Extremely poor service. I placed an order and it got shipped to the wrong address and there is nothing that the store will help u with. They told me to get in touch with customer care or check with UPS since they cant do anything.I expect better from T mobile.I would suggest trying a different store for better service.

I was looking for some accessories for my phone. The reps were helping customers when I arrived. Once the customers left neither rep asked could they help me. I was also interested in possibly upgrading my phone and again neither rep asked me about that or even offered to check to see if I could upgrade. Doubt I will go back into this store.

Great service once everyone understood the plan. But since a year ago, we still now are getting Sprint bills after receiving T-Mobile for the last 11 bills. Sprint wont let me sign in and just one of Sprints past that I didnt think I would have to deal with Sprint EVER again! Just one of their classic terrible customer service... Rediculous!!!

This store and everything about it is well below par, dont waste your time and call customer care for help. This place makes up thier own policies that differ from what TMobile says. This whole store needs to rethink the current employees that it has representing it because they are horrible. As a t-Mobile customer I expected the store to care. I am traveling out of town, my phone had died, and I just needed to charge it for a few moments to get back on the road.... Not at this location. Not with their customer service. Amazing how T-Mobile prides itself on customer service, but wont help a customer stranded in a foreign town.

I thought this was a repair facility but was told to take my item to a phone repair shop. I was told it would cost $80 to replace the battery its not worth it and tried to get me to buy the more expensive version that would cost me more than $80.And though masks are required in this facility per their specific page, not one salesperson was wearing a mask. As today Arkansas made national news if being very close to a 3rd wave with Covid due to the Delta Variant.

This store has given me a VERY poor version of the T Mobile experience. Lousy customer service and very poor communication. I dont know how other stores are ran but this one on 14th street in Bentonville is poorly ran and I dont recommend going here for your service needs.

The Store Mngr and Sales Associate Jason helped me with my upgrade last night, I must say they were extremely helpful! They both were very nice and personable. Carlos and team were incredibly friendly at this location. I came in after buying an iPhone 5S that was supposed to be unlocked, but obviously wasnt. Carlos did everything he could to help me test various SIM cards and find out which carrier the phone was tied to. I would highly recommend visiting this store for any carrier needs, as they obviously care about you and will do anything they can to help you out.

The store in Bentonville is exceptional! Excellent and helpful staff. The coverage area isnt great but our bill is cheaper. Only thing would change about the store is provide customers with chairs, please. Some are disabled.

All I needed to do was have my family mobile phone unlocked by the guys at the store, but even though I was 25 minutes early before opening and there were associates inside, they refused to let me in and very easily have lost any chance of gaining clientele. I am very disappointed that they would rather follow the set time schedule of when they are open, than to help out a willing customer.Would NOT recommend them to anybody.

Needed a replacement router. And TMobil corporate said to find a router locally and drop off the bad router and pick up replacement router. But this store said they cant do that even though its posted online at the Tmobil site. Just be aware that corporate and their dealers dont seem to be on the same page. Always call first

T-Mobile customer representative is really quick and helpful. They dont have the stock of phone which I want. They quickly check with another store and let me know. That another store have stock and I can visit there.

Every time I go here I end up getting an awesome deal on something. These guys are top notch and super knowledgeable.Updated for 12/2017, dropped to 2 stars. The guy that helped us was rude. He tried telling me that he had an android phone before so he knows exactly what is wrong with my phone. He also kept telling me I had a different phone than the one I actually have, sorry bud but I think I know what kind of phone I have. And the madness didnt stop there but ultimately this location has lost me as a customer.

If I could give them 0 stars i would. Employees do not have proper knowledge of their own company. They are unable to provide you with all nor with the correct information which is now costing me $300 extra on top of my current bill and corporate will not do anything about it!! I had activated an account with T-mobile via the 800 sales #. They told me to buy two cheap phones and send those phones in because I wanted to keep my current phones. When I called the 800# back, they told me to go to the T-Mobile store in Bentonville, AR. When I explained to the attendant at the Bentonville, AR T-Mobile store the ordeal I had already been through, they were less than sympathetic AND told me I would need to purchase a phone through them. There were about 6 employees standing around doing nothing, btw. You could fire about 4 of them and still be fine! So, they deactivated my SIMS cards and my account and gave me a, Have a nice day, with a voice that indicated sarcasm. Im a teacher that speaks 2 other languages, so I get tone rather well. THEN, I went home and called T-Mobile and LOW AND BEHOLD, I am now getting SIMS cards sent to me again through T-Mobile. NOW, those lazy little boyz you have working in that store could have helped me to this point as well, but they just didnt really care about trying to ease my aggravation that I already had going through during this process. Btw, this was 2/23/2016 at about 4:00 in the afternoon. You can look and see which of your 6 employees standing around was responsible. If I have any future T-Mobile needs, I will try the Springdale store instead.

Horrible customer services, only good for sales if they had proper product knowledge,should hire some people with proper customer skills not thier own cousins, horrible when it comes to resolving issues... not a cooperate store franchise store, after reading these reviews on the store and personal experiance i suggest T-Mobile to take some actions unless T-Mobile only cares about sales and money then time to switch !!!
