I’m obsessed with Crystal Heart Books! The store is filled with beautiful gems, jewelry, crystals, and so much more. The owner and employees are extremely knowledgeable and kind, explaining everything I wanted to know. Love this place!!

I had a great experience shopping here, they have a vast selection of crystals as well as a good selection of incense. The employees were very kind and helpful, and I felt very welcome in the store.There are two reasons Im giving this 4 stars instead of 5. For one, I feel like its marketed (online at least) as having a lot of books. However, the book selection was extremely limited. Maybe there is more of an emphasis on books at the other location, Im not sure!The other reason is that I noticed they were selling many white sage products, a plant which has become over-harvested for such products and is veering close to being endangered. I feel like out of environmental concern and respect toward the tribes that need this plant to keep growing in order to continue their sacred practices, they might want to consider not re-ordering more stock of it. I dont fault the store-owners for not knowing, but its something to be aware of as a customer.

Wonderful well stocked metaphysical store. The crystals are higher priced than other places I shop but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Displays of every type of crystal imaginable are present along with a variety of styles for most of them. I visited looking for amethyst and was not disappointed. Large clear crystals in a variety of styles and price ranges. I do recommend this shop.

Nice place to visit some of the crystals were huge and magnificent. I love crystals and my wife has her own crystal business. We love going to these shops and find something new. I found these huge Shiva Lengum Rocks I posted a picture they are hugs. I bought some book here the guy was very nice and hospitable. Would love to come back.

They have an alright selection but are VASTLY overpriced. Crystals that should retail from $4-12 are marked up by anywhere from $10-15, its actually crazy. Would definitely recommend going to another store for WAY better pricing, or even online.

Small shop big selection. Items felt pricey though I found just what I came for in a price range I felt comfortable with. The shop keeper kept the headcount to 6 or less and no customers had a complaint about it. I was unrushed and found much to come back for at a later date.

The energy of this place is wonderful. I always enjoy my time coming here, because they have so many incredible items to looks at from crystals and stones, to singing bowls, herbs and cleansing items, as well as tarot, candles and many other uh unique pieces.They are always very helpful and informative if I have any questions, and I always end up leaving with more goodies than I intended to go in for. 25 boxes of incense for less than $12. Its always a pleasure to visit Crystal Heart Books and this time was no different. Always a few new things to see and some things they always carry. I suggest visiting whether your a witch/pagan/Wiccan etc or just like crystals incense and other witchy things.

Loved how friendly the staff was and knowledgeable. I spent over two hours in there looking at different crystals and having the staff pull out different trays for me to look at. I will definitely be going back again. Prices were really good too!

Me and my girlfriend went in, we made sure to get there pretty early before they closed and we had to wait in line which wasn’t a big deal, but then the moment we got in we were automatically rushed and he kept reminding us that they are closing soon. I felt bad enough knowing we got in there 25 minutes before they closed, but we had waited in line for a while and I was super excited to pick up some new items, but ended up not getting anything because the negative energy ruined my whole mood. It seems like a nice place, and I get he was probably stressed but there’s no need to be rude and pushy like that.

Having just moved here & looking for my new metaphysical spot, I couldnt have felt more welcomed & happy than I did here. Locally produced candles, excellent selection of crystals, crystal grids, & tarot/oracle decks. The jewelry here is stunning, & my partner picked out a beautiful laser prism opal that immediately helped his heart chakra feel more open. Fantastic incense variety too, including some scents Ive never seen before. Many thanks for the time today -- we will be back again. 🔮

The store had a nice selection. However, the store is by appointment only, which I have no problem with, but I made an appointment and I was essentially rushed out of the store because the shop owners friend who did NOT make an appointment was waiting outside to shop. I do not appreciate side ways remarks about hurrying up my shopping when I was considerate enough to call ahead where as his friend was not. Will not be shopping here again.

I went in to buy some rocks to use in the art that I do. I had some questions to ask and the cashier completely ignored me. I guess I wasnt dressed well enough to suit him. I had 200 dollars budgeted for rocks that he could have had for just a little common courtesy.

Aaaaaabsolutly one of my favorite crystal shops to visit! I live in a different state and make sure I come here every time I visit Oregon. So knowledgeable and really high quality items. A VERY large variety! And with covid happening, they are being fantastic with social distancing, cleaning and mask wearing. HIGHLY recommend!

I had never actually been here before, I generally go to The Ravens Wing in Portland. This location is far more convenient for me and the selection was wonderful. They are currently only allowing shopping by appointment only and are working on reduced hours of operation. My friends and I called ahead to make sure they were open to the public before we ventured that way and were able to make an appointment for the same day. When we arrived there were several people who would walk up and try and go in, but they keep the door locked so only one household is shopping at a time and we were just waiting for the appointment ahead of us to finish up shopping. Right before we went inside someone the shop owner knew by name came up behind us, the owner let them know theyre only doing appointments and hell try to sneak them in between us and the next people because he would be closing after that. Totally fine, except within a few minutes of us entering the store I told my friend to come look at a box I thought shed like but she said she was looking at something else, I responded with no worries, take your time mind you, we had been inside the store for probably 2 or 3 minutes at this point. The owner responded to that by saying well, dont take your time we have people waiting. He followed up by mentioning his regulars or friends or whoever they are to him 3 more times after that. It really started to make me feel uncomfortable and I had wanted to ask about some of the CBD products but he clearly wanted us to get out so I didnt bother. I would have easily spent $100 on the items I wanted that day but the entire experience was put off by this negative energy. If youre going to operate by appointment only, then operate by appointment only, dont make exceptions for people you know. And those people you know werent even considerate enough to call ahead and ask how youre operating your business, although we were. If you want to operate based on a queue outside, then do that. But if we make an appointment and we have 30 minutes to shop, I dont feel its fair or good customer service to try and shoo people away within 5 minutes of entering. Being a metaphysical store this experience has really darkened the energy for me personally, so I will not be returning. However, I hope that maybe this comment gives perspective so that other people dont experience the same thing. Because other than all of that, the selection and prices are fantastic. Blessed be.

Excellent customer service and selection! Everyone is always kind and friendly. Keep in mind that there are no returns and this is posted everywhere. One example of the exceptional quality of management is when we walked in 15 minutes after they had closed. They turned everything on again and stayed there to help us. While they were helping us, an angry couple stormed into the shop immediately screaming that the shop had cheated their mother who had bought a crystal to give the couple for the holidays. It turned out that they felt that she was cheated because there are cheaper options online. After listening to the kindly manager explain the store policy and show them the multiple places that it was posted, they became more belligerent. They seemed a little mentally unbalanced because they kept stating that they were from California. The manager and employee never lost their cool once! Amazing and sweet people. They are the best!

Small space filled with such great energy and selection. It does get a bit crowded at times, but there are just so many offerings. The staff is highly knowledgeable about all spiritual topics and products. They are true with their gifts. Go visit and get to know Norman and Scott- they beautiful souls to have in your life!!

My go to crystal shop. Incredible selection to choose from. I have not came across a crystal they didnt have. I for one think the prices are very reasonable. You can get beautiful tumble stones for only 1$. Their bigger pieces are magnificent and worth every penny. I dont see why people say this shop is over priced, you are buying a divine piece of the earth, its not going to be cheap. Plus a cheap crystal means poor quality, there is nothing of poor quality in this store. Every crystal gleams and is gorgeous. The energy in this shop is crazy too! My 2 year old goes bananas every time we come in, shes a roller coaster cause of all the magnificent energy from the crystals. Plus the guys who run it are very knowledgable and can identify what is what with ease, and they are very friendly. I love this store!

I have been shopping in this store since the beginning. I love going in there. It is calm and peaceful and I always find a unique gift when I am needing something special. Scott and Norman are great and they have an amazing knowledge of everything in the store. It is my favorite place for gift buying and just when I need something for me. All stones, all shapes and sizes, obviously the more rare the less likely youre gonna find moldavite in the shape an eggplant.... ;)....But they have a ton (metrically) of semi-precious stones in all kinds of facets and settings and shapes and sizes.

I found Crystal Heart a few years ago, and it quickly became my favorite shop in the Portland area. Scott and Norman are very knowledgable and careful about the products they carry in the store, and they are always happy to answer any questions that I may have. I am sad that they dont have the classrooms upstairs anymore, but they are still the first place I go for any spiritual items or gifts for friends and family.

After years of passing this place I finally went in month ago and have gone a couple of times since. Im interested in Feng Shui and crystals and gemstones. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of items across many spiritual beliefs as well as price range. They have beautiful jewelry, books, small decor items, incense, sage for smudging, tarot cards, and of course crystals and gemstones all sizes.
