Absolutely the worst Toyota ever. I dropped my car off here yesterday at 2 pm for service. Received one update and when I went to pick it up assuming it was done as it was regular routine service, the service desk was closed. So my car had to be left overnight and I didnt have a whole car for a whole day. To add on, I called at 11:30 today kept being transferred to voice-mail and still no update. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This is frustrating

She happily answered all of our questions .... there were a lot. We left the car lot.... and called her and asked more questions. She was knowledgeable, and prepared to help facilitate our purchase. We were not easy customers. We were high maintenance due to our needs and time frame and she still accommodated us.Also very brave to ride with us in multiple cars and with this whole COVID issue.Would absolutely buy from her again! Loved my car shopping experience here. This was my 4th dealership of the day that I had visited. My sales agent was Jessica and I HIGHLY recommend her! This was my first time ever car shopping by myself and being a blonde, 51 female I was pretty nervous. Jessica listened so well to my budget, what I was looking for and offered great options. I’m posting my review again since I don’t see my earlier one. My review is genuine & need not be flagged.I bought a brand new Camry SE from here in 2018. It was sold by Ronnie & Justin.The price is very high & car is defective one.Car is making creaking sound from dashboard like old cars.I brought this car to their service for 3 times for same reason & they couldn’t fix the issue.I’m totally disappointed, hopeless with this dealer.Honestly their after sales is disastrous or horrible.Please go to purchase cars, not free donuts or free car washes. U can get those at cheaper rates somewhere.

We were stranded in a nearby town after our car broke down and the employees at Kinsel went above and beyond to try and help us after having a horrible experience with another dealership to which our vehicle was towed. Being over 200+ miles from home and stranded with 3 young children and a dog, the other business did not seem to care one bit about our situation and wanted to keep our vehicle for an additional 48-72 hrs before even looking at it to determine if they would be able to fix it.The service department at Kinsel (Lisa Butler) assisted us with contacting a local tow company to have our vehicle brought to them and fit us in quickly. The problem was identified within the half hour, and we were back on the road by early afternoon. The lady at the front desk was so kind to my children during the wait. We couldnt be more pleased with the service we received.Thank you Kinsel for the excellent service!

*** I worked with a service manager today that resolved much of the problem. They did get my truck properly aligned and did bring the tech in and speak with him regarding my brakes There was also a financial concession for the trouble in the form of a refund. I am leaving my original post below so the original issue can be understood.--- I selected Kinsel, Toyota to service my 2017 Tundra and they have disappointed. I used one of their coupons to have my front end aligned.I asked that they check my brakes while it was in for that service and they assured me the breaks were fine, as well as they had aligned the front end. The truck was in the service bay for 10 minutes or less and they said all work was performed. Upon leaving, the truck still pulls to the right with the same force as before (I made sure to balance and rotate the tires before bringing it in for the alignment). The driver side front brake frame is eating the Rotor and they missed that. I do not believe any work was performed and am certain that any brake inspection was either not thorough or omitted entirely. This may have been a single bad tech or it could be systemic, unfortunately I cant say which is true. I can say that Kinsel will not be selling me my next Toyota nor servicing my current 1776 Tundra. Maybe I will review Philpott Toyota in the future.

We went with some of the warranty options covering various Electronics, wheels, tires that sort of thing. It has six computers so the electronics is a must. Went in to see if they could tell us why the tailgate wouldnt open they checked everything they knew should open it, I told them it had been swiped down the right side of the car and repaired, he said that a strut was probably bent and to take it back to the repair shop. They didnt charge us any thing. Great people

We went there looking for a new car and one of the sales lady came out and greeted as if we were a burden to her. After that she left and we didn’t see her afterward to never be seen again. This isn’t the first incident, my parents came to the dealership after Harvey and they said “we don’t have time for you” towards them. After my experience today, I sure as hell will believe them. Take your business to Phillpot where they are very friendly and enthusiastic about getting you into a new car.

I bought a 2013 Camry SE on the next to last day of the National Toyota clearance sale. In addition, because I was a previous Toyota owner, I got an loyalty rebate. My primary salesman, Gerald Bailey, was pleasant to work with and very helpful. A second salesman, Jacob (I think), helped me with the test drive. He was relatively new and still learning the inventory. The finance guy, Clark, was very thorough and helped me get a better interest rate than I expected through my own bank. In the end, the dealership seemed motivated to sell and I believe I got a pretty good deal on a car that I really wanted. So thanks for a positive buying experience.

They left greasy black hand prints on my vehicles cloth seats and then service guy last name Mouton had the nerve to say I did that and that it was there already. I work for a bank hence inside job not a dirty job. How would I do that?. There liars and cheats, wouldnt recommend buying from here.

We have the best warranty you can get. And our a/c went out the second year of having the car. There service department wouldnt fix it saying its not covered. I am a certified mechanic for over 20 years. In the military field, trucking and your basic civilian vehicles. And I looked over the car my self and it was the blower motor that went out. I fixed it my self instead of dealing with them. They guy did nothing but argue the whole time with me, even though I had the paperwork showing it was covered in the warranty. He thought it needed a recharge but I did it my self and that wasnt the problem. So instead of dealing with this guy I fixed the car my self. Just beware of the guy when it comes to that he had rather argue about it and try as hard as he can not to get you to fix it and has no knowledge about there own warrantys. Did my oil change in let than a hour though so they get two stars for that

I just purchased a used 2011 Toyota Tundra recently and have to say it was the most stress free car buying experience that I have ever had. My sales man Shannon Barrios was no pressure and very knowledgeable in all aspects of my truck. Also with my trade in of my 2002 Tundra he got me top dollar and a more than fair deal on my 2011. TLDR: Failed to make deadlines several times, the quality of repairs has been bad in the past, and my parents and I have all wasted way too much of our time trying to get very simple repairs done. Seems to be some lack of communication between people who are supposed to make calls.Finally was able to get my mirror replaced and lights (almost) fixed though we’re waiting on one more part. Appreciated Ursuca’s (service manager) and Frank’s (service) help on my most recent visit. They were clear in communicating the timeline and helpful.I first took my car in last year during the summer for a minor fix. My Toyota CHR has projection lights in the side mirrors that were having some issues, and we were told that the parts would need to be ordered. They said the parts would be in the following week, and they would contact us to keep us updated. We waited all week, and no calls came. Finally, the week after, I stopped by and had to wait over an hour before being told that they had gotten the wrong parts, so they would need to reorder the correct parts. I was leaving for college in a couple weeks at this point, so I was in a bit of a hurry. Again they said theyd keep us updated, but we received no calls and when we called, they could not tell us when the parts would be in. I left without the repairs.When I came back for a weekend a couple months later, the parts had finally come in (we had to go ask them though, no one called us to let us know.) I dropped off my car and when I came back to pick it up, my left side mirror was cracked. When I told them that they had broken my mirror, they said they would order a new one, but that it was on back order and we would have to wait once again. I left with my repaired projections and broken mirror. One week later I realized that the projections had been installed backwards, and soon after the right side projection fell out of my mirror.I am back in town now and went in last week to get the parts ordered. We spoke with the manager and she apologized for our past experience, as did one of the service mechanics. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped this time would be better, but it was not. We were told that the parts would be in by last Friday, and they would call us if something came up. No call, no parts. We went in on Monday and were told that one of the parts had come but not the other, and it would be there tomorrow. Again, no call, no parts. We have tried calling everyday and no one has picked up our calls.Stopped by today and had to wait for about an hour, but my mirror was repaired and the lights have been flipped. Waiting on one more part I’ll have to get done when I come back, but done for the most part.

Wow! I am so impressed with Courtney who handles financials there. I had a problem with Toyota Corporate in closing my lease. Corporate said I had logged 9000+ miles more than I was allowed on my lease and had to pay $1200 to cover it. It turned out that they had a different copy of the contract that wasnt updated to the final contract I had with Kinsel Toyota (allowing 45000 miles instead of the normal 36000). Courtney from Kinsel called them and straightened everything out, so that I didnt pay any extra. She rocks!

Last November, 2012 I stopped by Kinsel Toyota to look at a 2013 Highlander. My salesperson was Ronnie Thakkar. I told him I was not ready to buy, but wanted to see the Highlander to know if it was the vehicle I wanted to purchase at a later date. He was very helpful and courteous. Not overselling at all, but was able to demonstrate all of the features of the vehicle. I purchased a 2012 Expedition from Gabriel 3 weeks ago. After a few hundred miles, I have a check engine light on with multiple engine codes and suspension that needs to be replaced. I identified that the engine codes were related to work that was performed by the dealership. I contacted Randy Wilson who only claimed that the work was not performed by them and unwilling to help. I feel deceived and that they were aware of the issues and attempted to cover it up in order to sell the vehicle.

My experience buying a new Toyota Avalon at Kinsels was not what I had expected, I have always dreaded buying a new automobile be cause of the high pressure dealing with a sales person. Shannon Barrios met me in the lot and introduced himself and asked what type of car I was interested it. He showed me the Avalons he had in stock and explained what each one had on it. I did a test drive on the one I liked and when I drove back to the lot we went into his office and he gave me a price and ask me how much I was willing to pay for the unit. I made a counter offer and he took it to the sales manger and came back with another price. We agreed on a price and we closed the deal. Shannon did not high pressure me in any way. Car wash is good but to me they mis-represented the $19.95 basic unlimited car wash club. I have several vehicles and my first and second was just right but Saturday they turned me away. I was told and somewhat embarrassed that it was for one vehicle only. No where on the premises does it state...1 car only....i am very disappointed in how I was treated and the matter is not over yet.....Buyer Beware if you have more than one car.....Kinsels was wrong and is wrong

There is a help booth at both parking lot entrances. The man at the booth showed me where to go for service and met me there.They have a nice hotel style restroom and nice complimentry coffee areas with a fire place.

Liars. Tried to help us out on Saturday but demanded we put $3000 down when we are a long term Toyota customer. We have never put more than $1000 down if any. Then said the price is wrong online and it’s going up on Monday so we better take the deal. It’s now Monday and the same price. You just lost two customers. My other car is up in September and I will not trade it in with you guys. I don’t even think I’ll want to deal with Toyota ever again.
