Its bad enough that the associates handling the food do not wear masks or wash their hands. I was sitting right next to the restroom. The same associate who served my food, went into the restroom. She was in there a while. Then all of a sudden, the toilet flushed and and she came right out. No sound or even time to wash her hands. Very poor hand hygiene is practiced here regularly, I have to assume.

Ordered donut holes, a dozen donuts and kolaches. Was charges and given 5 donut holes. They handed me everything in a bag so I didnt get to see to correct the mistake. Came back later and was told no refund for their mistakeEdit belton location

Tried to like them 3 chances worth, same sad results. Received a coupon in the mail and went to the location it was mid popular time so I did not expect to have a bunch of product to choose from which was the correct result. I purchased a kolache and a donut Im going to submit the pictures that I took of the kolaches while the dough on the first one was clearly old that its been sat for awhile the second one the breading was not bad these are purchased commercial products that are heated up nuked whatever and rolled out as fresh cooked if not theyre using commercial products to get that like a slice of cheese and a previously cooked sausage the donuts were lack-luster, flavor-less both HEB and Walmart equally serve better and fresher I would not recommend Shipleys.

I’m disappointed with this place. I used to love going here but it seems to be going downhill. The drive-thru lines are long & slow (only at this location), & they often give me the wrong items. Today I asked for a cinnamon sugar donut & instead got a glazed twist & cinnamon sugar cake donut. I noticed the mistake when I got home & decided I would just eat the cake donut. When I took a bite into the center it was uncooked! The raw dough tasted gross & now I can’t get the taste out of my mouth. Beware of wrong orders & uncooked donuts! 🤢6th Ave location in Belton

I eat here way more than healthy. The doughnuts are very good most of the time, not too sweet and soft. Occasionally you will get them a little over cooked, especially the bear claws. They have good coffee with lots of creamer choices, as well as juice and milk. The prices are reasonable too. The customer service is always excellent. Its hard to get into their parking lot, which is small, but I park next door at the dollar general and its fine.

My kids love to pick out a box of dounuts. Sprinkles are the go to. Cant go wrong. Always a great selection.

This place has some tasty morning treats, I usually stop by driving from Fort Worth to make a delivery. I get a dozen of mixed donuts for the sheet metal guys I deliver to. Good service and great donuts.

1st time there! The cashier was very rude and unwelcoming! She had such an attitude when I asked for an item (there is no menu at the window) and when I told her I didnt want an item (I asked for a dozen mixed do-nuts). I called and asked to speak with a manager and she was rude as well. She proceeded to tell me if the cashier raised her voice was because she was telling her co-workers the order. Which was not the case because, she was yelling at me! The cashier got the hint when I had to raise my voice and be stern that I caught on to her ugliness.

Their donuts are always the best always made fresh never stored overnight and the staff is always friendly

Service was great, apple fritter was good, kolache was good, but, the parking sucks!! You have to park in the dollar store parking lot. Other than that, the service was awesome.

This is a large ice coffee (compared to my 32 oz water bottle) from this shipleys as you can see over half of the cup is filled with ice. When i asked for light ice the girl in the window felt the need to inform me that she is the manager and she will charge me extra to put less ice in the cup. I declined because it is ridiculous to pay extra and this is what I got back. Never going back. I can get better service at McDonalds.
