I was very excited to find a local store that was able to fix my galaxy watch. When I arrived at the location I discovered the business was now a dance studio. I double checked the address and suite number on Google maps and I was at the correct address. It seems that fix my device is no longer in business 😕

Absolutely pleasant. Clean, organized atmosphere, super friendly staff. When you walk into a computer store, and the staff knows the part number you need on a 10 year old laptop from memory, you KNOW youre in a good place. Low price shop rates, and great deals on quality used computers. They can service just about anything, and have 100X the knowledge of the rip-offs at geek squad. After spilling water on my HP laptop, it would not power up. Happy to report that I write this review from a completely dry and fully operational laptop thanks to Chris. He didnt even charge that much for the miracle performed.

This is the best place you can go for any of your phone/tablet needs. I’ve been there for a broken screen, to my phone just not turning on. They are great at what they do! Chris is amazing. They have the best prices, the nicest staff. I will never go anywhere else for any of my phone needs.

Worst place to buy a phone. They refurbish and unlock phones to sell, however...the phones will not connect due to prior owner still owns the phone. Like, are they stolen? So in order to get it working, I transferred carriers to straight talk; of course because they dont care if the phone is stolen or refurbished. The phone freezes consistently, I just want to throw the POS and ask just why. How does your store stay open with this kind of ignorance! I can provide better service than your store simply out of my house. Its easy, all I gotta say is I dont know what the hell Im doing and give them a discount..

I loved it when it was open, but its completely gutted and not open (ongoing for several weeks/months?). Not sure when theyll be open again under the new name.

Was able to bring in a phone with a dead battery. It was a difficult battery replacement and by the end of the same day I was able to pickup the phone. Now it works great and I got an OtterBox case and screen protector added to the phone as well. Thanks gadget grave!

I was hesitant to go but a friend referred me and took me to just “check it out”. I fully intended to just look at phones thinking I would probably order on a discount website. Well, I have to say I’m super impressed and I for sure got a better deal at Gadget Grave. Shaquille (hope I spelled it right) helped me pick a phone and got me a waaaaay better deal. I got a warranty, screen protector and super awesome otter box for about the same price I would have paid for just the iPhone on the discount website that I was going to use. Just amazing! 🤯BUT WAIT THERE’S more! I went back After a month or so because my screen had cracked and it was replaced within minutes under the lifetime screen warranty!! I just have to say that Shaquille is knowledgeable, professional and has earned my loyalty. I will definitely be giving him and Gadget Grave a shout out on social media and referring my friends! I’ve had them fix a couple of devices for me. They usually do a pretty good job and are reasonably priced. They are not great about communicating the status of your repair. I have been told more than once that something I’ve left there would be fixed “by the end of the day” only to go pick it up the next morning and be told that it’s not done yet. That seems to happen frequently. The last phone I dropped off had to be repaired three different times. Once for the issue I brought it in for, once for a part that they broke during the repair, and once more to replace a defective part from the previous repair. To their credit, they warrantied the last two repairs.They had that phone for almost a month all told and it required at least eight trips to their shop from the first time it was dropped off to the last time it was picked upYou guys need to understand that your customers time is valuable. I don’t have time to keep coming by because I’m told that a phone will be fixed by a certain time only to find that it’s not done yet whenever I get there. You do good work but you wasted tons of my time because you didn’t give me a realistic timeline for a repair or notify me when you couldn’t meet the timeline you’d given me. That’s why I’m giving you three stars.

My iPhone XR had a broken screen. Firstly the staff was pretty aloof and not very engaging. I brought my phone in for screen repair and they replaced it within an hour but I’m not sure if it’s just cheap replacement screen or what but the screen cracked again within a week and has steadily spread cracking more and more. For the money I spent for a new screen for it to crack again within a week, is very disappointing. I will be taking my phone to a different place for fixing this time and hopefully it’s fixed with a better quality screen.

Took an iPhone to be fixed. They were upfront and honest about what it needed and let me decide of it would be worth the cost to repair because issue could arise again.Decided not to get it fixed. They were cool enough to recover all my data from the broken phone so it didnt lose it.Thought it was great customer service to help even though I didnt pay to have it fixed. Wow a phone repair store with amazing service and prices? Yep. My iPhone battery was toast so I shopped around for a replacement. Not only did these guys have the best prices but they offered a full phone check as well. They were very courteous and explained what they were doing along the way. I came back the next day to a phone with a brand new battery and a generous coupon which I quickly cashed in on. They even took the slight bend out of my phone. Taylor was the manager on site that day and he and the other gentleman were great. Clearly a well run business with plans to stick around.

With a family of 6 & everyone having a phone you can imagine how often they see us. They are always so helpful and nice. Weve never had a problem and if the phone wasnt repairable then they always have nice/used phones at a very reasonable price. Fayetteville location-They said they would repair an xbox with an hdmi issue. They have now had the xbox for 30 days and say they cannot fix it and wont give it back because they say its at another location 50 miles away.Would not recommend

Took my Pocophone from Xiaomi with a screen assembly that I bought online to see if they could repair it. They never repaired a pocophone before and I had this phone in my hand less than 2 hours later.

The team at Gadget Grave is outstanding. They will walk you thru the details of the repair, and complete the repair timely.(same day in our case) We had an iPhone 7plus that had a cracked screen. They disassembled the device and found that the battery had shorted as well due to the cracked screen. Repair was much cheaper than buying a new device and it works just like a new one. They are the absolute best!My husbands phone was constantly restarting due to the battery not being able to hold the charge. We realized all the phone needed was a new battery but the cost for a replacement was up to $45- $50.As we were searching for alternatives, we found Gadget Grave! The two gentleman that helped us were efficient and helpful. We paid $27 for the new battery. They also sell unlocked Ipads and other devices for very affordable prices. They sell Otterbox cases $30 and up to regular cases from $12 and up. They keep the store simple, clean, and organized. Best customer service weve had I a long time when it comes to phones!

Owner Cole Thornton is a crook and offered a minimal amount to buy my phone they broke and assured me it was the best possible price, looked at their eBay site a week later and they were selling my phone in the same condition I sold it to them for literally three times what he gave me. DONT SELL THEM YOUR PHONE OR GET ANY REPAIRS HERE!!!!
