Super impressed… having moved here from California… I also agree with one of the reviewers below… wish we had had this in CA! I was not expecting anything special at this Baytown location… but I was blown away…fresh everything, excellent customer service, produce is way better than Kroger and for someone who only shopped at Whole Foods and Costco in the past, this has become my Whole Foods local grocery-replacement.It’s clean and spacious and even has a gas station out front. The layout is spacious and thoughtful and even with lots of people and kids milling around, it never feels packed… tons of parking outside, and even a K-beauty corner with sheet masks (good quality essentials have been selected in the pharmacy section so this mirrors how a Whole Foods incorporates this type of section, just much bigger)The only thing is that this location doesn’t ever (I’ve been here 8 times) have is sliced pork belly, (a Texan told me that each H-E-B has slightly different offerings) so I pick it up when we are visiting friends in Summerwood.

Were from Dallas and stop here sometimes on our way back from the coast. Its a special treat you can only get in certain parts of Texas 🙂 I get my special HEB brand stuff.

Their curbside pick up is wonderful, Ill be using that whenever possible.

Great place. Good enough variety. There could be more but it was good.There are in store coupons and you get free samples of stuff that they are promoting. Clean atmosphere and wide enough aisles. I would recommend.

I love HEB! Massive selection of food and goods with reasonable prices. I really enjoy the fresh ready to cook meals they have. They are a great break from the fast food Im used to eating when Im away from home.

I drive 2 hours to get groceries here. Customer service is always great and I have never had an issue with anything out of stock. Super clean bathrooms also!!!!

Kasey at the gas station kiosk is very anti-social. Was on her phone the whole time. No greeting, just shoved the drawer open and continued looking at her phone. Only looked up when I continued to stand there as I wasn’t sure if she was ready to help me or not. Never once made eye contact or spoke a single word. Threw my cigarettes in the drawer and went back to her phone. Did not even check my ID.

I went to 3 different Walmart stores to find what I was looking for. They had 0 on the shelf. You, HEB had 7 on the shelf. I bought them all.Thank you HEB.

HEB will forever be our go-to grocery store for as long as we live in Texas. We can never go there and spend less than $200, its just not possible. Keep up the awesome store and please move to Crosby, TX too when you all get a chance.

I came here for my daughters birthday cake I showed them a picture of what it was suppose to be it was the exact opposite I was so embarrassed at my daughters party the cake looked like I could have made it I will never do business with them again

There are definitely closer grocery stores to my house and there is even a closer HEB, but I really like the way this one is setup and the friendly staff. Something about it makes me feel back at home!

Great customer service and fresh produce! They have a great variety or seafood and meats. Aaaaand their cakes are definitely one of my favorites theyre delicious!! Their pharmacy is great too I always get my meds from there!

Pretty good. Much improvement over a visit a few years ago. But if you HAVE to use the electronic riding carts dont expect to get any meat/seafood or bakery.

I normally enjoy shopping at HEB but this morning I was disappointed. In the Bakery, I planned to buy Apple Turnovers. All the Apple Turnovers were covered with thick Icing. The staff told me they only make Apple Turnovers with icing. They said the person responsive for the bakery just left, she works at night. Very Disappointed.

I always order groceries from HEBs online delivery service. The HEB team is absolutely amazing. HEB is really good about giving updates through out the whole time that they are fulfilling The order. If there is a problem, confusion or mistake made by the customer or a team member HEB management and associates work quickly to correct it without shifting blame. HEB TEAM has great customer service skills and goes the extra mile for the customer

I go to this HEB every week. I have absolutely no issues with this location. They keep the store pretty well stocked. The products are always pushed to the edge and aisles are neat and clean. It is always so very crowded. The bakery is also very talented with my cake designs.

This is an amazing store. Texas is lucky. Wish they would ship to California but they wont. What an awesome grocery store.

Its a great HEB that is very clean and organized. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The one critique I have though is that someone needs to teach the baggers not to put bananas and other soft fruits in the same bag as containers with sharp edges because they do it every single time and the bananas are almost always bruised the next day.

Best place to grocery shop, fruits and veggies are always fresh, produce are always fresh looking and the prices are great.

Take out meals to fit any budget and taste.

This is a newer location and everything was very well stocked, very clean inside and employees were extremely helpful and polite!

They fired my wife for being pregnant, also their ready to eat food are made so cheap. Make it at home because the ingredients they use are only fresh half of the time. Most of the sandwhiches, salads, chicken salad, and pizzas are just thrown together.

I purchased some chicken here on 8/14/20, 8/19/20 I had to trash it because it was spoiled. I spent almost $300 that day and less than a week later I had to trash the majority of it. None of was fresh

I love HEB. The service is always great. Im giving a 4 star because the cashier over charged. He scan 4 waters instead of 2. There is no half star but I especially love the seafood department. Always so fresh. The wait is weird but its worth it when you eat. I love my HEB.

I have mixed reviews on my experience. This was my first curbside pickup and rhe pickup area is not marked well, theres a sign on the far side of the parking lot and no others that I saw.. My order was delivered to my car fairly quickly, but after I pulled out I realized I wasnt given a free item that came with my purchase.I returned to curbside but couldnt reach them, I called the store, got transferred to curbside, they didnt answer It took about 15 minutes to get it. Once I reached someone however, the manager herself came out, an associate came out to check in me, and they were so sweet I forgot Id been aggravated. Id give them another shot, the curbside area was really busy, they are definitely doing something right.

Need less stuff and more choices in food selections would be better. The other stuff I get some place else. Food is why I go to HEB

Way much better than other supermarkets

My go to grocery store for most things! The thing I love about HEB is I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The lines go quick which is hard to find at other big grocery stores. I also love all the HEB brand products they have! The deli meat is so good, I love ordering the cajun fried turkery shaved, its perfect for my sandwiches and to give my dog a little treat! They have a good produce selection too and awesome bakery. I am not a huge fan of the seafood market at this particular HEB, their seafood is not always fresh.

I love H-E-B. They always have everything and the employees are always super nice.

1st time using their curbside pickup shopping, way better than Walmart pickup at Beltway 8 east and Wallisville, but still was missing an item, well see how any refund goes and how things are, next time if better I will add a star.

Ive always loved a cheap E, Heb always has things that no other grocery store has come I went to Walmart and then I went to krogers and could not find what I was looking for so I went to HTV and found everything I was looking for, thank you H EB.

It is a clean HEB. Employees seem to be happy. I love the samples and am forever buying whatever they are selling. Probably the one thing I dont like, is that I ALWAYS spend way more than I want to! But God bless HEB :)

At the moment I am staying in a hotel and Im was able to find some really interesting things to cook in the microwave definitely a lot bigger selection than most

Great store Great people and please dont be rude when you find out of the limits of certain items. These people are there to serve you and they also are going through the same problems everyone else are going through. Be thankful that they are open to serve you.

Fairly new store and great produce. Not exactly cheap but with sale items keep one going back. Love their individual servings of assorted cakes. Could be habit forming. I never rate anything 5 stars but this Heb deserves plus after the 4 stars.

I went to express line to checkout and attendant said I could not checkout because I had more than 10 items. I had 12. All regular checkouts had at least two people in each lane with baskets full of groceries. There was only one other person at express. Ridiculous

Nice HEB. Wish it were one of the fancy giant ones but this has just everything I need. Online ordering and curbside pickup was very easy.

They were pretty busy. We stopped in for a few essentials prior to getting on the road. They were down to a few bottles of water and because of the storm Uri there were limitations on several items, which I understand- but as a traveler some items were not available until we got to Mississippi. I will say they protected the 15items or less lines vigilantly I was happy and impressed because the regular lines were very very long. Im only giving 4 stars because I couldnt find any wipes or kleenex. Everyone was nice and quick to answer inquiries.

The true grocery store based on Texas values, slightly priced higher, but products are always great quality, so you know your getting premium produce & meats 🍖. Once you shop at HEB, it will become YOUR grocery store because no others will reach your new expectations that are instilled in you from shopping at HEB. 😁.

Filled with snobby unhelpful rude employees. And we havent been in there for so long and this visit reminded us why. It doesnt cost anything to be nice. When your employees arent nice it causes the customers not ever want to come back. I understand a lot is going on these days with covid-19 and the wearing of the Mask and people getting on each others nerves but it doesnt make things simpler for anybody when your cashiers are downright rude to customers either.

Its HEB what else is there to say they have everything at a great price. if you can find it here then I dont know what to tell ya
