Very convenient location, easy to locate. They have plenty of space in the parking lot. I would pick this location over any other in Cleveland.

Honestly an almost unbelievable experience with John Lambert, Owner/Manager. Needed a hitch fast for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and John ended up driving to Ravenna to pick up the right hitch for my vehicle, only to discover when he got back to the shop that the box was mislabeled and the wrong hitch was inside. He then searched again for the right one, found it, drove to Akron to get the proper hitch. Long story short, he offered to sell me the hitch for his cost due to the hassle/experience...I didnt even have to ask. Thats a quality guy and a quality shop!

Cargo van vehicle was mechanically great. Back of van was clean but front was not. Upon return I accidentally my 30 oz Yeti tumbler. It couldnt be retrieved. Manager claimed that it was not in the van which was a flat out lie. Loved the vehicle but will NOT chose the Rockside location for future rentals. I hope the over looked or stolen tumbler was worth losing a customer.

My first experience utilizing this storage facility was great! The main woman manning the facility (I can’t remember her name but she was a woman of color with i believe light blue or purple dye at the end of her hair & the tattoos) was very sweet and helpful and was very efficient in her service skills. She was very patient and helpful when I asked to switch to a larger storage unit by showing me an example of how large the unit is before paying for it. She marked exactly on the paper map of where I needed to go to access my purchased storage unit. After a long day of packing and hauling everything into my truck and driving 30 minutes out of my original location, she helped give me peace of mind.

Great team that works here. All super knowledgeable. The managers are amazing and compassionate.

Always clean and staff is very helpful. Went to the one on Northfield rd. No one was in there parking lot dirty so I went to this one and have a unit for my decorations

We were there to drop off a trailer and the experience was short and uneventful. Just what you want, and the attendant was very helpful!

Got a pick-up to move a few things. This was one if my best U-HAUL experiences. It was a good truck. It held a lot fir just a pick-up but it definitely served my purpose. Thanx!

Giving one star because that is lowest available. I am from Michigan and was stranded in Cleveland with a broke down motorcycle, attempted to rent 10 van to haul bike. They would not rent a van to go one way to MI said they were for local us only. I think that makes U-Haul a pretty useless business. NOT IMPRESSED

Pretty good storage place, but if you ever need to take care of anything in person expect to be there forever. They’re extremely slow and a lot of the staff stand around and socialize with each other or with a super talkative customer instead of getting through the line. If you’re going to take that long at least have some chairs lol

Everytime I go to this U-Haul they never have trucks available yet there are plenty of trucks in the yard. Salesman who is the owner wont rent to you UNLESS you have a reservation. I go back later to see if any of the trucks are gone and the same vehicles are STILL there! I thought they were reserved? Ill spend my time and money elsewhere, never again here!

Always clean, always neat and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I used to dido at public storage and they are a sham odd an organization in comparison.

I have a temperature controlled unit. I am very pleased with the conditions of this site. They even offer auto pay which is helpful in my busy life.

Very disappointed in owner/operator. Went in to see about renting a truck or trailer. Wanted to see the sizes in person and we were handed a Uhaul pen and told to call the number, as he had nothing to give us even though we were there several days ahead of when we wanted to rent a vehicle. Not interested in helping us at all.

I rented a truck and trailer from here without any hassle. The gentleman who helped set up the truck (I did not get his name) and Mike were incredibly nice and provided excellent customer service. While renting a truck to move things is not a regular occurrence for me, I would not hesitate for a moment to come here again or to recommend it to someone in the area.

Awesome service, clean space when I moved in, and not so much as a spider in my unit when I moved out. I had a great experience with the the owner, he really went above and beyond to help out his customers. Finally Ive used 3 different storage units to stage between moves across the country and this was by far the best.

Awesome customer service! Unlike the Miles/Northfield location, I was greeted upon entering, the customer service was great, AND they offered to help me to my car with my boxes.

This was the best experience I have ever had with Uhaul and I have used them often. The new location on the automile is so efficient and polite. Keep up the great work!

Rented a motorcycle trailer. Really got the job done.

The staff had my truck and trailer ready to roll when I got there.. Stopped inside for a few details.. Safety guidelines seemed to be followed.. On return its simple.. I regret forgetting the gentlemens name that assisted me on return, his customer service was absolutely great, and our convo was awesome too.. Uhaul, he was working between 2:30 and 3:00, he checked in my truck and trailer rental, so pleased find him and commend him for me for doing a great job.. He reminded me that there is still good customer service!

I had to use the Uhaul on Turney-- would not be doing that again. Having said that, my son and I got a uhaul from the 19000 Rockside rd. uhaul and the associate who helped us was named MIKE- (Hi Mike)... he was helpful, and knew what he was doing. The whole visit from picking up the truck, to dropping off the truck was fast and easy. He was so helpful... I would recommend this location due to the excellent customer service.

I made the mistake of not verifying the mileage on the odometer and the fuel gauge prior to leaving the lot. I was charged for 29 miles on a 14 mile trip and for the fuel I did not use. I will not be renting from this location in the future.
