Covid, flu and shingles vaccine appointment today. No call no notice no sms to say were out. So we showed up and was told. At other locations for walk in. Nope all appointments scheduled. Walk in. ou can wait for a spot. Maybe an hour or 2. Thats Bellywash.

Great service, unless you are trying to call in for a refill. Most of the time either no one answers or someone answers but hangs up.

Waited in line for five minutes at the pharmacy to get a tube of cream. I was told to wait until a pharmacist was available after doing a vaccine. Nearly TEN MINUTES later, he is still apparently doing the one vaccine. I shouldnt have needed approval for a tube of cream anyway. But how does it take nearly ten minutes to do one vaccine? Talk about incompetence.

Absolute worst location of them all. Script quantities are frequently incorrect, they take all day and night to fill anything, and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone when you try to call with a question. They don’t answer; they just disconnect. Absurd.

Really disappointed. They lost my Covid test results. They outsource to a company that is totally disorganized . Do not go here for a Covid test!

Always so helpful and convenient. Was able to pick up some stuff to snack upon and drink whilst I was going about my travels. Remember to sign up for the rewards program if you havent done so already. The rewards program makes things even more convenient.

There is an employee older with bleach blonde hair. who tried and deny the sell of canned Air to a 30 year old man, and proceed to ask what he was going to use it for (consoles) than deny a bag because he stood up for himself.

Went to this location a couple weeks ago at 9:45pm to get some contact solution and they already had the doors closed and locked when it even says they close at 10pm. They just stared at us until we walked away.

They are so busy, that mistake happen. I call in for renewal and am givena refile for a different drug that was an auto refill, Not the rx i called in to refill.I dont realize it is the wrong Rx, until home...I suggest the name of the drug being dispensed is told to the client toavoid errors.The staff are very helpful and professional and knowledgeable.

The prescription I need and was told was going to be ready, wasnt fulfilled on time. going to try a new pharmacy next time!

Don’t get your covid test here!! You have to wait in line for forever (literally showed up the 30 minutes early that you’re supposed to and still ended up waiting in line for an hour with just a few cars in front of me) and then the results takes sooo long in comparison to other places. It’s now been over three days with no results and now I have to go get another test today at Walgreens so that I will have results in 24hrs so I don’t have to miss any more work. Not worth the time and effort. Just go to Walgreens where you get results in a couple hours.

I gave COVID swab Test and was waiting for the results from more than 4 days. Usually it takes maximum 24hrs. If they don’t have enough people at work they can stop doing tests so that people can find better place for testing. Worst experience.

Worst place for a COVID test, its been FOUR DAYS. Dont go to this location.

Ive been in line at the pharmacy for over an hour. Only a few people ahead of me. The woman at the window has disappeared for 10+ minutes more than once. I would leave if I could. Definitely moving my prescriptions elsewhere before next month. This is insane

I did a special order from the store and Zeke was wonderful in following thru to the end to make sure it was correct and on time. Lisa did a fabulous job finding it in back so it made pick up a breeze.

This is the best pharmacy in town always easy to get a hold of and pleasant in person

Pharmacy staff are not very friendly or helpful. I sat in my car at the drive up window for almost an hour total before finally going inside. I first drove up and waited behind another car for 15 minutes. That person talked to the woman working the window numerous times then drove away without seeming to conduct any business. After they drove away, I pulled up and pushed the call button. I waited for over 25 minutes as the first person at the window. A car that had pulled behind me decided the wait was too long and drove around me through the drop off window. I saw the driver walk up to the counter inside and be helped immediately. At that point, I went inside as well as it seemed I could not get any service at the window. I didnt get upset until after waiting over 45 minutes with over half of that as the first person, only to see another customer go inside and be helped immediately. This type of service is incompetence at its finest. Good going Rite Aid.

The Pharmacy here has been top notch for years. I have used this Pharmacy since the early 90s and continue using them due to their professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, smiles, diligence, great attitudes, and excellent customer service. Besides the Pharmacy, the store employees are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have regularly used about 10 different pharmacies consisting of Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid. This Rite Aid location is by far the worst ever.

Over the past year that I have used this specific Pharmacy I have never been able to get my medication on time. If they say it will be ready by 11:15 am expect it to not be ready until 4 hours after the time they say it will be ready and even then it will not be ready then and you will have to sit another half hour to get your medication.They are understaffed and do not take into consideration that people need their medication or that their customers have lifes outside of waiting 4.5 hours for their medication.

Rite Aid Pharmacy is staffed by empathetic, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind Pharmacists!What makes the experience so unique [and why I continue to take my business here after years] is the quality of care, sense of urgency, and commitment I consistently receive from the Pharmacist / Pharmacy staff...and they always make me smile.☺︎Being sick / hurt is no fun but having professionals in your corner who want [and are equipped] to help makes a really big difference. I definitely recommend this Rite Aid Pharmacy and especially the lead Pharmacist Nick.

The pharmacy is severely under staffed. Two days in a row experiencing this.... I also went in at 9:15 and the pharmacy was still closed. People cant even get to work on time.

Went here to get a prescription for my eyes. They came back with a price higher than what the doctor said it would be. My eye doctor told me to have them call her if they did this. So I asked for them to call her before paying. The lady says she will but doesnt and we ask her why and says that prescription price is based on your deductible without even calling the doctor. Then I told her I would call my doctor and asked for their fax and phone number. Oh we dont give out our phone and fax number, we only give it to doctors. this upset me because I just asked the former pharmacist to call my doctor and she blatantly didnt. Long story short they ended up calling my doctor and not even having my prescription Available the same day. What a waste of time.

I did not have any issues with this location.Came in and grab some dental products and checked out. The entire process took less than 10 minutes.

Great staff really like their willingness to help customers

Their photo printing section is a complete joke. First you have to bring your own USB cord and to attach to the computer if you’re photos are on your smart phone. Once you finally hook it up, it takes an eternity to search for Photos one by one, about 10 seconds a photo. Which means if you or a normal person and have hundreds of photos on your phone, you’ll have to sit in front of this computer for hours to load. Complete waste of time don’t even bother if you’re photos are on your phone.

Called ahead of time to ensure they had an item on their website, was told they’ve never had that and don’t. Drove over and found it. When explaining my frustration to customer service they didn’t care at all. Horribly rude employees.

I live less than a mile away from the Allen Blvd. Rite Aid and I make it a point to come back to this Rite Aid. The staff knows me by my first name and is always on point. I had a horrible experience with my insurance company and both Luke and Nick have been on top of getting my medicine that I desperately need to me no matter what the issue is. Both have gone above and beyond for my wife and I more than theyre jobs call for them to do!! I can go anywhere to get my medicine filled, however I choose to come back to this store as I am always welcomed by a warm friendly staff!!!

Mediocre customer service at best. The staff here have no interpersonal skills and will stand there and avoid eye contact or any acknowledgement that you are waiting to be helped. Several times my auto-refill was not ready when I arrived for pick up and I was told that I had cancelled auto refill. I informed them I did no such thing and that I wanted it reinstated. The same thing then happened 2 more times. Horrible service

Im in often to pick up prescriptions, and Im always greeted by name. When I have to wait, its rarely more than 15 minutes.

The staff is friendly but there is always a problem when I go to pick up meds. But this is at ALL Rite Aid pharmacies, not just Walker Rd. The one on SE Division is a nightmare and I used that one for years!!!

I called trying to see if they took my insurance and was told they would not check unless a prescription was called in to them. I felt it was bad customer service to jump through hoops like that.

Not enough pharmacists on staff. They gave me a 30 minute wait time when I actually had to wait over an hour for my 9 month olds prescription. The staff was talking and waisting time behind the counter with several customers waiting. The wait for the Dr at urgent care was less than the wait at Rite Aide...

Dont seem to be enough pharmacists on staff. Things seem to take them a long time, and my stuff is almost never ready when expected. I cant count how many times Ive gone there, waited in line, only to have them tell me, Oh, itll be 10-20 minutes, were just starting on it.
