I quickly ran in for 2 things, including ice. The gentleman at the door greeted me warmly. The nice man who checked me out, went to get my ice for me. He went above and beyond. And I was told to have a great night by 3 other associates on my way out. I am impressed by the customer service in this store. Thank you.

We have been in the drive thru pharmacy, waiting for 1 car waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. If its not ready, they should be told to come back. There are 4 cars waiting behind me. Usually, service is good, but this is uncalled for. This is very rude!

Ridiculous this place wont take self check out cash. Rude employees the worst Walmart I have been to.

Friendly staff and great selection of products. We rarely have to go to the Supercenter anymore! I love using their pickup service.

Love the Neighborhood Markets! Its quick and easy when youre only shopping for food/non- goods. And love the music playing over the outside speakers. Puts me in a happy mood for shopping. All Walmarts should do this. 😊

Very good Neighborhood Market. Most stores in the area all seem to be great with no complaints about them. This one just happens to be the least busy of the couple that are nearby and also has a gas station.Staff is friendly, shelves are typically fully stocked, store is clean. You really cant go wrong with any of the NHMs in the area.

I love the Neighborhood Markets. They have almost everything the supercenter has when it comes to food and household items. They are very convenient when you just need a few things. Never crazy busy like the supercenter. So you can get in and out so much faster.

Its a smaller version of Walmart that focuses purely on the groceries and pharmaceutical aspects of the store, rather than clothing, toys, cars, electronics, and other misc categories.This location is convenient, cozy, and friendly. Bonus points that they have hired several employees with disabilities. I have seen a wheelchair-bound checkout clerk, as well as two mentally-challenged individuals (one stocking shelves, and one a checkout clerk). They are regulars, working all of the time. They do fantastic jobs with big smiles and some probably work harder than non-disabled employees. Its good to see a business so open to fighting the negative stigma of society.

Me and my girlfriend were grocery shopping and bought some alcohol. She is 21 and I am 23. When we went to check out we knew the people in the isle next to us so we were talking to them the manager had to come check our ID’s when I scanned the alcohol. She realized that we knew the people in the next isle and asked for their ID’s as well. One of them is not over 21. The “manager” said she would not sell it to me because we were all in “the same party” apparently.

Great store, not too busy. Need to work on restocking items.

Super friendly Associates, this is our family’s Walmart. Super convenient and easy to get in and out of. Plus, as Walmart+ members, we can scan and go and get out of there even quicker!

They have a great variety of stuff, it’s a real great place to get your money worth. they have the BEST bread, and the cutest little bread lady, super kind, super helpful, super good :) I would one thousand times choose to go there again if I could.

There is always an excellent selection of items in stock so I don’t have to go to the supercenter during the pandemic. It’s never overcrowded, and the associates are kind and helpful.

It is a very pleasant experience to shop there. Nothing like the super centers. . just wish it was closer to home. There staff is very pleasant and helpful. No. Stress shopping.

Its a Walmart, to bad they dont offer more selection. It seems everything is the same with just a different label at least for coffee.

This walmart smaller, I think thats why they call it neighborhood lol they did not have dispenser for dish soap lol, so I had to go to the other one, just so you know next time the green walmarts are good not much in them if you are looking for big things

The thing i value most about walmart is they offer walmart inhome.

This is our favorite Neighborhood Market in Benton County. They are very clean and good at social distancing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It also has the best Pharmacy anywhere.

Shopping here in person is a pleasant experience, it’s always clean, well stocked and friendly employees. We like that it’s calm and isn’t hectic like supercenters are and other neighborhood markets.I put three stars because I was extremely disappointed with our grocery pickup order. We were given mushrooms that were past their prime and going rancid, our chicken was set to expire the next day, our produce wasn’t placed in any individual bags, and they bagged our items incorrectly! One bag had a single can of tomato sauce but they stuffed all of our bagless produce into a single grocery bag? I’m also suspecting it’s policy to give us items that are set to expire soonest; rather than marking it down because they’re at their sell by date, they just gave it to us. Two examples are the mushroom and chicken.

I shop here a lot, its a neat well stocked and organized store with friendly, helpful staff.

Great place tucked away in the downtown Bentonville. Clean, well stocked with the regular grocery items, plus some extra nice finds. Cozy is a good description word for this location. We appreciated that mass were required.

The employees (called associates by Walmart) are very helpful if you seem lost. The cashier on the open lane was very efficient. Store is always clean.

Had to get mngr to reduce price had endcap with priced product ..then got home looked at receipt and several more prices were wrong ..Look mngrs get this stuff right just change prices back and move product back..laziness

Nice store that has a beautiful selection of produce, even organic. It’s always clean. I always have to use a self-checkout which I’ve enjoyed doing for quite some time now, but sometimes I just physically can’t... and that’s what most of these stores have you do no matter what. Three people stand at the podium by the checkouts, one stands right where before the checkouts, 2 are leaned up against the drinks stations, and 1-2 are waiting to check your bags and receipt on the way out sometimes. This store is close and we can usually get all of our groceries quickly and not wait to use a checkout. Seriously, they have the most vibrant produce I’ve seen around. The entrance is oddly crowded and I’m not sure if it’s because people just throw their carts to the side and walk away, or it’s something else. I’ll have to check it out again and see what it is.

Only reason I give this Neighborhood Market a 4 star rating is because the isles feel a bit close together. I feel like the building is to small for all the products, but everytime I have been here it is super clean and the associates are always friendly and willing to help. The cashiers always have a smile and make you feel at home.

Store was very busy but assiciates were on the floor to help with any questions! Enough registers open to accommodate the peek time. Great buys today! Cream cheese 65 cents milk 98 cents a gallons butter cant remember but under 2 buck. Turkey 58 cents a lb. Great shopping experience!

Great place. Had what you need. Good prices. This one in particular sells a variety of Bobs Red Mill stuff. It also has valencia oranges which are hard to find. The interesting thing is that it has a lot of local honey from Texas, a lot of salsa from Texas and many made in Texas products.

Ample parking. Open until midnight according to employee. Helpful workers when asked. Very convenient and competitive.

The online grocery pick up people are extremely nice. Major complaint: The quality of groceries! I purchased cream cheese & opened it today to use. It was completely sealed so I dont even want to know what this is, but GROSS! I just keep getting below quality products from Walmart lately, this store in particular. My husband bought a couple of tv dinners recently & when he went to open one, the plastic food tray inside the box was shattered with bits of sharp plastic everywhere! The second dinner was the same way. Obviously they were damaged during shipping or stocking. Total waste of money lately! I cant afford to buy groceries that I cannot eat!

I love this store! The employees that bring out your groceries seem to have a great desire to please and request that you rate them.I feel the store managers need to pay more attention to the request for organic and gluten free fruits and vegetables. They dont have enough organic fresh fruit and vegetables. Harps and Aldis have Walmart beat. The ones filling orders need to make sure they are getting the requested product. I never order sugarfree puddings, etc. This only happened once and that can happen to anyone. Just a reminder that it did happen and to double check themselves, please.It seems to be a new employee bringing the groceries out every time, so it may be like that with the ones filling the orders. It may be they are all learning. But, the very fact they desire to please and we have this feedback says a lot.Thank you for your service!

Went to lane 2 since it was empty and ask the associate if I could get a pack of cigarettes. She replied you can either get them in Lane one or go to customer service. Lane 1 had a 2 people buying a full cart if not more. The associate in lane 2 turned to talk to the other three associates standing around her. While I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on lane 1 to open. Not customer service to me at all. Will not shop there again no matter how convenient it is just because of tonight.

Never a wait, always efficient with multiple checkers available, they play Walmart Radio with their DJs at a higher level than other stores so you can Feel/ hear the groove of the music as you shop! Plus very cool cars/trucks stop here for gas as they seem to always beat others gas prices.

My favorite walmart next to the walmart-to-go store. This place usually isn’t over crowded and is just far enough removed from mid-Walton to feel like you aren’t going to be stuck in traffic forever.
