experience we will NEVER spend another dollar in this store!My boyfriend and I stopped in to ABC Warehouse looking for a washer and dryer. With the help of ****** we were able to find the right washer and dryer set. ***** was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! We will certainly shop at ABC Warehouse again thanks to ****!!
