This Public Storage location is second to none. And it all has to do with the manager. He is very kind, helpful, and understanding. I recommend this business and would give 6 🌟 if I could. Thank you Nick.

The facility in general was clean and organized. There wasnt a bunch of trash flying around.The lady that helped me is highly energetic and willing to do anything she can to accommodate. I know I can be a little much with all of my questions and she was patient and helped me the best she could.

Pretty nice people who work there. Experience only could have been better if I was told about the larger unit for only 2 dollars more a month, I found that out on my own when checking ad later. Also the advertised price is nowhere near the price youll pay on day one. I was able to get the same until in Denver for 40dollars the first month also at public storage, this one was closer to 90 dollars. Same size unit. Friendly people though.

The pricing is what you would expect for a nice decent storage, however the customer service at this specific location was amazing! I spoke with Kayla and Bridget and was blown away by how consistently nice they were lol sure people can be nice but you know its genuine when they are always in a great mood! The area is well maintained, always clean and easy to access, I definitely think its worth your time to check it out 👍

She has worked very hard to bring the facility up to an excellent standard. She was very helpful to us about moving into a smaller unit in the same building. We also noticed many improvements such as moving carts now available for tenants to use to help with their moving needs. This place is the worst.. I’m pregnant and the young man had me walking around the whole property for an VERY long amount of time because he had no idea where he was going, then when we finally found the storage he told me I HAD to buy their super expensive lock or I couldn’t have the storage???? This place was a HUUUGGGEEE waste of my time and I’d really recommend people NOT to come here.

Not secure. My 18-foot car trailer was stolen from their “locked” facility and NOTHING was caught on video. There are many parts of the facility that ARE NOT COVERED BY CAMERAS. While staff was nice enough, that doesn’t replace my $2500 trailer. I was smart enough to have insurance, but it only covered part of the replacement cost. Expect me to file a BBB complaint, as well as a small claims suit for the difference.

The people at my storage are great. Very helpful and friendly. However... Public Storage is a racket. After 6 months of use they raised my rate from 157 to 187. 30 more a month! All they could say is there was additional operational cost that they pass along to their customers. They also only give you 5 days from the due date to pay. If you dont they lock you out and charge you more. 2 weeks later theyll sell your stuff if you still havent paid. NEVER use them unless you absolutely have to.

Had a unit since 2008 and the last time I accessed it was 5 years ago. Tried the lock and the key fit, but didnt turn. Isla helped me tremendously so that I could access it again. On site managers have always been so nice and courteous.

Me and my wife were moving from Tennessee to Texas and needed a safe place to store our belongings until we purchased a new home. The location and staff are hard to beat and the facility seems very secure and clean.

I rented a storage today. My service I received from the Representative Isa was excellent. I went in disappointed being I needed an outside unit(I selected the wrong unit I choose a inside unit) but the down payment was more than I expected being I reserved the space last night for a 1.00 down. She did everything to assist to look for a lower price outside unit at other locations. But with her great customer service I decided to go ahead with the inside unit. Thank you Isa for making me feel better. Great Customer Service count!!
