This is one of the best parts stores in the area Joe, Rich, and Anthony are some of the most knowledgeable parts guys I’ve ever dealt with. Needless to say a majority of my shops parts come from here simply because it’s right the first time and the service is above and beyond

I came in trying to get windshield wipers just now, I went in he offered to help, he asked me about the car, make and model. I asked him if I could see the windshield wipers, his tone immediately changed, clearly I ruffled his feathers for some reason. He also rolled his eyes. I asked him if he had other models of windshield wipers. I asked to see other brands and he gives me an attitude when he responds that I need to give him a size. I said no thanks and left. If you don’t like dealing with customers, find another job. One that doesnt involve dealing with customers. Probably in the dungeon of some factory.

Parts Authority is one of the most organized places you will see. Everything you are looking for is categorized into the same area. Staff is very patient with people like me who know nothing about cars! Anthony is always very willing to teach me with what’s wrong with my car and how to fix it. They are very timely with how long they say a part will take to arrive. I will definitely be coming here at all times!

Excellent timely service, friendly and helpful staff. These are things very seldom said about auto parts stores but it certainly applies here to this one.

I tried returning a axle i bought because they gave me the wrong cup size and they wouldnt take it back. Customer service told me it the right size but my mechanic said it not. He also said i know that right size because im working here for a while and still would not accept it back even it has some dirt on it. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAY RIGHT .He said would i sell that to a customer with that condition and i was like would you sell a customer the wrong axle size.. maybe causing them a fortune on labour or there life if the part malfunction in the highway. And they still wouldnt exchange it or give me back my refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE

10/10 would buy garage door parts here again
