I came in because my car kept shutting off and Salim approached me and asked if I needed help. From start to finish he was completely professional and amazing. I recommend everyone comes to this location! Great manager !

I visited the place and the manager on duty treated me very rudely, I asked him if they could verify how much oil was missing, and then buy the necessary amount. He replied that they were not a service center, and that because I went at that time, it was 8:15 pm, to ask that they had to do other things and the store still needed to be cleaned. I think it was a very rude deal, I told him that if he wanted me to go to another place to buy because I came here because they closed at 10:00 pm

The guy tested the current battery and the machine said Bad Battery. Bought a new one, 192.00 for the Medium of the 3 that were available. Pricing has gone up so I dont know if thats what is going on in the industry or just my car, which is a 2015 Honda Civic base LX Model, but at least its replaced and should get me through the winter. Tipping: Dont know if its allowed but I did tip just 2 3 dollars because he installed and tested it, did a good job. 4 Stars because of the price.

Sorry but this is the only place in my area. There was a time the staff were super helpful to help you swap a battery or windshield wiper. They also must have to take calls and run front desk very upsetting when you are on line.

PROS: This is usually my go-to auto store simply cause its the closest one around. They have your basic stuff on inventory and a staff thats knowledgable about what youre looking for. A good amount of parking since it sits in a shopping center and very clean insideCONS: Ive had countless encounters with the staff there where they just dont seem like they want to be there. Some are fine, but others give off an i dont care attitudeOVERALL: As long as you keep to yourself and you know what youre looking for I suggest making a stop in here

Dont bother trying to order online and pickup in-store its never ready for you. Ive done it three times twice they didnt fill it one time I was given the wrong item. Complete waste of time to do the same-day pickup it wont be the same day. Changed my order to Westwood, done and ready for pickup in about 15 minutes

I was just there 20 minutes ago and a lovely male employee replaced the headlights in my Ford Edge. I didn’t get his name, but he couldn’t have been nicer. I wasn’t expecting the service and figured I would have to change them on my own. I appreciate him taking the time in the cold to help me out and I regret not having cash on me or I would have offered him a tip.

I was recently in there and encounter the worse store manager ever. She was completely unprofessional and I could not understand her. All she ever gave me was attitude. Would never set foot in that store again. I hope they train her better she lacks compassion towards the customers. I even saw her be rude to other customers. Luckily I was able to see her name tag Martha S. Again worse store manager and did not know her job at all. They need to change that store manager if they ever want business again.

I had to go to Autozone for a dead headlight. Im not the most familiar with cars and every time I go anywhere to get my car fixed or get car parts, Im always hesitant or nervous. However, from now on I will always go to this autozone. I dont care if I have to wait 20 minutes sometimes because the train passes. I had a great experience and amazing customer service during my time. Chevy, the rep I worked with, was very helpful during my visit. Absolutely recommend going to this Autozone.

I was in the spray aisle and the shelves are all painted with a lot of colors. So I assume I could try the spray I was going to buy so I did so.And the lady today morning told me in a bad and rude way I wasn’t supposed to do that. I told her oh I’m sorry I didn’t know I did it because the shelves are already spray by a lot of colors. And she said ok but you’re not supposed to do that.Next time please tell your co workers how to answer customers with a good attitude and please put a sign saying you’re not supposed to spray shelves because nobody knows. Thank youI been a customer for years and today I had a huge dissatisfaction.It wasn’t the answer she gave, it was her attitude.

Amazing and friendly. I went in because my check engine suddenly came on. I had my baby and my 8 year old with me. As soon as we walk in we are greeted and I state my check engine light is on. The guy behind the counter immediate grabs the diagnostics tool and walks out with us. He tells me to go ahead and put the kids in the car and start it. He has me wait in the car while he prints the report. He asks me if I recently fueled up because it’s most likely my gas cap. He was one of the nicest people I’ve met at any Auto Zone I’ve been to. I definitely recommend and I will be returning for all my auto parts needs.

What a great store, a light on my dashboard went on, I asked a store employee to help me out . A gentlemen named Jose came out with a portable machine hooked it up to my engine and immediately found the problem. I bought the item in the store and drove away. Jose is a real decent person it was almost closing but insisted on helping me out. Jose is a great credit to Auto Zone . Thank you Jose

Do not expect much help from the sales staff. Friendliness is not their strong point either. They are not openly rude, but close. They will try to push most expensive item on thier shelf. However if you know what you need, this store is a good quick in and out option.

They dont have everything that I really need in stock. Also the prices are a little higher than I would like. Ive had three of their gold duralast batteries fail on me. The good thing is that they replaced them in warranty. The last batteries failed so early that I never had to pay for them. Last year after 5 years it was time to replace my battery. The price went up 50%. Not their fault but geez!Good thing I have help to install your battery and test them. Courteous service.

Low number of red shirts. So hard to help the customers fast enough. 3 to 5 minute wait time. Lookup the part online, and give the part number to the person looking up parts. Just the usual auto parts,misc supplies found in other such auto parts store.I buy OEM parts for Toyota when online and avoid the cheaply made Dorman substitutes sold in too many of these parts stores.This store tool stock is out of the question but a two year battery I purchased when I was in a bind did hold up through two winters even though it lacks strong amperage and I have gotten oil & filter combos as well as antifreeze,window cleaner, various brake cleaner and fluid at often times good pricing so 4 star does it.

Its ok i dont have a car yet.one more month to go

Place has gone way down hill since I lived in this area. The place looks like bomb went off. Like Walmart the day after black friday.Everything is always out of stock. You have to order anything you need.The store is filthy as well as a mess.Just a terrible location.I only give it two stars because some of the staff are very helpful and mean well.

Extremely short staffed....expect long wait time! The manager Giovanni Sara is absolutely useless. He sees that the staff is swamped and there are customers waiting and he takes his own time not caring how long the customers wait. I waited 20 mins and his comment was we are not a service shop so expect a long wait. If corporate is reading this--you need to FIRE him, he is hurting your brand name and by the way the rest of the staff is excellent, they pick up all his slack. The girl at the front cash register (Amber)was super helpful and was working 2 cash registers at the same time and answering phones, all the while he was chatting in the back... totally unprofessional as a manager!

The worst shopping experience ever in my life. I called to get a price for front wheel bearing for my car, have been put on hold for 15 minutes and as soon as I get the price I said I will come there to pick up the product. As soon as I get the store there was someone in front of me, she took 20 minutes to give brake pads. And I knew what was coming.. After waiting for almost a half an hour she finally pulled up my item, and I purchased it.Later on, also found out eventhough she found right item and put the right one on reciept. I have given the REAR wheel bearing and had to return and changed at another store. What a waste of a day and wouldny be able to fix my car because of these things!!!!!!
