Notice the hours. Currently they list themselves open until 7 on Sunday. They curate this page themselves. It was updated by business 6 days ago.How the hell did they provide the worn hours for their own business. I hate that they arent on top of this. People rely on Google maps way too much to be screwing up and Im a little fed up with correcting everything for every store. And wasting my time aside, how do you even mess up your own stores hours.

Just dont go. Stay far away from this place. Theyve given me the wrong medications. They give me my 90 day supply of meds in 3 separate bottles of 30 because theyre too lazy to open the manufacturers bottles and put them all in one bottle. TERRIBLE customer service. So seriously...just stay away if you can. I, like many others, am forced to go here by my insurance. That is the only reason I go anywhere near a CVS store.

They give out false positives for the rapid covid-19 tests. Don’t go here. Me and a friend tested positive, went directly to another pharmacy and tested negative, no symptoms at all for either of us. We’re both vaccinated. We needed the negative test to enter a event. Now I have the PA Health department and contact tracers calling my phone. And we’re also apart of the inflated positive numbers. Lady was also rude. Almost ruined our weekend, let alone we would’ve had to quarantine for 14 days. This is probably causing financial and emotional stress to people. Fix it now

I was scheduled to get my rapid results covid test here. Before my appointment, a woman called to ask me where I was, clearly upset that I was not there already. I had watched the video and checked my email. Nowhere did it say that I needed to arrive 15 minutes early.She was very brusque and rude saying I needed to be there already and that she would give me a couple minutes. I ended up deciding it was not worth going if I would need to interact with her. I was able to cancel the visit and reschedule elsewhere.Please go to another location, if you are able :) I dont want anyone else to have to deal with rude complaints and criticism especially if they are feeling sick.

Got my Covid-19 rapid test done only to not receive the proof I needed for the next day. Verbal result is NOT equivalent to written. Texh was not in a great customer service space- community members need to remember everyone is under stress.

Canceled my Covid Test appointment 30 min before the appointment time with no other information given at all. Tried to call multiple times and got hung up on. Go to Walgreens for a covid test they don’t screw people over like CVS does.

This isn’t fair to the over worked pharmacy staff who are understaffed and over burdened.

I went to the CVS Catasauqua Road, Bethlehem, PA location yesterday (7/14/2020), to fill a prescription. I handed the prescription and my new insurance card to the pharmacist. He asked if I was going to wait. I told him I couldn’t that I would be back to pick it up. He threw the prescription and card on the desk and told me that somebody else would help me and he walk out of the store basically leaving me there. The other two pharmacists were busy on the phone most likely talking to doctors or patients and didn’t notice me at all. I waited 10 minutes. I took my prescription paperwork and insurance card off of the counter where he threw it and preceded to walk out of CVS. While I was walking out the very nasty pharmacist was walking back in. I told him that I was taking my prescription to another pharmacy. He said whatever.This CVS has lost all of my business and I have been shopping there for 30+ years.

Super disappointing - saw online they close at 11pm, I was staying in a nearby hotel and showed up @ 10:54 to grab one quick thing for my baby - they wouldn’t let me in :(

People are great, but minute Clinic (the corporate entity) likes to send random bills that are not disclosed at the time of service. Any other patient facility I go to will let me know what the charges are with my insurance prior to service.

CVS is good for buying protein shakes powder .When run special 20 dollars for two.Store is always clean.Shelves are well stocked.Employees friendly and helpful.

I went to pick a few items. I went to the pharmacy, - although no customers were waiting, the employee told me that I had to go to the front of the store to pay. In addition, 3 employees in the pharmacy were having a conversation complaining about customers asking to use the restroom. Their comments were about how customers cant use the restroom at other nearby businesses....and lied when asked if the bathroom was available....items were overpriced- & service was lackluster....

The service at the pharmacy was excellent. Thanks for getting my medication filled in a reasonable amount of time.

The minute clinic here give you false reports and the minute clinic practitioner scares you a lot they can almost give you heart attack you can die of heart attack because of them .I never have that disease they tested me and told me positive but I was not positive at all they kept scaring me all the time even when they called me they were scaring me and cursing me . I am very healthy person with no disease at all my father is a doctor he knows better than these practitioners I got panic attack and was very scared and I was getting hyper cos these people were calling me and scaring me everyday if you care about your health avoid this minute clinic very bad practitioner they can take your life away by false testing and reports and calling you and scaring you they are very dangerous people beware of them please

I Love this CVS store! Conviently located, handicap parking, always close parking spots. The Store is Clean and very well organized. The Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Let me start by saying, in terms of cleanest and well put together stores, this location is well organized. Excellent job. However, the manager is very rude and lied about applying coupons offered from the store. It prints on my coupons from the checkout machine and it was also on my app. Was very short in her interactions. As a frequent CVS customer, I was disgusted in my interaction with her. Why do the management act like if/when they apply coupons, that weregiven by the company or manufactures, that it’s coming out their personal bank accounts? I hate being lied to about what a person in management can do ... because it solely about IF they want to help you. Most of the management have a chip on their shoulder. They would rather lose a $30-$40 sale than to give you credit for a coupon that their company offers.

The store is pretty well organized and clean. The drive-thru can be a long wait at times with subpar communication with customers as to why or how long they’ll be waiting before someone is able to assist them, and every time I go they refuse to use the right lane (the drive-thru lane not next to the window into the store) despite there being no out of order sign or any reasoning, which is frustrating when you lose your spot in line to drive around to go to their preferred window. The staff inside from what I’ve seen is either the few employees that are customer oriented and outgoing, or the rest that kind of just treats you like you aren’t there and seem very uninterested in offering to help you or interacting in any way, really. Definitely not a bad store, but has some room to improve.
