I cant say enough about how great Chris and his crew are at Tire Rama. Their customer service was absolutely amazing!! They are clearly under staffed (who isnt right now) but they were great about squeezing me in to fix a flat tire. They were also great about getting me to best value on tires when I went in to but a new set. Highly recommend these guys!!

I have had several different things worked on by Tire-Rama. Chris and the gang are absolutely amazing. You wont find a better place to take your car for tire repairs and brakes, and their prices are super affordable. They really are Super-Men. Give them a call first, for fast, good quality work and great customer service.

I cannot express how much how pleased I am with the service I received. Chris and his team came to my rescue after we got a flat tire outside of Three Forks. We were on our way to the airport and instead of it being a stressful turn for the worst, it turned into such a pleasant experience. I was able to leave my vehicle with them during my trip and they delivered my vehicle to the airport upon my return-all ready to go! Aside from the great service, they were ALL so friendly. Took my class a motorhome in to have tires mounted and balanced. None of the tires were filled to the correct psi and one of the valve stems on a back tire wasnt even tightened so I ended up driving on a flat tire. Apparently they need some more checks and balances in their system before they hand the keys back to a customer.

We were passing through and one of our stem valves broke on our RV. Not only did they fix it for free they put the tire back on and took off our spare. Thank you Tire-Rama for the great service.

I have used different tire shops around the state at different times, but in my opinion none have matched Tire Rama for service and quality. The guys at Belgrade in particular were extremely friendly and even when they were busy and understaffed they delivered great service and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend them, and tire Rama I’m general. It is great to know that wherever you go in the state there is a tire Rama that serves you just like they do at your local shop.

Left a not so good review earlier this morning for the Gallatin Mall Tire O Rama location. After making another call to another Bozeman Tire O Rama....the man at a different location told me to check with Belgrades store. He was so kind on the phone. The Belgrade store got me right in and on my way (traveling through town). The gentleman and woman who helped me in Belgrade were genuinely good people!! THANK YOU! I would recommend the Belgrade store for sure!!

Tire-Rama has a bunch of stores. This one is more of a commercial/business and locals funky kind of location. Very personal service, often surprisingly quick. Ive bought tires from these people almost exclusively since 04. The one time I didnt, Costco had a crazy good sale going.

I love this place! The office staff is very personable. I can definitely trust their work! When I have any questions on my vehicles, its the first place I go! Plus... you get ice cream & coffee while you wait 🍦 🍵

Ive bought several sets of tires here. Every time I go here for basic maintenance like rotation or seasonal tire changes, they break a stud off my car. They tell me to come back in a few days and theyll fix it, and itll take 20 minutes. When I come back, they have my car for about 40 minutes before telling me they ordered the wrong part, and they have to go get one, then either something else happens or it still doesnt work or they have to replace something else, and I typically spend between 3-5 hours in the waiting room. This is not an isolated incident, this exact scenario has happened to me the last 4 times Ive been here. I HATE going here because it always makes me late for work, and I waste half my morning in their lobby.On a positive side, I like the people they have working there, and theyre apologetic and explain what the problem is each time. Its the only reason theyre not getting a 1 star review.

Stopped in for a scheduled appointment to have the frontend aligned. Machine was down, Chris had the tires rotated and sent me on my way. Returned the next day and left a very happy customer. They have always taken great care of my family.

Friendly and fast service

Folks were friendly, but NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK! (employees or customers in the waiting room) The mechanic even drove my car without a mask. There is a state mandate requiring masks. WHY be so inconsiderate to others?

Best Service fair price

Ive been going here for years. Good prices on tires, usually better than CostCo or other places Ive checked. They are usually very easy to get into, much easier than the locations in Bozeman which are frequently busy. Theyve had the same staff working there for years, which is awesome and shows that they know how to keep their employees happy. I recommend this place to all my friends!

Wow ... Go here if you want to hear a flurry of curse words and customer degradation. Some guy from Cali hates it here and lets you know, as well as voices how little he cares if directional tires get put on to rotate the wrong direction. Did I mention all the cursing? Got 5 wheels and tires done on my Jeep Wrangler back in January 2018 they were extremely busy and didn’t do a tire alignment, a year later and they said I could bring it in to get one done at no charge to me. Couldn’t be happier as a Disabled Veteran I don’t always have the money to get stuff done right away, but my Jeep desperately needed a tire alignment. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.
