Quick to grab money. Had to call and check on the application process 10 days ago. Still havent heard anything. Rediculous prices and bad customer care. Not worth the problems. Abc or aarons will get my business from now on. And not recommending this company fire anything other than eating time and money

Nice place they have set up to snag your money, the employees are friendly by leaving you in mid conversation. They said theyll be leaving the store to deliver my product I fully purchased (not leased) in five minutes ... Its been 30 minutes ... And Im still waiting! This is fantastic I have nothing better to do today.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly. Delivery people are helpful and efficient setting up. They came back again when we had a problem. Any calls I make are handled well and are polite. Have purchased numerous items over the years and have always been satisfied. Thank you Mark and everyone else there at the bay city store! You guys are the best!

The manger is no good 5 day later she asked for money and if you drive simi at they keep calling tell answer the phone she wonder why Im crabby I need payment now that she said it dont rent form is place stay clear she rep you big time 😡🤬

Everyone, and I do mean every one in this place is super helpful, not pushy. Very nice. Treat you like they have known you for years, I got a bed set from here, good quality. Had an issue with the frame, they came out within 2 days.(happened on a Saturday just before closing) they were there monday to see what was wrong and if could be fixed then. They had to order a new piece. No extra cost to me. Came and put it all back together and even gave me a frame to use till the new piece came in.

Great friendly staff. Service is amazing always willing to go the extra mile to get what you need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I just want to say how awesome of an experience I had with rent a center and Travis, who handled our rental agreement and etc. You want to be taken care of like family? Go see this man. He will make you feel like family! Definitely would refer anyone here before anywhere else. Great customer service skills!

Great store, always clean and neat when we come in to make our payments. Staff is VERY friendly, and goes above and beyond to meet customer needs. ^_^ LOVE THESE GUYS!

Very unhappy with recent service. Management changed since I began doing business. In the beginning it was great. Understanding employees that actually listened. Presently its gone very down hill. They only see the money they make, not your concerns trying to do business. Started an agreement on a bedroom set. A very nice one at that. I wanted something meant for a wood floor. Less than a month later it was falling apart. I called and they say it wasnt meant for a wood floor and that it was a common issue. Really!? So I request a pickup. It takes a week to do a 20 minute job so now my home is cluttered. Congrats Rent a Center. You lost a customer and will no longer get my business. Your competitor will though. Better stuff for cheaper. Thanks for nothing but becoming an inconvenience.

Great store with great people always willing to help 😊 lots to look at and buy and with stock rotating all the time never a dull moment.

Havent had a bad experience yet. Employees are excited to help and very knowledgeable.

Good place to go to mark was able to help me out get one of my purchases paid off early and with a decent price I get treated with the best upmost respect by these people I have purchased several things here I will be shopping there again thanks mark for the help and all you did for me.

This store is fine and very necessary to bay city however the manager Mark and the district manager Mike have no respect for the customers sad the way they can start arguments then turn around and say that never happened they need to be replaced if that store is to remain in competition with the other rentals because treating paying customers like they dont matter is a negative impact on rent a center
