Came into the store in regards to a few questions that pertained to upgrading my device as it had been broken. I wasn’t listed as an authorized user on my husband and I’s account but was given all three ways that I could be added as an authorized user if need be which my husband was able to do within minutes! The customer service I experienced was great will definitely be coming back to this location if I need anything done!

These are the shadiest people I’ve ever dealt with. Straight up lied to me to make a sale and commission. Gave me a $500 phone bill. Opened a new line for no reason to make a new line commission, and told me it would be free and it was only so it would make my bill cheaper…..the line didn’t even have a phone on it. This line was $115 on my 1st bill!!! And all of this was done by the guy that calls himself the “store manager.”They’re not really AT&T, it’s a 3rd party. AT&T had to fix what these people did and opened an investigative inquiry into their shady selling tactics. Manager at the store wouldn’t give me his general manager’s contact info either. Don’t do business with them, contact AT&T directly!!! Luckily AT&T removed this fraudulent line he put on my acct 10 days later, which removes his commission!!!

Came into this location in regards to a concern I had on my bill, I knew it was going to be a little higher due to some changes made on my prior visit . After speaking with the store manager at this location I left feeling 100% confident that all my questions where answered. He made sure I understood everything before leaving. I will most definitely be returning back to this location for further business or any questions I may have. Big shout out to the store manager once again and the representative that assisted.

Stay away from this store, nothing but lies!! At this point there is nothing that can be said by anyone at AT&T that would keep us with this company. I’ve never been treated the way we were here. We’ve been loyal customers of AT&T for over 20 years, to then be treated as just another chance to make a buck by the supposed store manager. Had to spend an entire day with corporate to get our phone plan back to where it once was. Absolute crooks, I can’t say “stay away” enough regarding this store.

Poor customer service. Wasnt told all the correct steps I needed to take to fulfill my needs. Then once I did complete steps given to me, the entire process was complicated and I spent more time than needed there. I went to another location in Rogers to finish what was needed and was taken care of much better and with a positive attitude.

I walked in and there were 2 associates, both helping customers. No one looked up. I stood there for 4-5 minutes, then I asked Is this gonna take long? One of the associates said, Its gonna be at least 3 hours.WHY DIDNT YOU JUST SAY THAT! WOWWW!No apology or anything! Pathetic.Not to mention that the reason for stopping in was my TERRIBLE SERVICE ON A BRAND NEW PHONE!

We purchase a new iPhone 12 for my wife and gave the older phone to our daughter. However the first AT&T store messed up getting the service and we had the iPhone 12 with a primary and secondary line.Thank you Aubrey!We came into this AT&T store and in less than 10 minutes fixed everything.The store is clean, quiet and friendly.Outstanding service!

This place has really bad customer service.. we came in and the guy that “helped” us wasn’t helping at all he didn’t answer most of the questions we had and if he did they were short answered leaving us with no answer at all. He was this tall skinny dude with reddish hair this AT&T needs to step up their game and train their employees on how to treat customers better this guy had no interest in helping us whatsoever HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I came into this location needing to upgrade my current device. I left with a new phone, a better phone plan and all the protection my new device needed. The service was amazing. All my needs and questions where answered and meet. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I need any other services or assistance!

If I could leave zero stars I would!!! this was the worst location for me to go I made the biggest mistake walking in there to upgrade my daughter cell phone. two months later I checked my account and noticed an unauthorized line. I went into the corporate store on Walnut they explained me that I had to go back to the authorized retailer authorized retailer. There I asked to speak to the manager he said it was him he then explained to me that I signed a document to authorize this line when I thought I was signing to upgrade my daughters cell phone. He stated there was nothing that he could do also he told me that would be cheaper for me to keep this line on my account I went back to the corporate store knowing that I was unsatisfied with through unauthorized retailer‘s remarks they are at the corporate store we contacted the loyalty department. the loyalty department hooked it up and remove the unauthorized line end it is now saving me $20 a month and they also refunded the $120 in the past two months that I was charged for this on unauthorized line I definitely highly recommend going to the corporate store off of Walnut as opposed to this location in on Walton

Is there a negative rating?? One of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Finally made the switch after years from another carrier and after less than a week already thinking about going back. I had to leave without a new phone due to issues on their system part - sales rep had expected me to go without a phone when I was flying out for work the next day! Didn’t even care about changing the color of the phone given to my husband- did it without asking. Picked out service plan and refused to let me change it.....only want and need 3 lines but am now paying for 4!!! Was told to come back Thursday morning when I got back in town to then be told “I can’t help you”. Not a good way to impress or keep customers AT&T

The sales technician was very friendly and generous with his time BUT I left without what I needed. I was able to find phones online in my target price range (500 to 700) for a new phone that were said to be unavailable. I am seriously looking at Verizon based on the information I was given regarding cell phone costs and service plans. Finally, in this time of Covid-19, the sales tech handled my current phone, asking for permission basically after the fact.

After dealing with customer service for about an hour on the AT@T customer service 800 number, the rep told me that I should probably go to a AT@Tstore location to resolve my issue.Jonathan was the young man who worked hard for over half an hour and was able to get my work phone turned on again! It was a Sim card issue and I had little hope when entering the store and very happy that it was resolved. Thanks so much!!

I went in to AT&T to get help with my phone, plan etc with the intention of cancelling and taking my business elsewhere due to repeated some “customer care” issues with corporate support. Samantha immediately put me at ease with her actual concern and understanding of what I’ve been through. Not only did I walk out of there today with a new phone, a better plan at with a much better price, but most importantly, a renewed sense of confidence and trust in the service of AT&T. Had been to this store today to inquire about the new iPhone 12 Pro deals. The store associate asked for my ID details which I did not have. Post this he refused to share any further details on the iPhone 12 pro deals. The fact that I have been to the store only to enquire about the promos going on iPhone 12 pro and not to check anything on my account not sure why it was important for him to see my ID . I tried explaining this to him that I was only coming to get some details around the deals going on and I did not plan to change anything on my account. Yet there was no response. The store associate kept insisting that he needs to see my ID even to share details in the ongoing deals. Over all Poor customer service.

The customer service at this location in Bentonville is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Drive to Bella Vista if you feel like you have to go into an AT&T store. Alternatively, AT&T has set up a great online and phone support service. We’ve used them twice now to purchase new phones and make service changes. They had better deals than “in store” and the service is excellent. Again, don’t support this store’s negative management and terrible bad service.

I have been with this company for about 2 months. Bought a brand new phone S20 plus. I have had nothing but problems with my service and my phone both. I have called at&t customer care at least 10 times about this while waiting on the local store to open back up. I went in the store today and they told me they dont know whats wrong with my phone as to why it i have 0 data. They said maybe if we put a new sim card in my phone it would work. However i have to pay for that myself and there is no guarantee that will fix it. If this was a not a brand new phone and service with them i could understand me paying. However this is a new service with multiple problems from day one.Update. The Rogers store was able to fix my phone and did not charge me for anything.

At@t is a great cellphone and phone an internet service on they pre paid service they dint cut u down to 2 GB an if u have time on your cellphone when the next pay is they dint take what you had they add to what your card isIf u bye a 55dollar card auto pay an it is time for your next monthThey go bye how much u have left on your account so if you dont use it all it will be cheaper next month

I walked into the AT&T store on 1/10/20 at the 2510 south Walton blvd location. I did not make it 5 feet into the store where I was politely greeted by an employee named Caleb who asked me if i needed any help today. He then sat with me for the next hour and went over the best option for me regarding an upgrade. He discussed the pros and cons of each possible plan and then he helped me set up my new phone. He was extremely helpful and he alone (Caleb Standberry) a very wonderful employee made my experience there very nice. I defiantly will be back in the future for any electronics or service provider needs. I strongly recommend this location for any service provider or electronics needs, the staff there are very polite, reliable and above all helpful.

I got my SIM card PUK locked. I tried to do this on their website and it told me to call their phone number, call their phone number and it says they cant find my account. Called this store he said PUK is not something they deal with even though it is their SIM card...... so he asked me to come into the store and they can figure this out. I went to the store and he said there is nothing they can do.... so I told him to give me a new SIM card because this would fix the issue. He went on a rant about how I thought they were clueless and got me a new SIM card. After the new SIM card my device worked and it needed to be activated. He kept repeating is there anything else I can help you with? I said yes I need to know how to activate this sim card. He said to call the number on my SIM card tray. There is no number on the SIM card tray to call. He then said I will need the IMEI number of the SIM card. I told him SIM cards dont have IMEI numbers they have ICCIDs he argued with me and I pointed to the SIM card tray he just gave me and asked him where is the number? He pointed to the ICCID. He then kept repeating, Is there anything else I can do for you? I repeated that I still didnt have the phone number. He politely asked me to leave his store. So after spending my afternoon calling him and being told to come into the store the MANAGER on 03/04/2020 @ 11:25 am told me to leave his store after providing close to no help. This one experience has made me consider switching carriers. What kind of store manager asks you to leave? I was not yelling or doing anything crazy I was simply asking him questions to try and solve my issue since he clearly did not know how to solve it and did not know what a PUK OR IMEI number was. How does someone like this make it to a store manager? Very frustrating experience.

This store is terrible! They scam you in to making purchases that they end up up-charging you for. I was never given a time limit to trade in my phone, and when I called to talk to the manager Steven he told me I was lying and was very rude and short. He was awful to deal with and very disrespectful. I am switching phone companies and will never go with ATT again.

Do not use this store. I just called and the guy that picked up the phone was super rude. He answered the phone by saying at&t and I could barely hear him. I asked if he could help me with a corp account and he told me know he could not. He said I needed to call a 1 800 number and asked him if there was anything he could do to help me and he literally HUNG UP on me. I was not rude to him at all. I tried calling back and he picked up the phone and hung up again. What in the world? This is exactly why I dont personally use At&t

Not a corporate store. Cannot help you with anything other than purchasing hardware. Not only can they not help you with account issues, they DO NOT know At&t company policy or procedure. Anything they tell you is worthless. Go to a corporate store, not this or any other Certified Retailer. Manager didnt care that they dont know what they are doing, that they dont know company policies, or that they inconvenience people.

Went in to add internet service for our new construction home. Ended up going with internet plus the basic TV package. Asked the rep repeatedly if I needed to get a TV on site for installation. He said NO. installation guy came the following day & he needed a TV. Okay, the rep obviously was just being agreeable & didnt know. Not surprised. Even the tech said to stay away from this AT&T store. Rescheduled for two days later. No show. Called the main line & they couldnt see where the appt was ever rescheduled. No one was coming & they were not sending anyone. Went back to the store on Walton. Two guys working on a Sat & already two irritated families in line ahead of me. Went to a different location & cancelled all services. If this was a sign of service to come, not interested.

Went in there for was a problem I was one of our phones. It would ring when someone called me. Not only did we get a chance to upgrade, but we ended to up saving money in the long run. They were running a really good special on the LG v35 thinq. I cant remember the young lady who helped us, but she was very nice and also dealt with my kids asking her 20 questions every 5 minutes. We were in their kind of long. Over 5 hours, but they made the experience not so bad . At first I just thought they were doing their job, but I went to another AT&t store closer to my house, and they were rude and I stay there forever because they forgot about me, even though they had a sign in system and I signed in twice!!! So Id rather travel the distance in go down to the store, then the one closer to my house.

I´m located in Costa Rica and planing a 10 days trip to US. Looking for a SIM CARD that will provide me service during my trip, I have called Walmart and they talked to me like if I was calling to ask for free food..hahaha. Do not use spring mobile/At&t if you are a small business owner. USE COX! Meagan Roberts, and Brian McLendon sold me business internet and phone months ago and left me high and dry. Im 1 month into business and do not have a working business land line. Told me they would waive install fee, install fee on my first bill. Had to have number put on a cell phone to take calls. Im being charged an ADDITIONAL $180 a month for which was told by Meagan will only be $20. This group will take your business get their commission checks and laugh when you need help. NWA is a great place to grow your small business, but ATT and spring mobile make it a absolute nightmare to have internet and phone. Call me at my office and Ill put you in touch with a cox sales team that will treat you right!
