Never had a smoother car buying experience in my life. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! I absolutely loved the car i bought and would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

Its been over 5 months and my Brother still never got His title for his car from this dealership! Weve called multiple times and told the same thing over and over that itll be in next week. The car is illegal now and he cant drive it. Dont tell ppl it will come in 3 months if you cant back it!As long as theyve been taking you would think that it is stolen or sold from a 3rd party with a lien. SO DISHONEST! The salesperson was so night but they totally screwed us. Lawyer coming soon..

I would give them 0 stars if I could.stay away from these people. I purchased a vehicle back in January 2020 the buying process went smooth I got a decent car in good conditions for a fair price, it needed some repairs done like a passenger side seat occupancy sensor and a headlight ballast and re-sealing of both of the headlights because of excessive condensation that I was told by Richie at the time of buying should be an easy fix should be ready by the end of next week (around 10 days) as time went by and I didnt received no call I called and asked for updates and all I was told was parts hasnt arrived yet. Two weeks after purchased the only thing done was the replacement of the 1 headlight ballast, and both headlight re-sealed I was told to pick up the and bring it back for fixing when the occupancy sensor arrive because they ordered the wrong one.After a week I noticed the headlights were again full of condensation so I called back to inform them I was told that they are going to take a look at it when the sensor arrives a month went by and still waiting I called and they said they were still waiting on the sensor.Two months later I called & they said they havent yet get the sensor. I ordered myself & it arrived in less than 10 days. Tired of waiting decided to get it install somewhere else since they were closed, the tech also took a look at the headlights and show me that they were never been fixed as LHVI claimed & instead they made a hole at the edge of the headlights to try to get the condensation out, dont know how they thought that was gonna work.4 months later I called again since they dont even have the courtesy to call you not even with some their typical made up excuse.I tried to contacting Richie & he asked who it was and as soon as I told him who I was, he spotted replying, tried the store & this time I spoked to Joey and told him I got the sensor installed that all he need to do was fix the lights & he reimburse me for the parts only since they wouldve been more than happy to do the labor for me (maybe after waiting 2 years) tired reaching out couple times to get the headlights fixed & never was able to get through.After leaving this review Joey immediately called me and told me to drop off the headlights, that they will fix it, I even showed them the 2 drilled holes the headlights had and he said everything was gonna be fixed and asked me to please consider deleting this review... I gave them yet another chance and deleted my previous review, they kept the headlights over a year never even bother calling me or letting me know anything about them, I had to keep calling and they told me all sorts of stores about how a tech that work for a prestigious headlight shop was working on them and that it was going to be great.So a week ago after I reached out,  and finally after a year I got them back... but guess what? they are in the same exact condition execpt that one is open and he even gave me the seal for me to bake them... same drilled hole same conditions, only gave me 2 ballast by the way without the bolts to attach it to the headlights, they didnt even had the decency to pack them on a box, that when I took them to them were in boxes with all the hardware and bolts inside it in a sealed bag.So do yourself a favor and take your business else where, buying a car should have never been this stressful and nobody should have to deal with all this dealership bull...One thing is good about all of this, knowing that I would absolutely never will do business with this people again! Nor let anybody I know even consider dealing with them. Ill take my loss on this one but at least I wont have to hear all their silly excuses and stories...

Lehigh Valley Imports changed the clutch in my Audi. From the first contact I made asking for an estimate until I picked the car up when it was finished, they were very responsive and always got right back to me. Their price beat other estimates at independent shops, and beat dealer pricing by a mile. They did a quality job, were very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy I found Lehigh Valley Imports to take good care of my BMW! There is not a long wait to get your car in to be checked out. They are very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and you speak directly with the main guys/owner who can answer your questions immediately (no relaying info through a secretary). You can tell these guys have a true passion for cars, especially imports. They tell you exactly what your car needs without trying to upsell you on a bunch of items you dont need. Best of all they are super friendly and personable people! It was a breath of fresh air finding this place!

The sales person was very nice but they dont negotiate on prices and not a very big selection of cars. The car we were interested needed gas, air in the tires and wiper fluid but it didnt seem like they would take care of that for us if we had bought the car.

I just purchased an s3 from lvi and I cant speak highly enough of them. Very straight forward, honest and actually cared about my needs. I looked at their car 1st and tred to compare it to another s3 at a dealer in NJ. The NJ s3 was a lot cheaper online, when I told them about it they explained how other dealers are.. not to quickly believe prices. Of course I thought yeah right and i have to say they were 100% right. The $25000 car in NJ became $33000 after all the hidden fees. A total circus! The next I was back at LVI buying from them. Their service dept even helped me with my project race car I was building. I really cant thank them enough. Cars are my vice and Ive bought a lot and by far they were the best in the business.

I traveled from Maryland and bought my BMW X3 (waited for months to find the color combo I wanted) about a week ago from here, and I currently daily-drive it for work. I have seen many used car dealerships who dont have the excellent vehicle selection and customer service that LVI does. The lot shows careful selection; many vehicles have little to no rust, and are in great shape overall! I am a backyard BMW wrencher, and I was amazed by the mechanical condition of the vehicles on the lot. Not only my inspection went smooth, but I also learned a lot from Joey. It was refreshing to see a dealership owner who actually knows about cars. It was a pleasure to work Joey and Richie, both of whom are knowledgeable and honest car guys. Tbh at first everything seemed pretty good, i took my car to get checked because there was a noise coming from the bottom of the car. They told me that it was the turbo and that nothing could be done about the noise, which tbh seemed weird to me. Anyways I ended up taking it to Daniels BMW and they actually checked the car and found out it wasnt the turbo but instead it was the parking break cable that was rubbing against the driving shaft. I try calling them to see what they had to said but someone said they would called me back and never did. Im not even mad im just confused is like they didnt even try to checked the car but its okay least they were nice about stealing my money.

Because of their integrity and fair prices, I now have a new mechanic service and will patron their services for all and any of my mechanical needs. When I say I tried to buy a car from them, I mean I literally tried. I test drove a 2013 135i with 36,000 miles on the dash that was at LVI. Upon the test drive I noticed the car did not have some options that were listed in the description (wasnt a big problem) and the rear seats were missing headrests. I offered 19000 for the car since the options were not accurate and the headrests were missing, new headrests would have costed me 1000 dollars from BMW. The salesmen, Richie, on two occasions told me he would check with with his sales manager about my offer but just disappeared for 24 hours and never gave me an answer. Complete waste of my time. I was going to pay in full but I guess they dont like that considering that no money would be made on financing.

The best! I had a great experience buying my car at Lehigh Valley Imports and I still consider them for service even though I live an hour away. That says a lot. Joey, Richie and Curtis are awesome. These guys are honest and they know the meaning of customer service. Look no further.

2 guys who know their cars ! Even though it can be slow at times there, I cant help but know these guys are looking for your best interest. I trust they will not give me a car that will be problematic and if something did happen they would do what they could to make it right. I feel they really understand the cars they sell, what the common issues are and dont keep ones that are just not going to be good for their customers. There are always a cool selection so I dont mind just going over and driving a few just for fun!!

I accompanied a co-worker who came to LVI with high hopes when he saw the lot full of exotic sports cars. He was interested in a 2013 BMW 750li and we were welcomed by some kid who knew nothing about the car except what needed to be replaced. Upon further inspection of the lot, almost every car was filthy. So my impression at first was pure laziness and incompetence. He did like the car and unfortunately pursued the purchase. Keep in mind he paid for this car outright. It took 2 weeks for these people to sell him the car because of the repairs it needed. ( mirror, new tires which hes still jumping though hoops to get, and ac). This place is not worth the headaches and the time wasted. The staff and the customer service were an embarrassment.

Brought a vehicle i was selling here for an inspection at the buyers request. It was appraised fairly and accurately. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Staff is very friendly and top notch customer service that is Joey and Richie, however my experience was very bad with repairing of my vehicle. Took it to them last year 2018 in September for three reasons, wipers not working (motor), rear left window broken as well ( Motor) and finally the car could not start. The car was there for 6 months and they never got to fix the issue, they kept telling me about wires that were really bad chewed and ground wire. I had to tow the car from them after parting with $800 which was for labor and parts I guess diagnosing and only the rear window repair. Took the car to a different shop and it was fixed within a week with me paying $700. Mind you when I picked up the car the plate was removed and dirty, some parts were put on the back seat kind of like they really didnt care and wanted the car out of their lot. Anyway car was fixed and it was only a wire harness that had to be replaced. On top of that I was told there were rats in the engine which they had to put rat poisoning, where the rats came from is a puzzle. All in all good place good sales men but I wouldnt recommend anybody who owns a BMW that was not bought at LVI and with high mileage to take it there. Seems like the mechanic doesnt know what hes doing. As a person in retail and customer service, salesman is good but repairs sucks.

They have by far the most impressive selection of vehicles out of any dealership. Always helpful and willing to work with you. You can tell the owner is very hands on and trustworthy. The mechanic there is seriously one of the best... i wont service my BMW anywhere else!

Talked to Joey about a car I was purchasing from a private owner and he did a Pre Purchase Inspection for me and it was very convenient and less stressful with me being out of state. He gave the rundown of the vehicle and told me what to be aware of and what not to be afraid of. Very friendly and cool owner. I’d give 5 stars, but I hadn’t received my emailed/texted receipt yet.

I tried to get a car from them a few times yes I agree my credit wasnt the best. I finally got a few thousand dollars they wouldnt work with me at all instead of saying look we dont want to do business with you. I would of just say took in the chin and walk away. I finally gave up on them I got my self and Audi A6 2014 with 49000 thousand miles and a great price. I noticed this Dealer wants and arm and a leg for high mileage cars.

Excellent in various ways. Selection of vehicles, friendly staff and a great location. This is a dealership that you can go and spend hours really finding a car that is right for you. They actually stay In contact through the whole process and I will definely be buying another car from them soon.

Was helped by Richie Ramos, I seen a 335is for sale that I liked, however when I drove 3 hours to check the car out, they did not want to cut me a deal on the car neither did they want to put the car on their shop lifts so I could inspect underneath the car, anyways I called a few times to offer more but they wouldn’t accept. I ended up buying a 335is with less miles here in New York. They don’t need business neither do they want to work with you. Unprofessional.

Hm, where to start. I will not really focus on my main problem- BUT i am not a happy costumer, these guys are very sneaky, they do not care about their costumer and this is why i will never visit again. There are better dealerships around here that want to KEEP their costumer but these guys DO NOT!

Great place to get your car serviced with amazing prices, all the guys at LVI are awesome and respectful! Recently took my MK6 GTI here to get some lowering springs installed, they got it done in a few hours and at a quarter of the price from what VW wanted for it. Everyone here is a car enthusiast and very knowledgeable. Its a great place you can trust bringing your modded vehicle to for service.

Havent yet received my title and registration after three months. Have made four or five calls so far with no input yet as to what to expect next.—my response:My mail was forwarded to my new address. Twice. I called DMV after six months and they just sent me my registration with no hassle. Wonder why you guys couldn’t handle that much.As for Danny, I’ve heard he’s no longer working there from one of your boys who was trying to get me to change my rating. I liked him, but overall this was a simple job that created way too much hassle.The car is good although apparently it has one accident on it that was also never disclosed to me.

Sold a car while i was in the middle of test driving it. Also was very unprofessional when speaking to my mechanic about the twin turbos on a car. I bought the car and less the 20 miles after leaving the dealership the check engine light for the turbos came back up because they cleared the code before i got there. All together i would not buy a car from here.

Be honest with your customers !!! Do not fool them anymore, since you can lose them !!!!
