Terrible. From the front staff to the pharmacy. Everyone up front is super rude. ONE pharmacist was sweet and left. The pharmacy is the literal worst. Just completely incompetent or out of date or both. I’ve requested refills via their text service and automated phone service and when I show up to pick up, “they don’t know why they didn’t receive it.” It’s 2021, so shouldn’t have to show up to my pharmacy with empty containers to get a refill. Absolutely terrible service. If you have time sensitive medications DO NOT COME HERE. They will NOT be ready and they will be rude about it.

O1/02/20 First time Ive been here since it opened.I know its been years since it.i usually go to another for pharmacy. Since I was right there I figured its about time.Very big inside.All the shelves are well stocked and organized.Store is clean and well maintained.Workers are friendly and pleasant

I was in today 12/13 and I was undecided with a few Xmas items and I needed 6 of the same item. I have kids so when I’m out alone I like to take my time. I felt uncomfortable I felt like I couldn’t concentrate and employees were watching me. There was a higher up man who came in when I was in and said to another employee he was there to do an audit and test staff I suppose. As I was near the register I hear him conversating and discussing with the other staff two women. My cashier was Emily which was no issue there. However I hear him explaining a past issue in a store how a women was “shopping” and took long in store so he had to kindly ask her to leave due to the fact she is not purchasing anything. I would be furious! So I approach register an older gentleman is in front of me and as I approach register the man and older women. Leave back to the store office. I was offended and felt like they were watching me I will not shop here again and go to cvs. I live near a rite aide and love the one I live by.

I came in to buy something, there was a sign at the counter saying ring bell 1x for assistance. I rang the bell, waited 5 mins and nobody came so I left what I was going to buy on the counter and left the store. Clearly they didnt need my business. I will not go back nor reccomend this location.

WENT TO PICK UP MY DAUGHTERS PRESCRIPTION SHE IS 5 YRS OLD. SHE HAS A STOMACH VIRUS AND WAS PRESCRIBED DISSOLVING PILLS FOR HER NAUSEA. INSTEAD OF BEING GIVEN THAT I WAS GIVEN OPIOID MEDICATION THAT WAS FOR A DIFFERENT PERSON WITH THE SAME LAST NAME. THIS MISTAKE COULDVE COST MY DAUGHTER HER LIFE. LUCKILY WE WERE ABLE TO GET HER TO SPIT IT OUT IN TIME AND RUSH HER TO THE ER. I WENT BACK TO THE PHARMACY AND EACH PHARMACIST TRIED TO DIVERT THE BLAME, NO ONE APOLOGIZED AND I WAS GIVEN A HARD TIME JUST TO GET THERE NAMES AND A NUMBER TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A RITE AID. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Scott is the best pharmacist as well as the othersEveryone in the store knows my husband between him me ad my dog we have close to 50 different rx a month ad they help us stay on top of everything my insurance wants me to deal with cvs I said no way. Over 30 years having our business thank you all

Im really happy to explain my experience at this store ride aid union blvd I firtf wanna to thanks the manager, denny for such wonderful work she those at this store for been so nice and helpful to customer and privide the best to make you feel like home in a store and all so to Carlos the man who is a great worked and help me too with a very nice service emely thank you so much for provide as well a great customer service Brenda thank you as well for make my experience so great when I go to the store to get my merchandise...I need...I recommend this location to people and I said this worked manager and stuff are the best people and very nice people they take they time to help you and service you and make you feel great...thank you so much ones again...guys...denny emely Carlos Brenda and the rest of the stuff that...work in this place..god bless you all 😘😘

I came in at 754 pm to quickly try to buy a sinus flush, the cashier was extremely rude and rushed trying to sell me the wrong item. I just left the store without purchasing. Probably wont return again.

Woman at the pharmacy was very rude. This is my first pregnancy and god forbid I think if I have a prescription that it needs to be taken to a pharmacy. Spoke to me like I was stupid and said they wouldnt even have compression stockings there and I went and walked around the store and found them myself. I wouldnt deal with their pharmacy again!! Just plain rude and nasty.

VERY RUDE PHARMACIST! every time I go to the pharmacy, there are two ladies there who are extremely RUDE and nasty. Its ridiculous
