The ladies at the storage unit were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive rented a storage unit before and I did not get the same courtesy as I did there. Even had a water and hot chocolate to boost my energy level from moving.. Would definitely come here again.

Surprisingly, my overall experience has been really good. I naturally went to cube smart because the building stand out so much before transferring to Delta storage in Bayonne, NJ and in comparison to the prices and customer service, Delta storage knocks it out the park. I would definitely recommend Delta storage. I would also recommend going online to see if there are any specials or availability prior to coming in person or call. Theres a young lady by the name of Regina Im not sure if shes the manager but shes patience and always willing to go above and beyond to help. At least thats the experience Ive had. I hope this helps ! :)

Myriam provided very excellent customer serious she gave me an idea of the space needed with the suggestion of how and what I need to store. She offered me a walk-in discounts at the best offer available. When I needed a bigger storage unit she regretfully told me that the bigger ones were all booked at the time but 1 didn’t show so if he doesn’t tomorrow it’s yours and she executed and stood by her word and now I have a bigger space. Very easy to work with and very welcoming. Myriam helped us set up our storage while we were still living on the opposite side of the country and walked us through all the paperwork by phone and email before we had even moved here yet. She was a delight to work with and incredibly friendly. The facility is clean and well organized. Definitely one of the nicest looking storage centers Ive seen.

Was recommended here by a friend and am glad that I listened. I was helped by Myriam and she was a delight to talk to and was very helpful. The office is clean and organized. The storage spaces are clean. They also have storage supplies you might need like locks (which I got from them) and I think also boxes and tapes. I would recommend this branch of Delta!

It was good but tiring to move things from one storage unit to another and it took a lot longer than I would have liked but I do have a lot of stuff that was moved. The manager was very kind and courteous throughout the moving process and then in adjusting my personal information as a result of my changing units.. Overall, I have always had good service there and it has always been convenient to home.

I have a storage unit here for so long if I remember 5 or 6 years. I used it at first to store my home goods from when I had moved with my ex-fiancee. Later after moving I turned it to my little home away from home and private training gym for my fights. Still using the service with these guys and all the ups and downs Ive been going through. Delta Storage has been there working with me all the way.Their representatives that worker this location are the best. Once again....another great experience at Delta storage--Bayonne. Ive been an existing customer for the last 4 or 5 years. From the start...I was met with professionalism, respect and kindness. However, this past weekend, that quality was upped again.Ive been whittling down the stuff in my unit for many months. As a result, I no longer needed the space of the unit, so I went to move over to a smaller unit.From the start, Damaiya was professional, sweet and efficient. She quickly showed the options for me to select a smaller unit. Once I selected it, the move was on.Once completed, I went back to the office to finish my paperwork and I cannot tell you how personable both she and the manager, Myriam, were. These ladies made my mundane process, enjoyable and interesting.They give you such a hometown feel/experience that you almost forget youre at a storage facility. You feel like youve made two friends, in a matter of minutes. They are truly a great look for Delta. Their stle should be cloned for all Delta locations.. I decided to move some of my items into storage before my move. I called the two local places in Bayonne, NJ. The first was CS near Walmart. The rates were ok but I felt like the person who answered was uninterested in my questions. The second was Delta Storage. When I called, Myriam answered and since I knew nothing about storage I asked a lot of questions. She was on the phone with me answering every question without hesitation. It was nothing like my call to the other storage facility. She was personable, knowledgeable and so nice. It was so refreshing and appreciated also the rates were great. I decided to do with Delta Storage. Finally, a positive thing in 2020.

The young ladies in the office who helped us today were both knowledgeable and kind and helped us to expedite access to our new storage unit.I would highly recommend Delta Self Storage in Bayonne NJ to anyone needing additional space!Professional and reputable organization for sure!

Super professional. Young lady that helped us, Delays (apologies to her if I mispelled it) was very helpful, thorough and friendly. The office is really nice. You dont feel like you are in a storage facility. Units are really clean as well as the walk ways. They have options such as climate controlled units. Super cheap to rent one of their trucks too. I would recommend this place in Jersey for your storage needs. Pricing is average but facility is better the most of the other guys.

The staff here are really friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the unit i was in, not by my fault, and they were wonderful in making sure my belongings were safe and taken care of. I received a call from the business letting me know they noticed a potential issue with my unit and gave me several options to help me resolve the matter, all of which were in my favor. Regina was really wonderful and understanding, and communicated my concerns to management and helped me every step of the way. When i call, i speak with the same people which is always helpful, and when i leave a message i get a response within the hour. Overall stellar performance by the staff!----------------Since writing the review above, i have had a follow-up experience with the staff that further supported previous. I was called in to move from my temporary unit to my now permanent unit, and the conduct of the staff has been stellar on both occasions. Both Regina and Miriam were delightful and pleasant to deal with, and were very accommodating, understanding that i was being inconvenienced every time i have to come down and move units. They exemplify the meaning of customer service, and I will continue to do business here so long as this is the norm.

The 2 women at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I also notice how well they worked together. while one was printing docements the other was photo coping my I.D. to cut down on the wait time. I was not expecting that kind of customer service from a storage service. I would definately refer this place to a friend.

Regina was very very helpful and made the process of finding the best storage space and the storage process very easy, saving us a lot of stress. She was also very kind, understanding and resourceful. The facility is very clean and easy to access for self-storage and the promotions/discounts going on at the time of service were more than reasonable.

Just came back from Delta Storage for the first time. I have to mention (because how could I not?!) Regina and Hector were the most helpful, knowledgeable and warm people I have ever met! Storage is not cheap and they made the process seamless and actually a nice experience (nothing like what I was expecting). The manager Mariem is the absolute worst. I don’t know if the owner is aware unless he is the one encouraging her to add all those false fees and then lock your unit until you make a payment. Thank god I’ll be out by the end of the month so I don’t have to deal with her anymore!

The cost of each unit is very reasonable and affordable. The entire property is super clean and has the best security. My family and I will continue to use this location in the upcoming future!
