I wouldnt reccomend this place if you dont like incredibly rude people. I have only seen ONE employee that was kind and seems to care about his job. The rest of the people there are very rude and seem to think its acceptable.This is about American eyecare NOT infocus. Get your prescription and take it elsewhere! These people do not deserve your money!

Horrendous customer service. I was appalled at the condescending behavior of the staff towards me and my children. It was one of the worst experiences I have had as a customer. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is great, high quality frames made to last and top notch service! Highly recommend.

Went there last week. These people were very rude. And when my glasses came in they pretty much threw them at me and left. I got home and there was a mark on my lenses and just figured it was dirty and didn’t pay any attention to it. I just went to clean them and they weren’t dirty. They are scratched. Will be calling to see if they can do anything about it.

Made the mistake of going there twice. Optometrist was arrogant and rude to deal with. Appointment date was lost. Poor service and a very poor product. I will not make the same mistake a third time. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior by so-called professionals. This was my experience. Proceed with caution, with these people.

I had the best possible experience at American Eyecare in the Belknap Mall.Don Haywood had so much knowledge and experience, it was incredible. I went in there with my defenses up and I am not an easy guy to win over, but Don took his time. He explained more things about eye glasses than I ever knew existed. Everything was open and transparent and nothing was hidden. Don made a few promises and he kept everyone. I will never go elsewhere for glasses and I will refer people to Don with confidence. By the way I traveled 3 hours round trip to go to American Eyecare and it was worth every mile. You can find no better place for all your eye care needs.

The Doctors at InFocus in the same building are great, but take your prescription and run from the guys at American Eyecare. The guy that just did the fitting and ordered my 17 year olds glasses just refused to give me his prescription for his eyes. Who the hell do they think they are denying someone access to their childs medical information. The facts are that they dont you knowing the measurements that they take because you can go to a number of online stores and get your glasses in half the time for a fifth of the price or less than these guys charge. Get your exam done with InFocus and take your prescription to Zenni Optical or Goggles4u online and save hundreds of dollars. People like this dont deserve your business.

Best optometrist Ive been to. the last two i went to were rude and not informative. There optometrist is a good one and really good with kids
