We went here to purchase a Yeti cooler and an accessory for one of my Traeger grills. I had been here before the pandemic and was impressed with their assortment of products from both these product brands. We didnt see any coolers and we wondered around for a good while with no one checking to see if we needed assistance. Finally, as we were about to walk out a fellow asked if we needed help. As it turned out, they were out of stock for the Traeger accessory. I spoke to a woman on the way out about the Yeti. They had a couple behind the counter, but not the color I was looking for. She was very nice and explained the difficulty they were having with getting Yeti products.

Everyone is respectful and willing to help. They like to explain in detail what to do and what to expect. Great place for my needs to run my lawn care business.

Excellent service. No item is too small for them to assist you in finding it ($2 shelf hooks). My 70 year old husband needed a ladder to safely reach a 12 foot ceiling and the assistant brought two ladders (8 and 10 foot) out for him to climb upon. It ended up that we needed the 10 foot ladder to feel safe. Best service in town.

My experience was awesome! Everybody was super helpful and efficient. They even had time to change the blade out on my weed eater so I can get straight to work.

The staff there are horrible it took 35-45 min every time I went there they messed up every order when I took my still chain saws in to be fixed. I pay with hard earned money and expect quality service. If you are of any ethnicity watch out cause these guys will not make you feel welcome.

I went by today to have 8 keys made. Now I ordered the blanks online so I did not purchase the actual key in the store. I called a few days ago to see if they would cut the keys even though I did not purchase them there. I was told yes but it would still cost 2.39 per key. I was fine with that. So I went and got them cut. When they were done they did not charge me! What a blessing. I was fully prepared to pay for them. This is so awesome!!! What great customer service. Thank you Ace!!!

Not sure why they charged me $24 for this bag. They seem a little confused between the register and the people loading outside dirt.Those guys outside loading dirt need to pay raise because you can tell they really hate their job by the way they throw the bags into the truck

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted in a professional manner. Staff members immediately responded with my concerns and questions. Highly recommended. Definitely a 10+.

The employees were helpful. We walked in didnt have the chance to greet us right away, but one came up half way up the main aisle and greeted us. Then he asked if we needed help finding anything. He told us exactly where to find what we were looking for. The store was clean, and neat. Kind of store i would be happy to return to.

Went to Belton to pick up an item that wasnt in the Hewitt or Lorena store. A young man met me at the counter and checked the item out, took me to the car and loaded my merchandise. He was really nice and helpful. But that is what I always get at Ace Hardware. Ace is the best! And Ace employees are great!

Friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and pointed me to the item I was seeking. They were respectful to my service animal, and offered her a treat at checkout (which I think was her favorite part). Store was clean and organized. I always feel like I got good value for my money when I visit. Ill be a regular once I move to Belton.

I delivered some product to the facility as of March 2021 and the manager was everything but, helpful. In fact, he was entirely rude and unprofessional and lacks decency . He attempted to act like a tough guy with a woman when it’s evident he’s the opposite .Called Corporate. Need signs up on how you would want 18 wheelers delivering product to enter property.

This wasnt my first time visiting an Ace hardware store. I normally go to the other big warehouse hardware store thats around the corner from me. The employees of Ace hardware stores (across the board) are always courteous but this store in particular was top-notch! No complaints at all. I went to the store for kerosene. I searched online prior to my journey and found a 5-gallon can for sale at Ace. As Im walking in the gentleman quickly greets me and asks if Ill need a basket. It wasnt your token welcome to [insert store name here]. He was very welcoming. I took the basket and took about two steps away when he asked me if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for, which ended up being directly behind me. He placed the can in my cart. Later in my visit another gentleman was pushing a cart full of recyclables and stopped to assist me in finding a syphon for the gas. Let me tell you something... this man didnt stop until he knew I was okay with the product he found. I was tickled because I was good with the first choice but he didnt stop. You cant beat this kind of customer service! Liked it so much I signed up for the rewards card. Ill definitely return. If you are in search of some one-on-one personal service, go to this hardware store. Im certain if they dont have what you need, they can get it. They are smaller than the competition but better.

Keith Ace Hardware is my go to place for all my hardware and home repair items. Their selection of hardware items is extensive and well organized. They carry difficult to find items that the big box stores seem never to have. There staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the place to go in this area.

My husband bought a saw here and asked if he bought it could he get parts here and was told he could. Now that he needs a part he was told it would come in 3 weeks, 3 weeks is up and now has been told another 10 days. Yes, they are friendly, but customer service is not all about being friendly, its also being knowledgeable and helpful, which they are not. Numerous occasions they were not knowledgeable about other products, this is not the only incident.

Made an order online that said “free store pickup TODAY”. Found out it won’t arrive until 5 days from today and they are not able to issue a refund until it arrives in 5 days.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff - a true hardware store where its easy to find what you need. Its possible to buy just one or two of a particular fastener, for example, instead of a whole box at a time. Maybe its not as cheap as the big box stores, but this is the place to go for quality replacement parts.

By far the best customer service around. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Im always greeted when I enter the store. A staff member offers to help me find what Im looking for. There is no sales pressure, but a genuine effort to help the customer find what he came in for.

Very clean and shelves stocked neatly. Merchandise is accessible and displayed in very organized way and the flow of whats on each isle is nice and smooth... the order everything is in just makes good sense. Good store, good inventory - but the over anxious floor employees shadow & follow you like 3 feet away. I know theyre just doing what theyre told; but it makes you feel crowded and pressured and like theyre expecting you to try to steal something.

The store is an awesome one. Always helpful, good at advice on most things. Helpful with finding alternitve, that I just never thought of.Only issue is some times have to order to store, but it always there on time on the date, once it was early.Should check out, if they dont have on hand and cant order they know who you should try next.Service to the customer not the dollar.

Personally, I am well aware of the cost of carelessness by others who lack (or choose) to expose others to COVID. I take proper precautions not as a “courtesy” but as an easy survival skill for those I love and want to be with a long time.ACE employees demonstrated total disregard for its customers’ safety. I mistakenly chose to go to ACE (instead of another large busy chain store up the street for a couple of necessary home items).I was approached by a polite young man who stepped over the X’s on the floor, walked up to me (inside of the 6 ft range) eager to help but totally clueless as to why their chain as well as the nation had been closed down No mask, standing in my masked face.I immediately looked to mature responsible staff and realized not one employee there demonstrated any caution at all. I left disappointed. How disrespectful to my welfare and those of others who patronize ACE.In my opinion, you should not be open for business, because it’s not ”business as usual”.

Have always loved Ace Hardware and this one is the best. Went in there to see if they have gallon canning jars, of course they did and not outrageous pricing. Left with that knowledge and a recipe of how to do 7 day pickles!! Ya cant beat Ace Hardware or their people!!!

A little pricey but convenient on weekends. Some employees are nice and helpful although just a few are quite unbearably rude. Unfortunately since its not selling parts for one particular field of repair, none of the employees seem to be deeply understanding of the parts they carry. I still recommend if you yourself know what it is you need and are unable to make it to any other parts store.
