I have purchased many vehicles in my past; New and Used. This has been the worst experience ever. The sales man Patrick took a $1000 down payment on a vehicle that was in the body shop to have a cap put on and I was told that it would be ready over the weekend. Next it was a ding in the bumper and then a ding on the fender that needed to be repaired. I had been stringed along the whole time.In addition, I also offered to buy the car in cash but was told it would be better to finance a $9,700 used car. When I finally got to see the car 2 weeks later, I was told that the car is not eligible for financing because it was a 2010. I drove 1hr 30 mins to the dealer to pay cash for the car only to find out that I couldnt take the car with me that day because they couldnt inspect the vehicle. So Patrick offered to bring the vehicle to my office. The following day Thursday April 1; I finally received the vehicle only to notice that it was registered incorrectly. On Monday April 5th; I called the salesman Patrick to inform of their mix up; which he never got back to me until I followed up again the next day only to be told that I would have to fix it myself.Tim the manager also stated that how were they suppose to know the vehicle needed Commercial plates. I replied maybe because I informed my salesman, in addition all of my fleet has commercial plates and the registration which I provided to show proof of incorporation was also a commercial plate. The staff at Atlantic Cadillac needs to been retrained or changed all together. Ive purchase vehicles from small mom and pop dealerships that have more professionalism and knowledge than this place. No one took responsibility for any of the mishaps and I still didnt get any resolution on my plates to date.I am truly disgusted and will never purchase a vehicle from Atlantic Cadillac. They give Cadillac and Chevy a bad name. I will be buying from Ford going forward.Worst of the Worst....
I’m Only giving one star because I have to give one to leave a review. Do not. I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from here. The absolute worse customer service.Harry the sales person and the manager dont know how to respect a customer.
I’m Only giving one star because I have to give one to leave a review. Do not. I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from here. The absolute worse customer service, Especially in service. Leana the manager, a joke. The representatives do not know anything. It’s really sad. I regret purchasing a car from them.
I just wanna say thank you to dennis in the service department and all the technicians at Cadillac in Bayshore service was excellent they told me what was going on they fixed it faster than anybody else even said they would the car is now beautiful and runs like a dream thank you to Bay shore Cadillac I am forever appreciative for your great service thank you
By far THE WORST Service Department I have ever been to. I leased a 2019 Equinox and purchased a CPO 2017 Cadillac ATS-V. After 2 weeks, I noticed heavy smoke when cold starting the ATS-V. I brought it in for service and was told its normal. I took the car back & it sat in my garage for a week. I started and now gray-blue smoke BILLOWED out of the exhaust with a heavy oil smell. We took video every time we started the car and the problem continued. I found on a Cadillac blog, that there was a problem with scoring in the cylinders and the blogger gave a step by step account of how his service dept in CA found the problem and fixed it. I brought the car back to the dealer and advised of the blog and shared my video of the heavy smoke. I asked Atlantic to pull the plugs to check for oil and bore-scope the cylinders. They had my ATS-V for three weeks! During that period, I drove my 2019 Equinox because they couldnt give me a loaner because of Covid. Then, my 2019 Equinox broke down on I-87 in the middle of the night. Check engine light comes on and car feels weird, like no acceleration. I called my husband and he travelled 2 hours north to follow me home. I brought the Equinox in for service the next day. I asked for a loaner. Atlantic now has BOTH of my cars. I was told they cant give me a loaner because of Covid and they had me take my ATS-V so I could get to work. Mind you, they have my ATS-V for THREE WEEKS and apparently did NOTHING! They fixed my Equinox so I dropped of my ATS-V again. Rick from service advised me that they ordered another part needed for the Equinox, but it was safe to drive in the meantime. I let Rick know that I had to drive 4 hours, sometimes through rural areas by myself, so I asked him again if he was sure it was safe to drive. He assured me it was. I headed north and about 1/2 way through my trip the Engine Power Failure light comes on and there is no acceleration at all. It was about 20 miles to the next exit, so I kept going as best as I could and dropped the Equinox off at a Chevy Dealer in upstate NY and had a friend pick me up in the wee hours of the night. AGAIN, my husband now has to travel 4 hours to get me & bring me home. The dealer in upstate NY fixed the issue, brought me my car with his mask on and wiped down my car with a sanitizing wipe before I got in. None of that was done at Atlantic. I got in the Equinox and headed back to LI. Mind you, my ATS-V is STILL at Atlantic for svc. I got a call that the addtl part for the Equinox was in. I went back to Atlantic to drop off the Equinox. I told them I WANT A CAR TO USE! Finally, they gave me a loaner. The next day, I picked up the Equinox & all appears to fixed. Still nothing has been done on my ATS-V, but they let me hang onto the loaner while the looked at my ATS-V for a couple of days. I say looked because that is all they did. They didnt pull the plugs. They said they drove the car hard to clean out the exhaust. Its all fixed now. You know, Im a woman so I dont know how to drive a twin-turbo V6 with a 6 speed [sarcasm]. So, I drop off the loaner & p/u my car & video record it since its fixed, right? I cold-started it and behold...SMOKE! Not only smoke, but my oil service light was on. Do you think this place would ask me if I wanted my oil changed or better yet, comp an oil change after my inconvenience? NOPE! My husband wanted me to leave the car there, but I had it with Atlantic. I then received a call from a Leann Dunn at Atlantic to make sure I was satisfied. SERIOUSLY???? I explained the disaster I experienced with both of my cars. But, Leann wanted to make it right by offering me a free car wash. Its laughable!!! She also asked me if I would do her a favor and give Atlantic a 5-star review. REALLY? I filed a complain with Cadillac Corp & took my car to Conte Cadillac in Freeport. They discovered the cylinders were scored, replaced the engine, and gave me a loaner for the entire couple time they had my car. I highly recommend Paul Conte Cadillac for svc. Atlantic is totally USELESS!!!
Very disappointed in customer service especially over the phone, called in on behalf of my leasing company for a loyal client of mine to ask about the Escalade 2021 was turned over to alyssa and needed information ( idk if it was even the right person they handed me to ) says I gota wait 8-12 weeks I said okay, she randomly ask if I was the customer when I clearly stated I called from a leasing Company her voice then changes (definitely wasn’t nice) and said oh if you want more information I gota have the customer called and when I answered again my dear I am calling from a leasing company she intentionally hangs up the phone LOL. Definitely won’t be calling here to do any business again or refer anyone .
I will never go to another Atlantic again in my life. Rules of simple math dont apply here and I just feel like Im about to get hustled anytime I step foot inside an Atlantic dealership. 2 weeks after getting my truck appraised, they somehow lost the info and it was worth 1k less than they originally quoted. They then tried to inflate the price of the car to above asking just to act like they were doing new a favor when they started coming down. The same car was 200 less a month at a different dealer. Stay away from here.
This place is an absolute ripoff! Go to king o Rourke. I was told I needed a new power steering pump, rack and turbo (of course everything thats not covered). $$$$Someone directed me to king o Rourke who diagnosed the true issues. No new parts needed except for timing chains which WAS covered. Theyve been trying to pull this since back when I had my 1st caddy....beware of this place
The auto I purchased, I have no problems with. The staff, different situation. Up front we were lied to by sales about a warranty on a Certified Pre-Owned car, told that it was covered by Cadillac, not true. Multiple times while negotiating the purchase we inquired about the coverage, and multiple times we given false information indicating that the vehicle was covered. As an owner of of Cadillacs over the past 40 years, I understand the costs that are associated with repairs and wanted some coverage. When I contacted Atlantic to schedule a 3 month follow-up check, (which we were led to believe was a free follow-up service, WHICH BY THE WAY WE NEVER RECEIVED), we were informed that the week prior, (without any notification from Atlantic or Cadillac) that our warranty was up. Further attempts to clarify the situation by placing phone calls, were ignored. The sales person also no longer worked there, so that link was also lost. Prior to this situation we had some concerns about the integrity of the tires on the vehicle and was given the run-around by both sales and service staff. First went to service, was bounced to sales, went to sales, was bounced back to service. Neither contacted each other in an attempt to work out the situation. For a vehicle I spent $30,000+ dollars in cash for, this was indeed a frustrating way to be treated by staff. BE VERY WARY OF THE STAFF HERE, ONCE THE CAR IS OFF THE LOT, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!!
Whenever you go there Ask for LG one of the best sale attendant. Great service 👏 they are patient with you and work on your budget.
I leased a 2020 CT5 and even with this car being A completely brand new model and unable to be found on other lots, Atlantic had 5 of them to choose from! Nadia made the process so easy! Everyone was so helpful and this by far was the best car buying process I’ve had ever!
Have leased/purchased several cars, trucks and SUVs from here and have always been treated with respect and received great service.
What a great experience! They all treated me great and they truly have the best deals you can find anywhere. Kudos Atlantic Chevrolet/Cadillac. You guys were awesome!!!!
Bad experience i the vendor talks and talk i finish pay 5000.00 more over the price when I go back because I want return the car he say nothing cant do and refuse change o recip the car due is pass one week I feeling bad about this dealer
Worst customer service ever!!!!!Very unhappy customer.
Literally the WORST dealership out there. After 3 leases with Cadillac, I had Nick Sciarotto attempt to bait and switch me followed up by Lianna Dunne the Customer Service manager say to me Oh what is the difference in payment to you, a cup of coffee?. Walked out of there disgusted and was taken care of at another dealership that was happy to have me as a customer because as much as I love Cadillac, I couldnt deal with being treated this way anymore. All thorughout my last lease through Bayshore I had service issues as well and was always bribed with a free car wash coupon to make sure to rate them with 5 stars, but I am just hoping that the public knows this dealership is no more than 1 star. Steer clear!!!!
If you want a hardworking, attentive salesperson that will listen to your wants and needs ASK FOR LJ. I had been at the exact dealership only 2 months ago and was ignored for 15 minutes before i was helped and looked at exact same car I bought this time. This time as soon as I walked around outside parking lot LJ immediately came up to start assisting me. He was not pushy, he listened to what I was looking for and continuously went back to management to try to make the best possible deal for me to purchase my car. I left with my car same day! LJ was constantly running around to make sure all departments that were prepping car and processing paperwork were working as expediently as possible. THANK YOU LJ FOR A NICE CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE!
Service is second to none...you always feel welcomed when you arrive and grateful when you leave!
Took my car in immediately. Kept me abreast of the status and finished on time.
Dont go there bad experience
Was shopping through the a trusted car buying service used by military and their families to ensure fair pricing and clarity in buying. Decided I liked a vehicle at this dealership and while in contact with them they told me the deal I found through the service was ONLY if you were financing through the dealer. I knew this was incorrect and against the contract with the service, BUT I wanted to double check my facts before going further. Called USAA to clarify and they said this dealer was 100% going against the policies of participating in the car buying service. USAA stated that the price that is advertised on the service along with obvious processing fees, was the max price they could charge, regardless of how you finance, and immediately told me to steer clear because they sounded very untrustworthy. The dealer also told me there would be an additional cost for it to be Certified Pre-owned, however they were already advertising that it was certified. That should be included in the advertised price if you are claiming it as such. Once I tried to get back in touch with the dealer after telling them they are going against the policy, it was pretty much dead air. Blessing in disguise really, as I would have no faith in a vehicle I purchased from them ever. Buyer beware if you have to go through them.
Daughter loved it...it was too hot for me to get out of the car..
I do not recommend the dealer the workers are racist, I have two weeks dealing with a used truck they told me The truck was ready. and I only lost my time the only thing they recommended me go to the dealer of the dodge is the worst dealer do not waste your time with that dealer the only think they like to do isFight with the customer 😡
Dealership is nice with a wide variety of cars of different makes. Unfortunately I had a pretty had experience bad experience with the rep that helped me. Francisco became almost hostile when I tried pointing out unnecessary fees, and working my down payment into the price I would finance. Thats really not how you get a customer to buy a car. Before I tried to negotiate the fees, he came back and said alright Ill take your card and you can walk it out today. If I didnt triple check the paperwork, I wouldve been screwed. Next time ask for Troy, straight up guy.
Horrific customer service! If your time means nothing and you want to be treated like garbage this is the dealership for you.
It’s a shame good cars are being held hostage here. I just called and tried to ask a couple of simple questions and the salesman was unbelievably hostile and rude. I would never give them my business.
A big thank you to Ronnie, Dina and Eddie for helping me with the purchase of my XT4. And a special thank you to Pete in the prep department for shining it up ! If you’re looking for a Caddy or Chevy, look no further - Atlantic goes above and beyond for their customers !
Just leased my 2020 XT6 from Atlantic today. Steven Blank was my salesman and he was a real pleasure to work with. Every number he quoted, and detail he said, he was 100% on. I highly recommend Steven Blank he made the transaction painless, informative and personal. He also works in the GM side as well so everyone can use him.csnt leave out Mohammed in Finance, he made all the financial stuff easy and he worked with us and for us.
Just bought a new Chevy Blazer, salesperson Bill was great,he knew all about the vehicle and all its options. Good experience
Great place to buy a car.Ive bought 3 cars here so far.Im always treated with care and respect.
Have tried to make a service appt for an oil change on my XT5 at Atlantic Cadillac for 2 weeks now. They’re always booked. Why is it that I need to make an appt weeks out? I could drive to Jiffy Lube and have the car back in 90 minutes. Most likely because it’s a free oil change for the life of my lease. Perhaps if I had to pay for it, there would be some openings.Terrible customer experience at Atlantic. I won’t return next year when my lease is up.
Anthony is an awesome guy! No matter what you ask he helps you with anything concerning your car!
They serve a nice complimentary assortment of bagels and good coffee and the staff is very congenial.
