I have been a customer for 20 years. Bob at Bedford vision is a true craftsman in his art. He has repaired frames on walk-in when others would try to sell you a new pair; and when I asked what do I owe you, he smiled and said dont worry about it. My glasses have always been created right the first time - old fashion service with a lot of integrity. Yes, I recommend Bedford Vision Center.

I just read the bad review of this place, but needed the temple (the titanium part that attaches directly to the glass and goes over the ear) replaced immediately, so I didnt have a lot of time to shop around. And I was braced for a mediocre experience or worse. Now Im not discounting that other reviewers experience, but the person there (Bob) replaced it within 10 minutes and they fit perfectly. It was very inexpensive and he could have easily dismissed the repair as not being worth it for him. Or he could have pressured me into buying another pair. Well, hell be the first place I go for a second pair!

Bob at BVC is very helpful, professional, knowledgeable & talented.I had an eye exam done there, and glasses made over 10 months ago, that were top quality, with no problems.The ones I had made for me 3 years ago at a discount club, I ended up throwing in the trash because they could not fix them at the Stoneham store.My prescription has changed now, and I’m glad to give my business to a local small shop. With the attention to detail, and competitive pricing, I’m going to be a loyal customer here. I’ve had sun glasses repaired there, adjustments, made etc..!Lets see if Google will put up positive posts for Bob.. Good lord people..This man has been in business for years, and has lots of loyal customers..You dont get this kind of service anywhere else. Thats the simple truth...
