No One picks up the phone in any dept. I tried during hours several options
Versalift Service Department Disappointment! Recently we had our Bucket Truck serviced at this companys service site in Allentown, PA. Routine inspections and emergency equipment checked due to issue that we were aware of. Truck was serviced in the beginning of the week. We did not get our estimate for repairs till the end of the week in which the estimate came in as incomplete. Our truck is taken care of very well. Lets just say our estimate came in needing a couple thousand dollars worth of work. We severely questioned the work, due to the care taken with this truck. We chose to pick up the truck and take it to the original place of purchase. The repair took less than a day, and the truck did not need all the repairs that Versalift said it needed. I actually had the second company make sure the oil was changed. Fortunately this was completed. What a disappointment in the lack of customer service and trying to rip off your customer. We will not do service with this company nor give a reference. Please dont question the intelligence of your customers. I suggest you get help for the office people. It should never take a week to put out an estimate to a customer. Dont get me wrong, the ladies were very professional. However, I had to follow up twice. I suggest that the Service Manager be more proactive in serving his customers.
