It is easy to see why they are so popular: great communication, friendly service from the office, and personal attention to every detail. I left after signing for my unit feeling like family! Great location close to MHT and highways. There is currently a wait-list for some units, but I am glad I waited for my slot.

I have been keeping my camper there since mid 2019 and I am very pleased with the facility and service I have received. The facility is clean and secure and the 24 hour access is great. The facility manager, Donna K., is a pleasure to work with. She is always happy and smiling. All my questions or concerns are addressed right away. Donna is a huge credit to your organization. Donna in the front office is awesome I called first, and she was super helpful over the phone. She brought me over the storage unit I decided to rent and explained exactly how everything works in a friendly and considerate manner. Excellent service, clean, secure, and reasonably priced. I stored my VERY large class A motorhome. The staff was so kind friendly and accommodating of me. They helped me move my RV into its designated spot which took some time. They allowed me 24 hour access with a code. Its a very clean well kept and easy to access storage facility with good security

Awesome place to keep your Motorcycle or anything. Its clean and secure and the staff is great. It has very easy, convenient access when you want to take it for a ride... or drop a few things off.

Awesome company with competitive rates (migrated from Merrimack with 0 trouble, great customer service). Originally what sold me was the easy (almost) anytime access (unlike vault), gated access and security monitoring. Additionally, drive up access made it a convenient decision.

People Are friendly but got a storage unit with broken door which they fixed using a subcontractor I was told I didnt need to be there for subcontractor to fix my door that a member from the storage unit would be there if I was unable to be as I was out of state and when I came back my door was fixed but had multiple pieces of furniture broken and subcontractor denied charges so only got 40 dollars off of one month for over a hundred dollars worth of damage not happy
