This Starbucks is awful. The guy Martin working behind the counter is amazing bilingual and hard working but the owner obviously doesnt know how to run a business considering he has one person here, by himself, during the week of Christmas literally taking 3 orders at a time and then fulfilling them all on his own followed by cleaning up for covid with 0 support. 5 stars to that guy, 0 stars to this Starbucks.

The workers are really unprofessional and they dont respect the closing hoursI drove 15mns from my house to the store I reach there by 7:23PM on Wednesday which they suppose to close at 8PMThey refuse to served me. Not even take in consideration that I drove 15mns

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I went there today, my card declined for the last half of the transaction. I understand this situation since I work in retail. The manager that was helping the cashier was angry and she kept shaking her head and now the WHOLE starbucks line knows that i dont have $1 to pay the rest of my order. I was so embarrassed. and the guy didnt deserve to be yelled at like that. he helps me all the time and is SO nice, so much better at talking to customers than her. I have had several incidents at this location, but this was 1000% the LAST time Id ever go there. Thats not how you treat your customers OR your STAFF. the lady had red/orange-ish hair & i went here 4/11/21 around 2:10 PM. 0/5 stars.

They were extremely rude and the green tea matcha was terrible. There was powder stuck on the bottom and it tasted very bad. Never going there again. The people were disrespectful.

Drinks always come out good. Staff attitude is hit or miss but usually positive.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to first I asked for a iced matcha with almond milk and they gave me regular milk and i asked for a iced caramel latte in a grande but they gave it to me in a tall so I asked to be switched and they made em get back on the long line for 80¢. The lady who was working was also very rude

This place is so convenient and has many drinks for many moods and you can just buy a drink if youre thirsty and go back to shopping. Loved it defiantly going back here again.

I just ordered a cappuccino and they filled three-fourths of the cup, most of which was foam. I am very displeased.

Completely unprofessional, with the exception of upper MGMT. i come here every other day (i have no choice because i work nearby) one time the associate ringing was too busy facetiming to help me and most recently their associate “blamed me” to her co-worker when it came to her mess up.

The drinks are good but this one girl cashier is very rude and disrespectful as if she hates everyone. Never used to good tone.

This location is usually quick and fast.My only problem is I cant pre-order via the app.
