I was sent here by my eye doctor - this place makes specific contact lenses so you need to scan your eyes here. Friendly staff, no wait time.The place was hard to find, but if you follow the GPS, park next to the insurance place and then walk over - you’ll see their door with a tiny “Tru Form” sign on it.The process was quick and easy.Expect to spend there less than 15 min.

This place makes my scleral lenses. They are absolutely comfortable and allow me to see like never before. A big thank you to George and the staff.

Great people, Wendy is always quick to answer and George is VERY knowledgeable on RGPs to scleral lenses, he makes fitting lenses a walk in the park. I would recommend them to any ODs/OMDs fitting difficult patients.
