I always enjoy this establishment. Always clean and the assistants are helpful and knowledgeable. They take the TIME to answer questions.

OTR Driver. Delivered here, nice folks, unloading and check-in good. If coming off I-10 unto Garth Road, you will note that that the truck entrance driveway is the 2nd driveway entrance however it is blocked from a left turn by a concrete median. Go just next road on right Santavy and turn around at the dock area of Kroger store, or likewise and you can go back to light take left and immediate right and enter the truck driveway entrance. This driveway entrance takes you around to back where youll be set up correctly for dock. ovnp yes allowed on side of store away from dock.

Ordered a lawn mower online then sat and waited for hours for the email. So I called and the lady said it was canceled because they dont have it in stock. Now they have $750 of my money tied up and I still have no way to cut my grass. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Whoever is answering your phone at 12:45 oct 20th is just letting it ring picking it up and then letting you call back when they say nothing

Okay, where do I start? The team at this location are absolutely amazing! We had a very large order that needed to be placed for our business, and the manager April (and Hunter) went above and beyond to get us the product that we needed in a short amount of time. Highly recommend shopping at the Baytown location! Thank yall so much for everything!

This is the worst tractor supply I have ever been to. Everytime I go to get propane I either have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes or there isnt anyone there that can do fill my tank. I will never waste my time there again. Honestly this store deserves zero stars.

Shoppers doesn’t respect emotional support animal space when visiting pet clinic not even during COVID staff is not really friendly at all nor does the vet clinic first time using the vet COVID is still a trying time and space will not be respected and not force during pet check in line

This tractor supply store in Baytown, Texas has horrible customer service, Employees do not know their products. Products and livestock feed always out of stock. I have been going here many years and about 10 years ago the store was amazing. Management was knowledgeable and helpful but that is no longer the case. I was told today that there are now only 3 large carts (which always have store stock in them) that hold 50lb feed sacks and that they are doing away with them. How can you fit 6 50lb bags of feed in a plastic shopping cart? Ill be buying my feed and supplies at Laporte Feed Store from now on.

Online experience was horrible. The item was supposed to ship within 2 days, it took 7. After it finally shipped, the tracking number they provided, was not a valid number at usps, ups, FedEx, or DHL. I finally got someone when I called the 1-800 number and they told me it would be another week before it was delivered. I had to buy the starter somewhere else because my yard was out of control, waiting for them to ship my item.I tried to leave a review on their site, but they said it couldnt be published to the website. I guess because it paints a true picture of their online services.

I just wanted to tell you about my experience. I ordered 4 truck boxes and had them shipped to the store. I drove across town to pick them up. Kayla was the person that helped me. When She brought them out it was noticed that one of them was damaged beyond use.This should have been caught by the shipping and receiving team before I was contacted to come pick them up. Instead of making me return it and order a new one, This would be financial burden to me as I would have to out lay more money and wait for my money to be refunded to my card. Then wait for another one to be shipped. She leaped into action and found me an in store replacement. Shes Awesome. This is how customer service should work. If you want good service. ask for Kayla when you go in!!!

No help ever! I asked the cashier if they sold something and she pointed! No words, just pointed. Cashier Alexandra could have cared less about anything. No hello, no have a good day, kiss it nothing. Handed me a crumpled reciept.Its a shame because the store is good and has variety, but service has always sucked! Management needs to step up or step out!Only 2 employees in the store.

My husband and I stopped by Tractor Supply in Baytown on Father’s Day and we’re looking at tool boxes for his truck, Heather and David went above and waaaaay beyond in helping us with our purchase and I just can’t express enough how much we appreciate it. Made my husbands Father’s Day for sure!

Everytime we come into the store there is one register open at all times with the line backed up 10-12 people deep and then when i look around i see no shopping carts anywhere in the store and if i see them they always have products that need to ge put up in them

Offer items found no where else. Farm/ Ranch supplies. Feed hay Bovine/ Equine, pet food/ treats/ vitamins.

Our local tractor supply is chronically under staffed. There is usually one person on the register, one helping in the back and another getting stuff out of the yard, so the line gets backed up pretty frequently. The staff is great, and the store is pretty much always well stocked with feed and animal care supplies. I stop in pretty frequently.

I used to buy the 40lb bags for $6 each of the pine pellets that I use as kitty litter. For whatever reason they started keeping the bags outside to get wet and break down, which completely defeats the purpose. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay twice the price.TSC***PLEASE move the bags back inside!***I want to give you my money and be your loyal customer.

We came here for one item we saw advertised online and they had it in stock and priced reasonably. It was my first time going there and I will definitely check them out again.

Easy in-out, prices are good, have what I need for 7 dogs, 2 peacocks (more soon, I hope), 10 chickens, and the front bibs always have something that I did not know I had to have it. Also bought some tee-shirts today at J.C. Pennys clearance price.

Yesterday I took my kids to TSC to get food for our pets. My daughter just turned 4 Monday, so naturally shes been telling everyone that it was her birthday. The lady at the check out had on a sign that said its my birthday, and money clipped to it that apparently was from customers. When my daughter told her it was her birthday Monday she took a dollar off and gave it to my daughter. It made her entire day!!! Shes still talking about it! What an amazing employee to represent your store! Customer service was outstanding! Thank you!

I would give them none if it was an option. Its doesnt make any sense that we had a lady follow us around like we were stealing. Even the lady at the register take apart the gloves we were buying accusing us of putting them together. Even though the from of the package says it came with the other pair of gloves.

They dont have terrible customer service, they have none.They also have no help /assistance, nor carts.NEVER GOING BACK.

I have been to several other Tractor Supplys, but this one had the best service! We were asked several times if we needed help or assistance. When my husband finally found what he had in mind, there were not any price tags on it nor the shelf. I took the item up front, where the cashier had a line so I saw someone behind a shelf. I did not realize she was literally behind it and trying to move it. I had started to speak then realized what she was doing and apologized for bothering her then went to find someone else. She called me and asked what I needed, and thinking she would call someone to help me I told her. She put down what she was doing and started scanning the items. There was a young man in the pet area and I had questions about flea treatments. He had the answers. What I bought is amazing!!

As good as any tractor supply. We were visiting the area and came here for propane bottle refills and dog food. Even found some nice pants on sale while browsing the store. The only negative is its kind of busy intersection/area and can be tough to get in or out if your hauling a large trailer.

I love this tractor supply store. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. The manager goes out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I dont mind making that drive even though I have another tractor supply closer to me.

Fair prices, usually good inventory, but sometimes,they dont order enough of the feed I use, which is a little higher than the feed store, but T.S. has better hours on the weekend. Usually more selection than feed stores on everything but feed. Good place for tac and hardware.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didnt have the item I was searching for as they didnt carry products from that manufacturer but they told me What local retailer carried their products. They didnt get my business that day but they certainly will in the future.

It consistently takes forever to check out. This morning we had hopes of beating the crowds but the cashiers login did not work on the registers. The managerwas the only other person working and couldn’t come assist until she finished what she was working on - which was checking by in a trailer. I’m sorry, but I think the five minutes to help him would have been fine better spent.

Horrible horrible service! I placed an order on line, when I came to pick it up they only had one of two things I needed. I waited 50 minutes before they even brought my Purchases through the side gate. I did go inside once and asked will someone be out there bringing my items. Then I had to call over the phone and asked to speak to the manager to let them know they have not made it out to the side gate. That call was made 45 minutes after my purchase. When somebody finally came, they told me they only had one of the items I needed and offered to refund the other one. When I came in to do the refund the manager on duty was completely irritated and annoyed by me asking if we could hurry because I needed to get back to work. This was not a pleasant exchange, I doubt I will be doing business here again. If I do and the service changes I will change my rating accordingly.

I had been checking every where for mens coveralls and they had just what I was looking for and a variety of sizes for an unbeatable price. Cashier was very friendly. Will be back and will tell all my husbands coworkers to go there.

Best place to get Taste of the Wild dog food. Ive never had a bad experience at any of the stores. They always accept my GSD and me. No questions asked. Great environment for pet care and trailer parts when I need them.

Went in to pick up an online order, the customer service lady needs a little training in polite customer service attitude. But she did double check that my item was there.

Love the store, prices are fair and always have good products. But the customer service desk is crap. The girl with black hair and blond highlights is RUDE and NOT helpful and the others just stood there. If you need something.. Ask one of the isle clerks, when you can find them, far more helpful

This was my first visit to Tractor Supply. This one was in Baytown and it was okay. This store had a little bit of everything. We didnt quite find what we were looking for which was add-ons to a Cub Cadet like a pull-behind trencher or seed spreader but they had things like that for ATVs .My husband used the restroom and he said it was nasty. There was a really good selection of childrens clothing and if you like overalls they have them for children from pretty young all the way up to 5T. They also have little John Deere toys tractors and backhoes. Looks like they had a pretty good selection of flower Bulbs for Springtime but since its getting on into the middle of May some of the bulbs are starting to dry up. All in all its a good store I would shop there again.

Had to ask 3 times for someone to fill my propane tank.

Tractor supply has always done their best to help out. The only complaint I have is the plants they have live inside the store are dead or die. They should be kept in a cooler so they remain dormant till planting.

I like going to Tractor Supply they always have something on sale that I can use. They have anything and everything, good helpful employees too.

Had almost everything I needed, employees were friendly but need to hire more knowledgeable people. Had someone try to help with the lawnmower stuff but had no idea about lawnmower parts.

Waste of my time. I came to this tractor supply to buy a bottle of argon because welding supply stores close early. I did research and checked the internet and it said it was available in store and I figured if I bought from TS I could always get it filled on my weekends. I never spent much time in a TS before but I was initially very impressed with the variety of catagories of merchandise they are supposed to carry and considered it a future go to store. That thought was short lived. While I was there I went to the welding area to pick up a couple pieces of steel. Had trouble getting what I needed because the rack was completely unorganized and half the slots for what I needed were empty. When I inquired about an argon bottle, I was told to wait at a counter and the manager would take care of me. I saw the manager chit chatting with another person 30 away. She saw me standing there while I attempted to make eye contact and she just kept yapping away. Eventually another employee grabbed her and pointed to me and told her what I needed and she told him to tell me they cant sell me an argon bottle because they were out of forms...a piece of paper, empty shelves, and a dismissive manager just cost every Tractor supply in the world a customer forever.

From the day I first went there, years ago, I knew they should have made the place twice as big for this market area.They could use more selection.The big trick is finding the right people to deal with.

Tractor Supply has better selection and upkeep of bolts and nuts than either of the big home improvement store.

The one in Baytown is horrible. When you call, they say they have what you need but when you get there they dont. They have no assistance, just a bunch of dead brains walking around looking lost.

I buy dog foods...gardening tools...mulch....soil...plant foods...baby chicks and ducks and all their supplies. Very nice selections plus more.

The online product list does not do the physical store inventory justice. I mean that in a positive way. Step inside the store to find that elusive item you need and right next to it may well be a variation or add-on for that item that you wernt even aware existed. And now....you need that too! Clean store. Well stocked. Friendly and helpful employees. Fairly priced if not better. And no, not just tractor and farm equiptment that reminds us of Old McDonalds farm either. Soooo much more. Very up-to-date with their product lines. Definitely worth just stopping in and, if nothing else, walking through the store to put your own eyes on what they have.

The store has all our pets supplies at a cheaper price then the big pet stores down the road, plus its easier in and out.

Got a bit of everything. Even down to drop pans for rabbit cages, and clothing. Good some great feed.
