Was looking for a used older generation Miata about a year ago and drove about two hours for the one they had and it was worth it. It was an 18 year old car and still came with a 6 month warranty! Whos ever heard of that? Its been trouble free for another year and 10,000 miles. They were friendly, expedient and had great prices. Would recommend and buy from again. I got into an accident early November and was looking at a specific dealership (in Long Island City) to get another car from. I have brought a 2004 BMW 530XI from them last week and they was the most helpful and wonderful people in the world. I had totaled my car back in September ...and was without a car, not to mention a little traumatized by the accident and frustrated awaiting the money from my insurance. That being said, after over a month of searching we just happened to be passing CarMatch NY in Bay Shore and on a whim, decided to stop. We were greeted by Dennis who was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicles but also very sensitive to my situation. He did not pounce on us the moment we stepped on the lot such as some salesmen might do, he gave us our space and made himself available for any questions we had. When we were ready, he got the keys for the vehicles I wanted to look at and gave us the time to check each one, sit in them, described the features to us, opened the trunk ...and hood for us, etc. We had actually been on our way to another dealership to look at a car I had seen online, when we decided to stop. We told Dennis we might be back. We ended up being very disappointed at the car I went to look at, as the pictures showed a car much cleaner ...and in better condition than what we actually saw in person. That being said, we went immediately back to Carmatch, again looked at the 4 cars I liked and chose the 2010 Nissan Murano which I absolutely love. Thank you Dennis and Carmatch for making the process so incredibly smooth and low stress. I was expecting to have the car within a few days to a week but received a call from Dennis Monday (saw the car Saturday) ...and drove the car home Monday night.
