Wasnt sure I had the right address. Knocked on a few doors looking for the person who had my pallet. Both stores very friendly and helpful. They directed me to their warehouse nearby and my pallet and paperwork was inorder and ready for pickup. Awesome!

Showed up well before closing with a face mask on. All doors were locked and the lady at the desk refused to even look up to let me in. Not sure what gives, but doesn’t leave a great taste.

Very easy place to shop for cabinet knobs, pulls, door knobs, hinges, etc. All hardware is mounted, so you can see what it looks like. If you like a particular piece, it is in an open drawer right underneath. Prices are posted on the drawer. Staff is helpful and not pushy, which is nice so you can explore.They have a clearance corner in the back and to the right with really good deals. I would start there. Quality hardware.

Has cabnet handles door knobs anything you need for bathroom... if you cant find it here, does not exist. Amazing selections.

Hardware is a little misleading because its not a hardware store, but it does have the most amazing selection of drawer pulls, door knobs, bathroom fittings and kitchen upgrades. If they dont have it in stock, they have about 1,000 catalogs to order from. Very knowledgeable staff. Dont be shocked if you have an hour wait or more on a Saturday, though, because its a small place. If you have a picture from a decorating magazine and want to match something in a photo or layout, this is the place to do it.

I placed an order for 2 bathroom faucets. Was told it was a special order because of the finish. That was the middle of July. The 19th of Sept I got 1. Manufacturer said the 2nd one would ship the following day. Didn’t make sense but OK. One week later am told it still hasn’t been received. They were quick to charge my card in July but not so quick on service.

They are helpful and service seems quick. Great local hardware store! I found more than I expected inside.

What can you say about Belmont Hardware except that perhaps they should change their name to Belmont Knobs. It is the place to go to find that unique handle or knob.

We had a challenge with our bathroom faucet - the handle broke from the base of the hot water tap,I went into the store to get some information about replacement for that part. I was greeted by Xenia who is a master problem solver. Showing her the picture of the faucet, she identified it and went to the company to see what she could do to get our faucet up and running. Successfully, she worked at getting the needed part quickly. She was amazingly professional and extremely caring about our home situation and offered to help to get the part to us directly from the manufacture and not to their store, so no extra trips were needed to get the job done. The part arrived at the door and fixed within a days time. Thank you Xenia Jordan for all your help. We look forward in working with you in the future. Jody Mosteller

Kuwan was so helpful today. I walked into the store where three clerks were casually talking at the front counter. Not one acknowledged me as a customer and kept on talking. Kuwan came from another part of the store and offered to help.

Pretty awesome place but expensive. Wow.

There is a lot of nice stuff to check out, but the employees are kind of dismissive and not very helpful.

Not a real hardware store. It has not been for over 5 years according to the person that work there. If youre looking for tools, this is not the place. They sell vanities like faucets, tubs, drawer pulls and knobs, hinges etc...
