I visited this establishment frequent times and by far their laser is the best. I wanted another procedure done and they advised me against it. I trust this business because many other places would do the procedure just for the money. Azani has shown me they have my best interest in mind.

This place is beyond welcoming and friendly. Every staff member always seems so content and relaxed while Im there and it rubs off! never have I been so relaxed in a medical environment. The office doesnt even give that intimidating medical vibe. The walls are a tranquilizing minty- sage color and the rooms are very mod and stylish. The entire office is filled with light and unwinding music. Furthermore, you can really observe the care they have for their clients! They are very upfront, honest, and informative. Recently went for microneedling and I honestly couldnt be more pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Even my step daughter loved it there. Very calm relaxing environment. I had the SkinPen® microneedling procedure performed on my face a week ago and have already noticed a significant improvement. The box-car scars on my temples and upper cheeks have already started to fill in. The fine lines on my forehead have started to disappear. A static deep wrinkle in between my eyebrows and above the bridge of my nose has started to become more shallow. I will be having another SkinPen® session done. I received a gift certificate from Azani Medical Spa for my Birthday. I made an appt, was fortunate to be booked with Sara. I opted for a 1 hour anti aging facial. This facial was the best ever her hands were amazing. I felt fabulous when I walked out of there. I definitely will return to Azani Medical Spa.

Very disappointed. Spent almost $1400 and have little to no results from the treatment or products. Its been over a week and I have not heard from anyone after voicing my concern. I went there with an open mind and did everything that was recommended by the staff and my skin still looks the same. I would have had better luck and spent less money at a dermatologist.

I wasnt planning on ever making contact with this medical spa again. It has been close to 5 years since I dumped way too much money into this place, but since I was sent an email asking for my reviews..... here goes. I made appointments for the bio identical hormone thyroid treatment. The visits were always disorganized, and the doctor made changes to my doses without blood work to back her decisions. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I had requested at the very least to have my TSH tested before my next visit. I was told I would no longer be scheduled with the doctor, but rather her nurse who would be taking over the bio identical hormone treatments in the spa, and that I should feel confident in the nurse because the doctor was teaching her how to dose. No thank you!!! I wasnt going to sign up to be used for practice. I never went back there again. I do not believe they have any idea what they are doing. When I took my records with me to my next doctor, they expressed surprised concern that I didnt have any blood work done. They exclaimed, What was any of your dosing based off of? Im happy I left before any damage was done.

I was back and forth on whether to write a review. I have been coming here for awhile and decided to go elsewhere. Lets start off with the products that they use and the price they charge. They charge so much $$$ for products that last less then a month. I thought maybe it was just me but after seeing other reviews, I see its not just me. I have nothing negative to say about the injector her name is Tricia she is absolutely one of the best injectors very soft and makes sure that you feel nothing. The staff is decent minus the heavier set lady she has an accent and is very rude and pushy. I had witnessed it myself and felt bad for the client. My opinion if you can not speak to clients correctly and professionally then that field is not the field for you. I actually called about 2 weeks ago, and spoke to a young very polite women, want to say her name was Alyssa, I wanted to just get a little Dysport asked her if Tricia could squeeze me in to find out Tricia is no longer there. So now I will never go back there. If your looking for a facial I can say the young lady Brianna did mine and she is absolutely wonderful and knows what she is talking about. Other then a facial this place has nothing to offer without robbing you of money. A business like Azani you would think the employees would have some work done, besides Tricia and another employee I never seen anyone that looked like they had anything. If your looking around the Lehigh Valley Youngs Medical, Aesthetica Cosmetic and Meesha would be the place, majority of all the employees have some sort of filler or botox helps the beauty industry.

This place is a joke, they charge $$$$$ for fillers and within 2 weeks it wears off. Lets talk about the MANAGER she has a heavy accent she is the most rudest person. The way she speaks to people I am surprise that place is even open. It seems like the nurse practioner only works one day a week you have to wait months to even get in for fillers/botox and certain hours. I will be going back to Meesha Aesthetics the best place in the Valley.

I was a dangerous 230 lbs two years ago. I tried many diets, and many workout programs. I was never lazy in my life and It always bothered me that I was not just even a little fat but very fat. I knew something was wrong. I had looked up HCG therapy and learned a lot about it. I also suspected my metabolism was slow. I went here because of a recommendation from several people. Dr. Gavin is a very warm and friendly doctor and up to date with the latest methods. She is wonderful to talk to, and takes the time to explain what is going on in your body. Its great to have someone to consult who is a source of incredible knowledge, especially when considering hormone therapy like HCG. and was written a blood test for multiple things. The HCG can occasionally normalize the body after a few times of using it. I did three truns of it over the course of a year and after my last run I had still lost a 1-2 lbs a week., consistently for a few months until i was at a comfortable and normal 120. The most Ive fluctuated was 12 lbs, but thats when i splurge and stop exercising! And when im good and workout, i stay arounf 120LBS! Thats a normal metabolism. Its not a free lunch, but when youve honestly worked out and ate 1500 calories for months on end and are obese, thats messed up. I actually am able to workout 30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week and maintain my weight even with drinks and dessert on the weekend (like one or two desserts, and a few drinks, not 100 of each). When i was obese that didnt work and I kept upping the workouts to three hours a day. I had no life, i came home from work, went to gym, got back at 10pm and cooked till 11 for the next day of 1500 calories of low carb cage free chicken. Nothing worked. This saved my life. My blood work is also normal now, and some people need to be even more strict after HCG on what they cheat on or drinking alcohol. So far i live a very comfortable but not gluttonous or lazy life-style. If i have to be more strict later if I revert, i can. I may need an HCG run once a year or every other year to reset the metabolism, or I might not need one at all. Everyone is different, but my endocrine system was malfunctioned and this HCG therapy fixed it. Id recommend, it, but before that, Id recommend seeing doctor Gavin and letting her run a blood work on you. She is so expertly trained in hormones, its quite interesting to talk to her. Shes actually inspired me to do a some hormone reading myself on different books and topics like female hormone replacement and thyroid hormones. You wont regret getting a blood test, after all if theres stuff going on inside you, you might as well know. Most people dont even get there cholesterol checked. Mine was 400! now its 177. Unreal, and I workout less and enjoy more social outings like a normal person with cheat foods(again within reason). Thanks Dr. Gavin.

I never give small businesses bad reviews, but I have to be honest. I will never go back to Azani. They were dishonest and gross. The office manager prescribed the number of dysport units I needed. She lied and said it is cheaper than botox and longer lasting. I have had botox every 4 months for ten years. It lasts 3 1/2 - 4 months for me. The dysport lasted 3 weeks. They mixed it really weak. And, it was way more than Botox - almost $900. The doctor wasnt there. The nurse who did the dysport had to be on drugs and she didnt put on clean gloves. Her gloves smelled like onions. I asked for a refund when it wore off so quick and they sent me an email saying I better not tell anyone the truth about them or they would post an article accusing me of being arrested.Very unprofessional. Unethical. No accountability or sense of responsibility to their patients. Its all about pushing products

I have been going to this spa for well over a year. I have had facials, vibraderm., and dysport. I was pleased with the results of most of their services. The employees are very nice as well. My issue? Watch for hidden costs. I was quoted and prepaid for half of 114 units of dysport. Today, I went over this with the professional. She was very nice. AFTER the procedure, I was charged for 140 units! That was about $200.00 more than I expected. I SO wanted to love this spa, but the practices are inconsistent, and communication is poor. I know my business will not harm your profits, but I have 2-3 friends I have referred, and they have had mediocre interaction. Best wishes Azani, I will be using one of the other many spas in the area. Two stars as I feel I was taken advantage of.

For several years I have been seeing Dr. Monica Gavin for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), having bloodwork and reviews every six months, and have been extremely happy with her, the treatment, and her staff. Likewise, I have been a Botox/Dysport client and have always been happy with the professionalism and results.

My experience was not the best with Azani.The office manger only interest is to up-sell you, it seemed to me that she is on commision. It was also difficult to have an appointment with the same person who have treated me before. Not the best experience over all, so I left.
