High quality produce, butcher, etc. A little pricey for your boxed good needs. Options for all dietary restrictions. Very friendly and courteous staff.
Cleaning items for drying and cleaning carts. Very spacious with high quality fruits and vegetables. Helpful staff.
The Progress Ridge New Seasons Market is offering in-store shopping and, through Instacart, curbside pickup and contact-free delivery.New Seasons Markets sprung up when several local families came together to create a community-based feel. That can still be seen with local sourcing and amazing freshness of many of their items. The Progress Ridge location is easy to find with its high visibility and there is also ample parking.
Went to Safeway and I love the parking lots full but not to full will be shopping there often 🤙🏽👊🏽☝🏽🤙🏽Mahalo nui loa
This is my first experience shopping at a New seasons market I absolutely loved it the fish was a little expensive but it was absolutely delicious it was King Salmon which is extremely hard to find anywhere outside of the professional culinary world. I think the biggest selling point of this place was not only the excellent fish selection but also their produce department was pretty awesome too I like to buy herbs to season a certain dishes and you can pick small amounts of herbs instead of having to buy large amounts that I just throw away which was awesome well definitely come back here
First time at this location. I know locations have a different layouts but this one didnt really flow for me. I was happy with the options available, though. And, as always, the staff was helpful and super awesome. Will certainly go again when in the area, maybe the flow wont seem so off next time.
Goodness me. Such amazing varieties that you never knew existed. Probably one of my fave grocery stores. So clean but Def more expensive
The food is picture perfect but at prices not in reach of middle income consumers.
I miss the new seasons from a before...still a nice place
They have great products and a fantastic deli/meat counter. The downside is the cashiers can be pretty rude. I was “asked” to move to a different (also empty) line without explanation, only to watch them help someone else behind me no problem. Am I a second class citizen now for some reason? Very bizarre, I expected more considering how much I’m paying.
Love New Seasons! Super clean store, very friendly and helpful staff, they carry all my vegan everyday staples, wonderful produce, bath and body and really cute toys /kids books as well
Good place for high end groceries. Cashier was nice and on the ball.
Im a, or was a regular at this location unti a wine/beer employee refused to serve me but claimed I was a threat? Im 47, not in the best of shape and did not threaten the employee. So new seasons progress ridge has discriminated against a person with Epilepsy.... how was I a threat? Why is this person employed her? What if I felt threatened, or discriminated against? Well.yhe store manager failed to ask how I felt..e? Oddly I purposely shop here because I dont drive.Ideliberated lyshopped for the
Come here mainly for local products. Better than Whole Foods.
Great selection of fruits and veggies. Lobe the Wild Harvest brand.
Always FRESH PRODUCT and ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE...especially in their PRODUCE DEPT. Service Deli NEEDS HELP, the only AREA WERE THE SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE, people are NOT FRIENDLY.
Excellent selection of locally sourced food. Youre definitely paying a premium for it here, but its all great. Really great selection of meats and cheeses, not to mention the olive bar. Their floral department is my favorite. Their plants are reasonably priced and the flower guy is so helpful! They also have a nice selection of gifts, toys, and magazines you dont typically find at a grocery store.
Store and employees were fine and I saw cleaning as I was shopping. Good vibes and no issues.
It is nice here! Come in and get some Kombucha!
Pros: location, cleanliness, good selection of wine and local coffee.Cons: customer service could be better. Depending who the cashier is, some are nice and great to talk to and some can be rude. You guys may be the only contact some ppl may come in contact with, let’s try to be kind, at least professional.
Really clean easy to move around the store and got help from one of the ladies working and was friendly and helpful go figure awesome experience
Best low-key yuppie grocery store ever. Gotta try the banana cake🍌
Large location with little to offer. Went in during a heat wave and between 3 of us came out with a bag of cherries, which we decided was about all that they had goi f for them.
Great store but overpriced. Great employees.
Was super clean and prices are reasonable
We love New Seasons and this one is always clean, friendly, helpful. Our faves are the in-house made chorizo and spicy Italian sausage, garlic bread and selection of other local foods!
This is my favorite New Seasons to shop. Great variety, layout and parking. Most importantly amazing customer service. Stella in sweets department is great, went above and beyond and was genuinely helpful. Everytime I come here I have a nice experience and find new special foods I like. Thank you.
They had a raspberry poppyseed cake no one else in area had. Exactly what the b-day girl wanted. It was great!
Friendly employees. Always willing to stop what they are doing to help you find what you need.
I love this store but my oh my are they ever expensive. Every item I looked at today was at least $2 more then other local grocery stores. I only can pick up a couple items each time I stop in.
Great selection. Always fresh. Still pricy
New seasons is new season do you already know what to expect a bunch of judging health nuts
Please be careful of the yogurts you sell at new seasons - I found a punctured hole in a way that cannot be easily detected. I would love to provide pictures - please be careful.
This is the place to go the staff is the best in the world and the selection and prices are very good so shop and have fun at progress ridge new season
They had the product that I needed whereas other grocery stores didnt carry it
New Seasons gets it right every time! They offer high-quality local sourced produce and meats, they offer a wide variety of organic and allergy-minded products, but you can also get a Pepsi if you want one. Plus, their COVID implementations have been on point since day one!
New seasons isn’t what it used to be especially after ownership changed to Asian owned GFH.I was in just to grab a few items (progress store was basically empty) and while asking an employee for help in locating a few items, my mask slipped a bit under my nose. A different Employee started barking from a distance that my mask needed to cover my nose.I turned and corrected the mask. Employee persisted, and circled around and got into my face (closer than 6’), and rudely lectured me that New Season had a mask policy, etc.Please. Where did the great New Seasons Customer service go? Terrible Service. Don’t plan on going back.
Used the instacart app to pick up groceries from here for the first time. Worked well! The were waiting outside for me and were super friendly. Always appreciate the produce and friendly staff at New Seasons.
Wonderful upscale grocery. My sister loves their gluten-free English muffins, and I love the produce and wine sections
The new girl made my coffee and did an excellent job~ thank you and keep up the good work! Excellent customer service!
Fresh produce and friendly service .
Clean, fresh veggies and fruit. Friendly helpful staff has most of the specialty items I need. Would not make this an all inclusive shopping experience. Common items are priced higher than Fred Meyer or WinCo. But worth it for its selection of cheeses and craft beers
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice atmosphere. Love this store!
I avoid going here because parking is always a problem, the store is too crowded and Im tired of asking questions of grouchy old guys. (Im old too. Just not that grouchy). Now the self checkout wont take my credit card and wont read my debit card. The place is turning me me into an old grouchy guy.
I picked up a special order. Great place to get hard to find items.
Delicious fresh baked breads and great selection of cheeses and organic produce. The deli seems very overpriced for prepared foods and you definitely pay more for groceries. Price is really the only reason I dont shop here more often.
Hard-core feminist but good people
Amazing staff make this location a joy to visit. Some of the customers however.... oof!
The Progress Ridge is very clean and Organized and the seem to take the COVID protocol’s seriously.
Just popped in to refill water jugs. No lines and all is safe with masks and safety shields
Good quality food a little spendy.
Very nice store and friendly staff. Exceptional selection of high quality items and environmentally aware merchandizing for the most part. Prices are a bit more than the regular stores.
They dont carry a lot of common items.
New Seasons own line of quality products are outstanding. Ive enjoyed shopping there for many years!
Needs to bring their prices down.
A sparkling clean and upscale neighborhood market where you can find quality local foods and produce, many organic and environmentally-friendly options. I love the floral dept (ordered for my wedding), the bakery, deli, wine and cheese selection and bulk spices. A bit pricey but worth it!.
Like Trader Joes & Whole Foods Fusion tell me Im wrong
Really friendly staff. Produce is fresh and always amazing. They have a salad, burrito and wok bar that are always tasty.Brian does a great job keeping the cafeteria area clean. I enjoy coming here for groceries and lunch.
As per the governors orders solid face masks are allowed for covid 19 protection. My wife was chased out of the store for refusing to put on a napkin instead of the solid face mask.I went back in found the same manager and had a conversation with him about how this is illogical to ask me to wear a napkin over my face instead of a solid plastic shield. Solid plastic blocks germs and spray, a cloth napkin does little to nothing.Be informed and read the medical reports. We will no longer shop here until this issue is resolved and if it means our last trip to one of our favorite grocery stores can so be it.
I try and get in and out of there as soon as possible. The staff doesnt make me uncomfortable but sometimes the other customers can. Their bread and meat is amazing. They have RUBY JEWELS!!!
I really like this store! Lots of quality items. I get the paleo hash and grass fed beef. They also care traditional item too(cherrios, oreos, etc)
Clean, well organized, and most importantly very friendly staff!
New Season Market employees are always nice to talk to and ask questions.
Over priced and often the food has gone stale due to low turnover. But they have a cool deli area with different ordering counters for tacos and pizzas and a buffet and its allll over-priced just for you.
The Progressive Ridge store is really nice. One of my favorite stores to shop at for organic produce. The staff has changed over time and it sometimes doesnt feel like the friendliest store in the neighborhood. Most staff members are super friendly but other not so much. Overall youll enjoy your time shopping at this store.
Great food, great job of keeping customers safe, great employees.
The employees are very knowledgeable in the Departments that they work in I love going there or beauty products and hygiene theyre always extremely helpful and if something doesnt work out theyre eager to work with you until it does couldnt ask for a better store
We absolutely love this place. The prepared foods are top notch and you can get them any way you like. We get several different sausages ground just for our taste and the people are all friendly and helpful. What not to like?
Clean safe and Jane Thompson is an absolute treasure!
This store is like the disneyland of grocery stores! If you have Celiac disease, or are just gluten free for fun, you can find an amazing variety of GF bakery items that are delicious! So many fun finds! But, like disneyland, you will definitely be paying premium prices.
Good grocery store with nice people. Same as the store in Cedar Hills, the produce staff was spending more time talking than working. Everyone else has always been great.
We just love going to this location! Lindsey, Annie, Alise (was flowers, now in diff dept) and pretty much everyone else are amazing! They are always so cheerful and ready to greet us every time they see us. We have gotten to know everyone quite well for the last year and a half that we have lived in the area! Most everyone has taken the time to get to know Tyrone - so he is always welcome. Thank you New Seasons!
Always the best food shopping in Oregon.
Unique items that lean towards organic, socially responsible manufacturers. Good tea selection. Found monk fruit sugar replacement, which has hidden from me at other stores.
Best run supermarket I have ever seen.
Great place to shop, but dont go on a Sunday, its extremely busy.
I have been a big fan of New Seasons at Progress Ridge and it used to be where I did a majority of my shopping. However, lately it has been a different story. To me, the vibe in there is not the same. The staff do not seem as friendly or happy. There have been many products that have been out of stock and not yet replaced. Today I found multiple items not even priced and no tags in the section either. I did alert them to this while checking out.My husband and I had periodically enjoyed foods from the hot bar, however the quality has not been the same and the staff have not been very friendly. I have gotten much better quality prepared foods from other locations and they have also been cleaner. I cant put my finger on it, but it has not been the same for quite awhile now. It just hasnt been a joy to shop here lately.Having said this, I will say that the best service I have received is in the meat department. They have always been very friendly and helpful. However as with many foods there, they are no longer carrying some of our favorite products. I really hope this changes, I dont know if management has changed or what, but I do hope things improve, Ive had to move on to other stores which are not nearly as convenient.
I love it
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS WAAAY TO POOR!
Lots of flower options, including potted plants. The dining area is very pretty and airy. The food selection is always great, but the gift section is top notch and full of unique presents. Definitely like the serene & off the road location, especially since its perfectly situated near a lake & walking path. :)
They live up to the slogan, “friendliest store in town”. Love having NSM in the neighborhood.
They have the best customer service ..I feel safe shopping there especially with Covid 19 They take pride in making sure the public is safe ..Matt is absolutely wonderful in making sure I get my cases of Coconut Water ..
Great products and staff!
B-Corp certified and always a pleasure to shop. They are the friendliest market in town and have a wide range of products as well as diverse price range. You won’t always get the cheapest deal, but you will get a fair price, knowing they pay a living wage.
New seasons is a great place to eat, study, and just chill with friends. They have great food and drink options and are situated in a really good location.
New Seasons is my happy place.
We love this store! The staff are so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of local products. Super cool experience! You can taste different samples of food. They also have a free piece of fruit for the kiddos! There is a bakery with sweets. They sell fresh baked bread. There is a wonderful salad bar. I cant say enough good things about new seasons!
I love New Seasons! My favorite organic store with fresh produce and high quality goods. They have a great selection of fresh produce that includes my favorites: fruits, vegetables, and anything that will be on your list for shopping. They also have a vast selection of vitamins, beauty, and skincare products too, and you can actually try out the products before buying. The staff will help you to the extra mile too. One time I was looking for a specific vitamin/nutrient, a sales associate helped me find it even though it took her a while. Compared to other sales associates in other stores, they really care about their jobs and customers. My favorite part of New Seasons is their bakery. Freshly baked goods, cakes, pastry, and other delicious deserts. I really like their cakes especially their chocolate cake which is my favorite.
New Seasons is the best! Every visit holds some adventure in trying new products or seeing new products. Staff are great. Selection is great. They’re fresh produce cannot be beat.
First time ever going to this place. Was early morning and was hungry. I walked the store and ended up in the deli. Got a cup of clam chowder. Had to wait a good 20-30 minutes before it was cool enough to eat...again like Taco Time crispy burritos, its a real trial of patience when youre hungry and fresh food is in your reach. Chowder was really good.
Disgusted by the level of costumer service during the covid-19 pandemic. Refused me and my girlfriend service to enter and shop because we did not have masks and were together. The attitude of the man serving the door was absolutely dismal. Will never be returning to this new seasons market. Which is very disappointing because we did love the progress ridge shopping center.
You can get fresh, healthy food here. Love the friendly, helpful employees, and the tastings with recipes. Delicious bakery creations, and a great supply of wines from all over the world. We enjoy going there after church every Sunday and anytime we are out taking a walk, since we live right across the street.
Get a burrito bowl. You will love your life, and the good people who make burrito bowls.Burrito bowls are love.Burrito bowls are life.Burrito bowls are all that is good in the world. The grocery store is pretty great too (amazing cheese selection, and seasonal produce selection is gorgeous)
All Poke stops at New Seasons are gone. So sad. The ones at Whole Foods are still there. Guess I will be shopping there in the future. Bye bye Progress Ridge. Best of luck.
This is a very neat store to visit. I suggest that you take time to really explore all that it offers. It is beautifully displayed, so is very pleasing to look at all of their items and their produce. It really makes you feel comfortable as you stroll throughout the store. You might decide to visit several times as you are becoming acquainted with everything. If you do decide to do that, each busy will be richly rewarded.
I love New Seasons and this location in particular! The employees are always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. They always have samples to try, and I’ve even been there for live music and wine sampling events! I really like that they encourage sustainability, organic foods, re-usable bags, and bulk foods and even bulk liquids! Being vegan, I’m incredibly impressed with their options in dry goods, alternative milks/cheese/etc., and veg options in the deli and dessert areas. They are definitely my go-to stop. AND you can order from them on Prime Now, which is an added bonus when you don’t have time to go yourself. Definitely worth exploring!
Friendliest store in town - as they say
I love coming here for lunch or early dinner. So many thing to try. Coffee is good but the pastries are great
