This store claims to be open on Sundays showed up with more than an hour to spare and they were closed. Do better IS Cellular just do better….
I was very pleased with the customer service at the Biddeford, Maine office. Eric was very personable and made our experience very pleasurable.
The man is a wizard, he brought the soul (calendar and contacts and such) of my smashed apart device and restored it into a brand new, and very shiny (hopefully more durable) phone. Three cheers to this experience; a top notch store manned by tech folks with wisdom beyond that of the cosmos.

The worst cell phone experience of my life. First they told me that they use the same towers as Verizon so I would have coverage at my home in Lyman. Do not use this company!!!That was not true! When I took all three new phones back to them to cancel my service, they said nope your over the 15 days!! I had to talk to a district manager to agree that I had no service at my own house. I was able to cancel the service and went right back to Verizon. Then US Cellular sent me a bill for $2700.00!!! After many phone calls I was finally able to convince they that not only had the phones been sent back by they had been in their warehouse for weeks!! Still wouldnt credit my account for the phones. It took six months before they finally gave me credit. When that finally happened, I asked for the final bill for the 19 days that I did have the phones. I never received one!! Sent the check a month ago and it has been cashed. I owe them $0.00. Now a collection company is calling me relentlessly!!! I PAID IT ALREADY AND MY CHECK HAS CLEARED!!!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!VERIZON ALL THE WAY FOR ME.
Came to the store today when it clearly states it’s open. I get all the way here and it’s closed. It doesn’t even have anything specifically posted about it being closed. Thumbs down to this

Unbelievable experience. I went in to have an insurance claim processed on my LG G6 and the representative, Sean Edwards, was pleasant and knowledgeable. But what WOWED me was that he spent 20 minutes cleaning my charger port. He saved me $175 and I went home with a working phon when I didnt expect to have one for days! THANKS!
I’ve been a customer of US CELLULAR for over 14 years now and in the past 3 years the customer service has gone down hill. I’ve been treated rudely, been given misinformed information from my Phone 📱 Bill to purchasing a new phone. Also it seems every year my phone bill has gone up as well. Overall I’m extremely disappointed in how much this phone 📱 company has changed and not for the better. Overall I don’t recommend using going with US CELLULAR. Sadly I’m stuck with conting to use them because I can’t afford to switch to a new carrier but I really hope that I will be able to eventually do so in the future.
Food was excellent and our waitress, Steph was awesome. She was very attentive and checked to make sure our food was just the way we wanted it.
Straight up with me and was quick and good.
