After getting exam and glasses at another eye care place in Bedford that were impossible to see with and they refused to believe me I went to precision and ended up with the best pair of glasses I have ever had. Yes please give them a try you will not be disappointed. THANK YOU CHAD.

Great experience! The employees were nice, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to make sure all my questions were answered. The equipment is extremely current which made for an easy exam experience. The facility and frame selection were also great. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Precision Eye Group.

My 5 year old was a bit scared to have some drops put in and her pressure checked but they were amazing with her and even made my 3 month old smile. I also use this office for myself. They have always been amazing!

I called 7 different eye doctors for apts for my husband and my son. All we’re booked full for the next couple months. My son has always went to IU school of optometry, but with his complaining we couldn’t wait that long. Precision Eye Group was able to get both of them in the following week. They were so very friendly and professional, building was on lock and they came out to get you from the car. At the door they have sanatizer, masks (if you didn’t have one) and check your temp before entering the building. Building was sooo clean. And you didn’t meet up with any other patients so you didn’t have to worry about distancing! They told us what we already knew, so I was very pleased with the outcome, and now we don’t have to drive to Bloomington for eye apts! I am soo pleased and happy we gave them a try! If you need your eyes checked, I would give them a call. I was very impressed!

I have been to 3 other eye drs and I never had a exam before like Precision eye group gave me. I was well pleased with the Dr. and their staff. They all went above and beyond their jobs. I would highly recommend this place. Ill be going back in a year.

For appointments I would have to wait to be seen an extremely long amount of time even though I had an appointment time. They would charge me depending on who was working for free mini eye glass bottle refill spray. I stopped in one time to have my glasses adjusted and a the younger girl(I’m guessing was new because I had never seen her there before) said we don’t adjust glasses here! ????? I said well, that’s funny because I have been coming here for the last 4 years to buy glasses and have them adjusted. Then she took them back and gave them to another woman whom helped me and adjusted them. What is really frustrating is when I called in to find out about making an appointment they never told me I would be seeing a new doctor and was just going to let me find out I was seeing a new doctor when I got there upon arrival. It wasn’t until I Specifically asked for my eye doctor did they flat out “lie” to me by not disclosing her new location but lying to me by telling me that she no longer was working and instead went back to school.Which fortunately we moved out of town and I found her at a new location.Lying to your patients-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!Shame on you!

Always extremely rude to me and my family, Ive had the same insurance for three years yet every time I go they tell me they cannot process my insurance, but end up telling me that they can and it was a mistake on their end.The optometrists are very nice and helpful though.

I hate getting my eyes examined and have a lot of anxiety about it but Precision Eye Group put me at ease - Beautiful office, friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Christensen did an excellent job examining my eyes - she put me at ease. They have a machine that does retinal screening so you dont have to have your eyes dilated and a new machine that tests for glaucoma that doesnt do a puff of air in your eyes. They also offer a big discount when paying with cash. I drove from Bloomington because of the huge discount plus not having my eyes dilated were the reason I went to Bedfore for my exam. I will go back and recommend them to anyone I know who needs an eye exam.

Diana is very professional, courteous and listened to any concerns that i possibly had. She is very welcoming with a genuine smile. I havent been able to wear glasses or contacts in the past due to they have made me sick to my stomach and I feel as though Ive never gotten an accurate reading when going to an eye doctor. Diana was very patient and focused all her time on me as a patient. Most definitely recommend her. Our whole family will be going to her from now on. Thank you Diana.

I will never go anywhere else. I had recieved some concerning new about my infant son. I took my son in to see Nathan Mcclain. He was very informative, he put our mind at ease. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful. I have been to Dr. Bell before she is also great. This is a great place, I highly recommend.

I recently visited Union Optical & Eyecare Center for an eye exam and Dr. McClain and his entire staff were great. Dr. McClain explained everything very well during my exam and was very professional. I cant say enough good things about my visit at Union Optical. The entire staff is very well educated, friendly and professional. They are great with answering any questions I had. Union Optical definitely has the biggest and best selection of name brand frames in the Lawrence County area. Their contact lense selection is awesome as well. I definitely recommend that if it is time for your yearly eye exam that you go to Union Optical & Eyecare Center in Bedford!

I had my yearly eye exam last month with Dr. Nathan McClain at Union Optical & Eyecare Center. The entire staff was extremely helpful and well educated in all their contacts and frames. I love love the new Optos machine that allows you to have a drop free eye exam and allows Dr. McClain to see the optic nerve, the back of the eye and check out the health of your eyes. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. I definitely recommend that you try Union Optical & Eyecare Center out.

My daughter went in for her first eye exam and loved it! She loves her glasses and cant wait to go back for her next exam! I plan on making an appointment for myself soon! :)

I had my first appointment there today with Dr Bell. I first saw her in Ellettsville In and I called for for my yearly and found out she had left. Thank God for the internet which led me here. I traveled 29 miles to get my eyes checked..... I am so happy I found her. She is very thorough and the best eye doctor I have ever been to. The staff here is wonderful too!!!

Quick and helpful service, very nice people

The first time I saw Dr. McClain it was for a sudden problem with my eye. He worked me in on a very busy day because he didnt want to take a chance on permanent damage if it was something serious.That was 3 years ago, and I havent been anywhere else since!I cant say enough nice things about this group. Everyone from the person answering the phone, to the techs doing pre-exams - theyre all so helpful and friendly!They really care about the patient as a person, and I like that. :)
