They are very helpful. The lady that helped me was attentive. She knew the tools and helped me find just what I needed.

Good prices for what you get. Employees are are very...coma like. Stand 2 feet away from them, looking right at them & ask them a question & you can just see their eyes glaze over. Your better off to just ask google whatever questions you have.

Went in for a paint sprayer and it was on sale for only $20, while looking at it, a store employee walked me through how to clean it properly and their experience using one. Overall, great experience.

Good place to good for inexpensive tools. If your looking for high end then go elsewhere. They do offer lifetime warranty on some tools so worth buying.

Prices are usually pretty good. Customer service is not, usually talking amongst each other and not attentive to customers. Hate that they ask for my email everytime even though I am already listed for sales.

Harbor Freight is a awesome place for tools, and all sorts of workman machinery. The guy cashiers that work here are the only reason i even return here to shop, & by equipment. Im not saying all management, but ive been here on a couple of occasions where i had members of theyre management following me around in the store as though i was there to steal or something. They never ask, can i help you locate anything.? Just popping up everywhere i went in the store. If youre wondering yes im afro american! I dont always dress the part of my profession, but i dont feel the because i dont i deserve to be judged as a thief, or thug. As though they dont come in Carcassonne as well. In other words in can come in, in my business attire, & walk out with half the store under my blazer, because again being judged by what appears to be. Its simply best not to judge, lest you be judged yourself.

What more could you ask for. Good tools at affordable prices. They usually have everything Im looking for when it comes to hand tools. When it comes to larger items like compressors or miter saws their selection can be limited at times. Overall though I love harbor freight and will continue to return for a long time.

Love them my jack hammer broke and my warranty was up that day but I was able to extend it and get a new one for free love them saved me lots of money

Why Ive not been to a harbor freight yet is beyond me. Awesome deals on tools and pretty good quality products with those deals. The store associates were friendly and always ready to help. Im going to be frequenting Harbor Freight much more often!

Its hard to walk out of this place with nothing... let alone just the item you came in for lol its a mans toy store, I will say, this one i went to was very organized and clean, I mean all their stores seem to be trying to be like this one, but either these guys dont get the foot traffic like others, or the other ones just suck at keeping things tidy

This is one of the best HF in the Kansas City area if not the best. It is a huge store compared to some of the others and it is well stocked. It is much easier to find what you are looking for with the aisles spaced further apart. The staff was helpful and as always I walked out with more then I planned on. HF is the place to get certain tools and those odds and ends.

Just bought....got an air gun for heavy duty work but trying this electric gun for light duty.....Stay tuned....

I asked for a manager got a supervisor wanted to buy all of the stuff on open box return table but wanted more of a discount and she said its already discounted and I cant go more. I know thats not true she just doesnt have the power to say yes.The boxes that are on the table are crushed and they are only marked down 20 bucks.

Not a fan of some of their tools but their are some very good tools there. I have been in there at least a dozen times and every time I was greeted when I entered and then asked if I needed help when I was going down the aisles.There are many companies that could learn from their customer service.

They have most of what youre looking for, at a pretty nice price. For that other stuff, probably gonna have to look elsewhere. That said, everything Ive ever acquired at the harbor freight, exactly what I was looking for and needed, and some other stuff I left with too.

Its the dollar general of the tool world so cheap and sometimes easily broken. I bought a pair of wire strippers and they broke right out of the package before I could use them. The cheapest clamp meter I bought doesnt work very well either, it shows my stove pulls 0.12 amps when I can get it to read. I did find some decent quality wood clamps et.c which work great! All in all a good place but I wouldnt always go with the cheapest option. Friendly staff and short lines made for a fairly pleasant experience and it was clean!

Ive visited this location several times and have always been impressed. The store is meticulously merchandised and the staff are quick to offer assistance without being obtrusive.I recently purchased a Braun rechargeable work light. The first one I got apparently had a dud battery. I took it back, and was once again impressed by the efficiency of the staff in recognizing and assisting me with the exchange for one that works, and is awesome.Good products, great prices, outstanding help.

Employee told us the item was reserved till the end of the day. Drove all the way to the store to find out that they sold it. Guess I drove there for no reason. Would not recommend this location.

Great place to buy that tool youll only use a few times. I actually bought one of their high-end welders and added the protection plan. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. This is my go to place for inexpensive diy tools.

Affordable for a reason. Dont go expecting to get snap on and you wont be disappointed. However, I have gotten great use from the things Ive purchased. If something breaks they replace it and Im not disgruntled. When I want something name brand I save and buy it. Harbor Freight is a great convient money saving option.

Personnel was available up front to advise is where we needed to go. When needed help they were right there thi answer questions and help. Didnt have what we needed, and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need.

Not happy today. Bought $159.00 air compressor and $17.00 air hose, when I used 20% off coupon it was applied to air hose instead of air compressor and I also asked for one year warranty on air compressor but it was not added.

Excellent place to get the tool you need to do the job. I wouldnt recommend these tools to the professional Craftsman for everyday use but I would recommend it to the occasional Craftsman. They have anew line of tools named Hercules.?I havent tried Hercules out yet but they may be able to withstand daily use. Hercules are compare to DeWalt so someone let me know if theyre up for the job..

They have about everything I ever need. The quality is fine for most do it yourself projects. There are better tools out there but the cost is considerably more. These tools normally get me by for small projects.
