If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for glasses and contacts. The doc wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. However the contacts were not right. I called within 2 days and asked for another appointment. They scheduled me for the following Saturday. When I got in there there was a different doctor and he was very upset with me. He informed me that I was not his patient and to take care of me would take too much time. He acted like my time was not a factor. It takes a lot for me to go to any type of doctor. That was about 6 weeks ago and I Finally have I Saturday off to where I can go in and see the original doctor.I told the staff what had happened and asked why would they scheduled me on A-day my doctor was not in. Thay informed me that the doctor should not have treated me that way. That the doctors see one anothers patients.

Glasses are terrible quality. Staff is very unfriendly and very unhelpful. They are always sitting around with no customers and are very unwilling to help anybody. They will take your money and turn you away. They do not stand by the guarantee. You will get the runaround time and time again.

Staff was vary rude.
