Great little mom and pop store. Wall to Wall supplied. What you cant find that those big chain stores you definitely going to find here. The staff is always willing to help you so you dont have to look for items yourself they know right where its at. In and out, the best part about it is, theyre local

Great hardware store they have everything and anything you could ever need. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Forget the big-box home improvement stores. Fischers has an amazing selection and their staff are top notch. At the gigantic stores, the staff actively avoid assisting customers, but this place is the complete opposite - well-trained employees constantly do everything in their power to help. This is my first stop for everything relating to hardware and home projects.

Staff is amazing. They know most people want to get in and out asap. The moment you walk in the door someone is there to guide you to the right isle, if not take you there. Four stars because they are a bit pricey. Guess thats the price of great customer service. Overall excellent.

Selection is good and so are the prices. But the knowledge of the staff is a little lacking. Which is why I deducted a star. Otherwise love this place.

Great service, high prices, some items low stock, and low choice of brands, but hey its not big box retailer, service is a lot better than a big box wharehouse store especially the big orange depot.

I love this place, i dont go there often but when i need something they are my go to spot.

They charge tax on a deposit for warranty/repair when dropping off so 43.00 deposit instead of 40. Why not wait till repair is completed instead of taking more unnecessary money from people. Makes no sense at all.

Prices are a little on the high side but they are convenient. Would rather go there then home depot and lowes since I live down the street. They always have someone available to help when you walk in and have alot of things you wouldnt think they would have.

I support small town businesses. Everybody was super friendly and very willing to help. Plus they had what I needed! when I went to the other big hardware stores they are always out of the bolts I need.

Great and reasonable prices.

Purchased a Stihl product from Fischers and returned within a few days. I found out that the accessories I purchased along with the machine would not fit. Was also told the machine i bought was commercial... it was not. I ended up returning EVERYTHING I purchased and took my business elsewhere. The staff is very friendly but would not recommend purchasing stihl machines from them.

Cute little store. Its like an axe hardware, but cleaner, less crowded, and more helpful staff. Much more conveniently located than Home Depot or Lowes.

Fair pricing

This was a nice store to be so small. We didnt find what we were looking for in the store but several associates helped us and they were friendly. They do have a wide variety of repair wear for a home or mobile home. They also have an RV aisle with general replacement parts. We did have to use our navigation but i believe we could find it again without navigation now.

The plumbing prices were not normal

We went in to get help with plumbing. We were given horrible customer service by the manager with the black beard. He proceeded to laugh at us and ask us what kind of plumber are you?, Then he stormed off and told us that he was done. The worst thing about this is that he is actually a manager here. Such unprofessionalism!We havent had hot water in 2 weeks. The past two days we havent had water period. The last thing we need is some scumbag giving us his unnecessary opinions.My husband and I were absolutely appalled because we loved this stores variety of things. An employee witnessed his awful attitude and told upper management for us. But we will be calling them too!

All employees are great! Willing to help and even give complete customer satisfaction. Once I lost my bluetooth earbuds in that store 3 days later when I returned the cashier remembered me and pulled them out from behind the counter and told me they found them on aisle 22. Its been many years since Ive been to a place where they cared enough to take care of me in their store.

Ran in here for tools today and had a great selection of hardware the worker that helped me was nice and kind the cashier was kind as well and they offer you free popcorn at the checkout.

This store is a joke the old Eastham Hardware was so much better. They take your money and tell you they are ordering your product, and then never call you and let you know when it is in. That happened to me and when I called, the manager just said he didnt see any paperwork on it. I told him they filled it out and took my money at the front register. It did not seem to phase him. He just said do you want me to hold you some, so they got more in and put my products I paid for out for resale. Sounds like a good way to sell products twice to me. Beware if doing business with this store.
