I went there today October 26th2021around 11A.M. I purchase 2 coffees for $13, I gave them a $ 100 dollar bill. My complaint is they gave me $57 back in ones the rest in 5 s and 10s. I asked if I could give it back and pay with my credit card they said no.I felt it was very unprofessional to do this to me without any notification that they were giving me all these ones back. I also purchase stock through them which I dont have to do. Im still giving you 4 stars because no one is perfect. And Im giving you the benefit of the doubt.

The Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappe was amazing and refreshing on a hot day in a hot store. They were out of large cups but other than that it was delicious. Very friendly service and consistently great flavor with caffeine. Starbucks in Barnes & Noble Oak Park Mall was a much needed oasis of familiar relaxing atmosphere.

I will NEVER EVER return to this Starbucks. Every single time I have gone here, 3x... They mess up my order and the baristas are all snotty and need slapped for their disrespectful attitudes when I mistake is pointed out.

This Starbucks is always clean and sanitized, quick, and friendly. Food is great and the coffee even better. Love their green tea as well!

Ordered drink inside at 12:15pm. Its 12:48 and we still haven’t gotten our order. Yall need to prioritize your walk ins before your drive thru. My order was placed 15 minutes before a drive thru order and the guy in the drive thru got his faster. Won’t be back to this location

I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch. When I received the drink, first thing I noticed was that it smelled rancid. When I called this establishment to kindly let them know, the employee over talked me and was not interested in hearing the truth of this product. Finally I had to ask them if they want to hear the truth or will they continue talking over me? They finally stopped talking and listened. For the record, me calling in was not to get a free drink or a credit to my account. My intention was to simply let someone know that their ingrediants were not fresh. Solution: They should clean regularly and check the dates on their ingredients to make sure that their food is always fresh. This will prevent customers from getting sick. This isnt the first time that my drink smelled very bad and I had to pour it out. I gave them another chance hoping this issue was resolved. However, I learned that it was still the same, so, I made time to call today. This business is not Starbucks standard...very disappointing. Please fix asap!

Had to repeat my order 3 times, long line thru the drive through. Took 20 minutes from time I pulled in till I got to the window. And my order was wrong!

This Starbucks is horrible horrible. I don’t give bad reviews but I’ve been here at least 30 times and every time the staff is terrible and the line is so long.

They are awesome baristas and very personable.

Looking beyond their non-compliance with Starbucks standards in speed of service, accuracy of order, and quality of beverage the employees at this location are unpleasant and unconcerned with the achieving and maintaining the Starbucks experience. Overlooking that the majority of the time my order is made poorly and incorrectly, they also refuse to use personal cups weeks after the ban had been lifted.

WORST STARBUCKS on the planet. Twenty minutes to get my order. Drive through got all the attention. Store was dirty and employees rude. Go to the Starbucks at Price Chopper in Raymore its way better.

I always get great service here. Love a nice hot vanilla cappuccino. Drive thru has a long wait but always fast to just step inside. Definitely wish they had a larger parking lot area/drive thru area.

Such a cool Starbucks. I wanted to grab my caffeine fix before Thanksgiving; the service was the fastest Ive experienced at a Starbucks and the consistency of their drinks were spot on. To top this off, the customer service was awesome. Paige was very helpful

With the pandemic I usually dont go out and order delivery. But here lately, the drink and food prep has been horrible. I used to get stickers put on the drinks so that they do not spill. Food used to come fresh and hot. Now I get drinks that are spilled over everything because of no stickers. And my last hot food was placed in the same bag as my iced drinks so of course....cold food. Gonna have to find a different route to take because Im tired of spending money just to get half of my order per se.

Got there and they had kind of a long line but they were on top of there game and were pumping out the orders and the coffee was perfect as always and so was the customer service was great as well

REVISED: today was much better, 4 minutes wait time from order, 6 minutes in line total. Great job guys, drink tasted great as well, keep it up! Happy customer :)2 days in a row, different times in the afternoon, about 4 to 5 cars in front of me, 15 minute waits both days, no apologies, no explanation, otherwise employees are friendly, and my drink is made well, but Ive been late to work both days, you all need to figure it out pretty ridiculous

Iced Caramel Frappuccino...absolutely delish.

This location is very clean and every time Ive visited it the employees are very friendly. I love that Starbucks has the star rewards program and its so easy to earn stars and lots of promotions. The prices are a little more than I would like but its certainly worth it. My two favorite drinks from here are the Caramel Frappuccino (pictured) and the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino.

I really wish there was one in Pleasant Hill. My day is always better when I have Starbucks.

From what Ive experienced this Starbucks exceeds my expectations of a coffee house. The staff has always been friendly, professional and on point. They accidentally iced my daughters drink and gave it to her for free and immediately got her the correct order after apologizing tremendously. Their food is always fresh and tasty. Would recommend to anyone that wants an amazing pick me up.

The employees/manager that worked tonight are OUTSTANDING! Extremely kind and willing to help me out because I didnt have my phone which had their app on it, and had my $ loaded on it and points I use all the time. They were very busy because they were closing up for the night and lots of people in the drive thru. With all that was going on, the manager (I believe), stopped what he was doing, came over to me and he helped me with my issue. He wrote down a specific phone# and explained what to do. He knew his employer (Starbucks) like the back of his hand and treated me with respect. He was very kind, caring and knew exactly what he was doing. He should be running his own store. I wanted to thank him and all the employees working tonight. Props to you for running the Starbucks in Belton, MO like a well oiled machine!!

Super friendly staff even when theyre slammed.

Went in there in the morning to get coffee and the person was assistant new. I dont remember ever yelling at the either, but I did raise my voice for volume issues. I did swear after I walked off to something unrelated. A special fellow coworker of theirs talked to me about it. Long story short, it was a race issue because Im white and if so the problems going on. Ill never go back until management changes things to where they are acceptable again.

I ordered a latte, and it was inferior to the coffee-machine latte Id gotten days earlier at my car dealerships customer waiting area (Subaru, btw). The choc chip cookie was just OK. The menu is way overpriced. Yet, people flock to these places...the appeal escapes me.

The drinks are not made the Starbucks way most of the time but the staff is friendly most of the time.

Very busy, nothing on them, just can miss minor details as a result.

When going through the drive thru, I had stars to redeem and when I got to the window and asked to redeem them he acted as though he didnt know what I was talking about. Then proceeded to tell me they were redeemed yet I was still charged full price. Drinks were also made incorrectly.

Waited 20 min to be told theyre out of what i want n had to wait 10 more min in line to leave. Teeeible

Line wrapped around the building but kept moving forward at a constant pace while maintaining good service.

I had an excellent experience this morning. The girl at the window, Bekah, I believe was so kind and had excellent customer service. She complimented my hair and just made me feel so good about myself. My service was prompt and my frappe and bread were perfect. Such a great experience.

It is a pretty nice Starbucks. The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. We had several items on our order, which were made quickly and correctly. The music was not my favorite, but the volume level made it easy enough to live with. We will come here again.

Get iced coffee w sugar free vanilla and add half n half..Drive thru is fast, and accurate. I like that I can get a coffee without sugar but still can get a sugar free flavor. Wish they would indicate more drinks that can be made without sugar and are low in calories, since many people now days have type II diabetes.

I enjoy the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, among others. What I like best is that they offer almond milk. Their pumpkin bread is amazing as well. Their customer service is always on par.

Friendly love there coffee

I travel a lot, so have been to a lot of Starbucks. This one is easily the best location I’ve been to (and not just because it’s local). The baristas are always incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when they’re slammed, the store is clean and welcoming, and the coffee is consistently delicious. Thank you for being awesome!

Always fast, friendly and delicious. Mobile pickup is a great option because the drive-thru is always packed (even before COVID).

I listed the service and food as poor because those were my only options, but those arent really the issues. This may have been a great place a couple of years ago, but its definitely lacking today. The staff is great, very nice. The problem seems to be the management. They stopped brewing decaf over a year ago..Ive never even heard of that happening at any other coffee shop. I know its coffee, but there are actually people who drink decaf. They used to offer to do a pour over, but now they dont even do that. Unfortunately, they are also frequently out of the decaf espresso beans, so you cant even purchase that. Same story with the food...regardless of what time you arrive. Certain sandwiches, like the tomato mozzarella or the chicken sausage breakfast wrap are always out. At first I thought they werent restocking inventory because they were going to close. I like having a Starbucks close to my house, but Ill just wait and go to the one close to my job. They have everything that is advertised on the menu.

Ive been drinking white chocolate mochas for years. The last three have been awful!. No flavor, certainly no white chocolate, and its as if the skim milk is more water. Ive always loved their drinks. Maybe Ill have to find a new favorite. Looking for suggestions.

The atmosphere was very relaxed. I read my book while sipping coffee and demolishing a cheese danish. The inside seating area is small but arranged to appear capacious. The baristas are pleasant, knowledgeable, and expeditious. This location is always clean and staffed with a dynamic team of customer service professionals!

I got to try out the updated star Rewards today. 50 stars for brewed coffee and 50 stars for a butter croissant. So, thats a better deal than before. The croissant was buttery lovin in my mouth. The Pikes roast could have been a tad hotter, but only because I added what some may think if as a grotesque amount of half and half, cooling it down quite a bit. Overall, a pleasant visit with extremely friendly people!

Its okay the one in price chopper, but I still prefer Lees Summit because my order is perfect every time and not so freaking sweet like they make them here and on state line, even though my order is skinny with no whipped cream they still make it so sweet that I cannot drink it. I gave them four stars because they were friendly and got my order fast so I could resume my shopping. Still I wont be returning I will stick with Lees Summit

Not to sound like a meat head, but came from my workout straight here due to time circumstances.Wanted to just get something with milk for my post workout drink. They need more people at the register to handle the customers that come into the shop! They had 3 people taking drive thru orders and only 1 person taking in-store orders. That one person, though friendly, however was very talkative and not paying attention to customers that were standing in line. But coffee was great!

Starbucks is Starbucks. This is a good location for meeting up with someone since most of the business is in the drive through window. Not too busy inside at 7:00 am. No complaints at all.

Isaac took my order and was polite. Then I sat and waited and watched 12 cars go through the drive thru before my order was even started I only had one iced coffee. Then they started to make it and left it sitting open on the counter no lid and still unfinished while the girl talked and fiddled with her pants then finally finished making my coffee. What should have taken maybe 10 minutes took nearly 20. I was rather displeased to say the least.

Waited over 25 min in line with only one person in front of me just so the lady can Lilly has with the customer to talk about a coupon that at the end gave the drink for free to her which was nice but I was so offended I just wanted a water rather take my business elsewhere and they didnt even give me good service for that... Maybe they only cater to certain age groups what a shame for business! And the only location in miles double whammy
