I am a Sprint customer and received the new iPhone 13. I could not make or receive calls on it so I called them and they told me to come in. I was trading in my old iPhone 11. There were three young girls working that day. Each one passed it on to the next because they couldn’t figure out what to do. Finally they told me to go to an Apple store. I was there for three hours. Good thing they had seats in there because I am disabled with a walker and had to sit down. When I asked for my iPhone 11 back -they said they had a erased it and would send it back. I had all intentions of sending it back to Sprint. I even had the return kit at home. They never returned my old iPhone 11 to Sprint and now it is showing up on my account. Terrible customer service. Technicians don’t know what they are doing.

Had a excellent experience and service. Both staff members tended to all customers whole providing me sevice also. Knowledgeable about the products, promos, pricing, and plans. At the end they helped me with not only upgrading my plan but also a new phone upgrade. Great service and thank you again today for your help.

Laura was fantastic and knows her stuff! The entire process to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile took only 10 minutes! Highly recommend going into store to switch carriers vs calling 800 #.

I went there on a Sunday afternoon during hours and found just a sign that they were closed. No reason, no explanation, just a standard apology and that’s it. That’s AFTER I called them several times before that and they never picked up. And that was hours before I went down.Went Monday and there’s two people at the desk. Neither acknowledge me, one kid is already waiting. One clerk is transferring all the data of this woman’s phone (all 427 videos of it), she’s just standing there watching the progress with the woman flitting around complaining how long it’s taking and her husband just standing there waiting and the other is spending over an hour talking to a couple about phone options (I am dead serious). My mom was waiting in the car on a thankfully cool day and I started to get worried about her health because it was taking so long.I left an hour after entering with the kid still waiting in front of me and the same customers being waited on. I didn’t the WHOLE time I was there even get greeted or apologized to for the wait. Not even when I left after complaining to my mom on how long it was taking get acknowledgement that it was taking too long.At this point, I just want to return the phone I purchased online and forget it. Now I have to go back a third time in the (very doubtful) hope that SOMEONE knows how to work there.

Great Customer Service! The 2 humans that helped me were polite, helpful, and made light conversation. There were moments where I felt that I need more about a phone then they did, however I arguably would say I know more about phones than the average person would. Regardless, they were great TMobile employees and I would definitely go their again to look at or buy a new phone.

Zero stars if possible. Stopped by the store this evening at 5:48 PM. Completely Locked up. Store hours on the door say 6pm. Employees were staring at me as I was pulling on the door. I had a simple transaction that would’ve taken 2 minutes to complete….LOUSY workers! Where is management???? Do they condone this????? Unbelievable!!

I went to this store after work and really the two employees that were working were clearly busy. They thanked me for being patient but really this was the best experience I have had in so many years at a cell phone store. These two guys are top notch even with the merger. I had a good time and would recommend this T-Mobile store all day. Rad guys and rad experience.

Been a t mobile customer for years and I always seem to have issues at the store. Don’t even waste your time trying to go there, just call their 1-800 number instead since they actually care about helping you. Tried to go to the Biddeford location tonight after work and their doors were locked at 5:50pm. The sign on the door says they close at 6pm. All 3 associates just stood there and watched me pull on the door and didn’t even come out to explain why they were closed. Wasted my time. Unreal.

Had to wait for more than an hour just to get a SIM card, the staff has no value for others time, instead of clearing the queue quickly, the staff would chit chat with guests and the line keeps increasing. This is on a Monday and not even a weekend. People had to leave after waiting for such a long time just because there was only one person to look after so many customers and he was also very slow and busy chatting with customers about random things.

Caleb was an awesome guy. He was very patient and had the best customer service skills anyone could ask for. He was on point with everything. When i first walked in I wasnt sure about the type of experience i would have due to a customer being a little unhappy and she got a little mad but he kept his composure and was very polite it was the best experience at a mobile carrier place that I have ever experienced. Overall everything was awesome. I was upgrading two phones and he was very knowledgeable on everything I loved it.THANKS CALEB YOU ARE THE BEST!

Opend a new mobile account yesterday at the TMoible store in Biddeford. Although I had many questions and concerns the manager Caleb went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered, also educated me on the account types so I could fully understand and make the best decisions for my needs. Today I returned with new requests and Caleb again was there to help and save the day, making nessary changes to my account to fit my families needs. This store is super helpful and friendly. Had issues with out sim cards and they helped out and replaced at no cost. Went back next day to help with our tablet and they worked it for almost 40 mins. Will definitely come back to this location if we need anything in the future.

Tomi was great! She stayed after her shift to help me, and felt horrible that her computer crashed before my purchase was finalized. Even though I need to go back in tomorrow to finish the purchase ( hopefully their computers are fixed ), I realize that it was not her fault. Tomi had a great attitude, that was positive and caring, which made the situation so much better! Thank you Tomi!!

I am a current sprint customer and first time at T-Mobile in Biddeford to see what my options were for a trade in and newer policy with some perks as I am over 55 years of age.The staff was so inexperienced and I got the impression that they did not know what they were doing. I had to drag information from them; they were not helpful at all. I am going to another TMobil store and if I get the same inexperienced staff I am switching to Verizon or an Apple store.You must consider replacing your staff and put experience technical people with knowledge of T-Mobile/sprint.I would never recommend this store to anyone.👎

Last week I went in and switched from Verizon and saved 100 dollars and they paid off my phones from Verizon without me even blinking. Service was incredible. Two weeks later I go in and pick up 2 tablets for my kids for almost nothing. Sam was wonderful my first trip. Caleb was even better during my second trip. Big chain business feels small town.

I went to the Biddeford store to ask for information about using my phone on a trip to Ireland. Caleb and Laura were both exceedingly helpful in telling me what I need to know and in giving me more information than I had expected to receive. The personal interest they took in me was at the highest and friendliest level I’ve received in dealing with a business. This is the way to keep and get new customers.

I went in Saturday wanting / really needing to upgrade my poor beat up, old phone. They are very friendly, and bent over backwards to get me into the phone that I wanted for what I could afford. Caleb is awesome, and so is the woman with the fabulous purple hair! I am horrible with names. Great customer service!

Caleb (store manager) and Chris(the salesperson) made me believe in the company again.ALL of my past experiences with T-Mobile were shit.Their over the phone customer service blows (the company) and I broke my phone and went into the store asking for advice.I told them my budget, that I prefer Samsung, I only cares about RAM and storage and they showed me a few options.They answered questions and googled the answers to the things they didnt have specs on.After the purchase we exchanged in banter about sports, how organizations run, life, perspective and all while my apps were downloading and updating.I still dont like T-mobile but theyre the most cost efficient and the service provided based on this location is amazing.Kudos to two guys running an honest location that truly just want to be useful and gain/retain your business.

The only tmobile store nearby happens to be the nicest store ive been to. My tmobile store Boston keeps screwing up my plan and the people here were kind enough to help me out and get me a refund for the mistakes boston made. The people are kind and patient, would definitely come back.
